Hate to say it but this place needs help. We had a to go order. They said would be ready in 15 minutes . I got there maybe 20 mnts or more. Had to wait another 20 minutes. Place was not busy!!! Coconut shrimp was overdone. Shrimp Alfredo was overcooked. Shrimp was out of a bag- rubbery. They better be glad I was not eating in- would not have paid for anything. I travel on business alot an rely on my yelp to determine the places I eat. I try to avoid 3 Star ratings. However, I was craving seafood and one of my favs is Red Lobster. The food was delicious and my waitress Nicole was awesome. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and she was extremely helpful and patient with me as I ordered. Great experience. read more

The best Red Lobster I have been too in a long time. All of this thanks to the outstanding service that was provided by James S. Not sure how it would have been if anyone else had waited on us. Me and hubby came here valentines night the hostess were very pleasant but our server was absolutely not. We started off with drinks and an appetizer(stuffed mushrooms) we did not receive our drinks until our appetizer came out and we went handed any silverware or napkins so we had to eat with our hands until we were finally able to track another waitress down who was happy to get them for us, I did make several attempts to flag our own waitress down and either she didn't see or hear me because she was not being attentive to our table or was just plain ignoring us. The food was delicious when it did come out. When I requested our check the bill was around 78.60 and my hubby paid with a 100$ bill she returned with 11$ and no receipt. Because we're not stupid we realized she shorted us money so we called her back over and brought it to her attention she then stated our meal was around 78$ which I said was true but u still owe us more than 11$ because even if our meal was 80$ we should still get 20$ back so she looked at us crazy for a moment then picked up the 11$ and gave us a 20$ and said "is this okay"? But we still had no receipt on what our exact total was so we asked her for the receipt and she told us she threw it away! It makes no sense to throw away someone's proof of purchase without them requesting it so we asked for a copy and she hesitated and said she could try she then bought back a copy of the bill still no receipt to show what we actually paid when hubby pointed this out she claimed it was the receipt so we went to the front and spoke with a manager and explained what happened she told us she could pull our ticket up on the computer and then came back and told us our order wasn't cashed out yet that's why we had no receipt like it wasn't a big deal. She did offer to get our 1.30 we were still owed from the waitress but did not offer to get our proof of purchase. I feel like they are scamming people so watch out for this we will be calling their office about this matter! read more

Went because our friends wanted to go. Had the four course dinner with gumbo, Caesar salad, fried shrimp, FF and cheese cake. Gumbo had a heavy taste of too much Thyme in it which seems to be the way some do it in this area! Salad was OK. Shrimp described as hand breaded but looked like the ones that come frozen in a big truck from a large processing plant. Can you think Gortons? Not very good. Fries warm but limp. Place was almost empty which may mean that others don't think it is too good either. read more

It took a FULL HOUR before we got our food. Waitress was very good but claimed someone stole her order, after politely informing us that it would take longer because our fresh fish was still frozen... They were not busy so hard to imagine the manager not knowing the undercurrent of 'cheating' by wait staff or ineptitude of cooks. Most of the food was luke warm to cold also. This place is absolutely terrible! We arrived and waited hardly anyone customers we counted 10 tables open and ready. We finally got seated after around 15 minutes!! We again waited for our server when she finally arrived and gave us our drinks she brought the wrong drinks. Then I realized the smell that was extremely strong where we were seated was bug spray this was in the afternoon so when the server came back we asked her if that's what we were smelling she said yes they sprayed yesterday! Then I looked around and in the window was a live roach! We showed her then got up and left. The atmosphere is depressing the staff are either just rude or poorly trained or both the restaurant is disgusting and the entry way smells like mildew. This place needs a renovation asap and new management the only reason they have 1 star is so I could post this other wise they would get negative stars if that was possible seriously do not eat here unless you want to get sick from the smell of bug spray read more

It was horrible experience. The only thing I liked was the service and at the end I did not like that either. We got the crab scampi which was cold when we received it and tasted like it was old. We then ordered a sirloin with crab and the hard battered fish and chips. The only good point to these two dishes was the crab and the chips. The steak was over cooked she ordered medium got medium well almost well. Not to mention that the steak tastes like feet. It seriously tasted rancid I tried some it off her plate and did not even chew it just barely bit it and the taste of it made me gag. The battered fish was no better the crust had no flavor at all added with the actual fish which tasted a little old. I tried to feed this fish to the dog when I got home and he took one sniff snorted and walked away. Finally, with all the issues you would think that they would reduce our bill significantly, no we paid almost full price. They took off the steak which reduced the bill from 60.00 to 57.00. Overall this was a horrible experience where I pretty much paid for less than dog food. We will not be going back anytime in the near future. read more
