Ate at this Red Lobster location for the first time today. It was delish! Lida was my waitress. She excelled at her job. Cheddar biscuits came fast. Caesar salad was very fresh. My meal of shrimp:excellent! It was fresh, hot and perfect. Will go back after Labor Day for Shrimpfest.

Salad was a disappointment after waiting twenty minutes for it.

Hostess seemed hostile when she seated us and threw down the menus without saying a word. Terrible service. Red Lobster, the name itself, has deteriorated. Our steak was over done , and the service took forever. The waitress had no idea about the menu and we had to tell her how to do her job. My husband had the steak and lobster special and and we were asking her questions about the dish and she said " it was new and she didn't know anything about it."

Nice people but okay food, okay service. Cold biscuits and shrimp scampi. Mahi-Mahi looked like a bread stick. Surprise...... someone paid for our meal.. therefore.. nothing else to say but ..Thank you to that lovely person!

Good seafood (I ate salmon and shrimp) but the salad was loaded with iceberg lettuce which was not too fresh.

The restroom mirror called me ugly and now I'm self conscious. Also food gave me the ability to do steamy Sanchez's for weeks

Upon arrival we were cordially seated and staff was very nice and helpful! First we ordered an appetizer of the crab pretzel, which was DELICIOUS!!! I then ordered the blue crab and my husband ordered the ribeye/crab cake dinner. My crab was plentiful and refills were promptly delivered. Sadly my husbands steak wasn't really to his liking. He stated seasoning was a bit off and the crab cake was also a little dry. When he spoke to the server he was offered a new dish and discount which was quite nice! He opted for the discount (which we stated wasn't necessary but definitely appreciated!) I just kept eating my crab!! We also loved the background music (80-90's country with some classic mixed in) it wasn't overly loud and quite enjoyable! The place was clean and roomy we didn't feel crammed into a small space!! I overall recommend this place but it is not a "high-end" fine dining place but thinking of WHAT I was eating and how messy that is? I have no issue with that!! The prices were not astronomical and seemed appropriate!!

My son enjoyed his shrimp although they cooked very fast. Overall, we had a great experience with this restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Food came out at just the right pace between courses. Ambience was only "ok"... I did notice that things looked a bit worn. And one thing that bothered me was that there were ceiling tiles that were badly water stained and sagging... nothing active, but it was very unsightly. Given that they are very easy to replace, leaving them there just made the place feel less "special evening" ambience to more like "a diner" which is a shame for a place i expected to be more classy. As for the food we had lots of positives to say. We tried the crab bisque appetizer which was thick and creamy with just the right amount of seasoning and crab meat. The portion for a first course was generous. We also got the steamed mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce. The mussels were cooked perfectly. They were plump, tender and flavorful the sauce was delicious. Be sure to ask for extra bread to soak up some of the broth and juices. The side salads were likewise generous portions, fresh and crisp. Very happy! The main courses come with just one side. I got the fried seafood platter with hushpuppies and my wife got the stuffed flounder with onion rings. The fried platter came with flounder, shrimp and oysters, with tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. All were coated in a lightly seasoned breading that was crisp. Not overly thick. The hushpuppies, which other reviewers said were outstanding, I found to be on the sweet side. Crisp, yes, but overall just ok...I prefer mine more savory than sweet. The stuffed flounder was also very well done. Delicious. The flounder was cooked just right. Flaky and moist. The onion rings were thick cut, beer batter dipped. They were hot and crisp and the portion like everything else here was generous. In the end we did need a box to bring some of our entrees home. We left very satisfied. So I was pretty satisfied with the food and the service. Now if they could just do something to get the dining room as upscale as the food and service this would be an outstanding dining experience... thus only four stars instead of five.

The location is beautiful, and the inside of the building is just as impressive. It was warm, spacious, and perfect for a holiday meal. As for the buffet, it offered your typical catered-style items: a mix of brunch dishes and classic Thanksgiving staples. The dessert table was large and had a nice variety. We had one of the last reservations of the day, and I do think timing affected the experience. The food was good, but not great. A few dishes, like the mac and cheese, clearly sat for a while. I honestly believe if we had come earlier, we would've had a different impression of the food quality. The dessert table also showed some signs of being at the end of service, but still had good options. The staff, however, was excellent (well most)! A special shoutout to the Thanksgiving Day bartender--she was friendly, attentive, and very apologetic after an uncomfortable interaction with another staff member. When I asked about drinks, a gentleman (who appeared to be a manager) chimed in with a surprisingly negative and harsh response toward myself and another guest. It created a very awkward moment, and even the bartender was embarrassed by his tone. Based on that interaction alone, I'd hesitate to return if I were in the area again. Shoutout to the hostess as well, she was great.
