The Ultimate. Everything was good for the most. Lobster was a little over cooked but no issue.

The service began slow. Although as time went on service got better with verbal encouragement. Comparing this visit to the last visit. I would like to go back in time. Over all food was 7.5 and service was a flighty 3. House keeping is openly displayed in the depictions associated. Don't totally discredit these individuals, they have gotten better than they were a year ago. Managers should focus of positive reinforcement and reward with plenty of praise when your team is kicking ass.

Had a fantastic mother's day. The food was fantastic and the staff was great. Our waitress went above and beyond when my crab legs didn't have much meat in them. So much better than my last Red Lobster experience. I look forward to coming back!

I have never received such slow service and cold food in my life. The fact that the manager said it was at the window and went as soon as the food was ready is a lie. It may have set at the hot plate for a while but the food was stone cold. For my first visit this is damning and won't return here in the future. Edit: New food came after complaining to manager and food was still cold. It was clear when the chicken and broccoli was hot and the pasta was not that it was microwaved and not made fresh

Underwhelming, and overpriced. Paid for a 30 dollar meal and received poor quality and quantity. The sweet potatoes are closer to baby food than any other food I've seen. The steak was bland, and lobster (the flagship namesake) wasn't anything worth mentioning. I wouldn't bother going here, and find yourself another spot to spend your money.

I got free chocolate cake by using the Red Lobster app. It was so good! Background is remains of a salmon meal.

We enjoy Red Lobster since it is handicap accessible. We like the atmosphere and the food is really good also. It is easy to get a wheelchair inside and get seated. On our visit in May, 2022 to the Lynchburg location, alll of he wait staff was very friendly and helpful. I have the Red Lobster app and I get free offers and discounts. On this visit, I got 1 free piece of cake. It was awesome! My waitress helped me with the app. She checked on us often. The guy at the door was very nice to help us outside when I was pushing wheelchair. We had a great time.

Dirty dishes that were not cleared until dessert.

We had a gift card sitting around and decided to finally use it for Red Lobster. The food was fine but nothing extraordinary. There was little wait because it was a Monday evening. However the service was not very good. We were not even given water when we sat or even when we had placed our order. The server brought our water, soup and salad all at the same time. They also forgot the sauce for the salmon and brought it out separately. Lastly, they did not clear any of the dishes until dessert was served. There was barely any room on the table from all the dirty dishes. I don't expect much from Red Lobster, but I expect better service than we got.

Upscale without being stiff, comfortable without losing that polished feel. I ordered the jambalaya, and it was a standout. Well layered flavor, not overly heavy, with a nice balance of spice and richness. The proteins were cooked properly and the vegetables still had structure, which matters in a dish like that. It felt intentional, not just thrown together for a brunch menu. Across the table, the Eggs Benedict was equally strong. The hollandaise was smooth and properly seasoned, not overly lemony or thick, and the eggs were cooked right where they should be. That is often where places miss, but this one didn't. Dessert was where things really elevated. The strawberry cheesecake was clean, bright, and not overly sweet, with a good texture that held together without being dense. The chocolate Rasberry glutin-free dessert torte, was rich in the right way. Deep chocolate flavor without crossing into heavy or overwhelming. Service was attentive without hovering, and timing between courses was well paced, which is not easy on a busy holiday like Easter. Overall, this is a place that clearly pays attention to execution. Not just presentation, but flavor, balance, and consistency. That is what separates a good brunch from one you remember. We will be back.

Abby was very attentive and came to the table frequently to check in and do refills. To start off this dining experience, we ordered the crab bites and a couple of clam chowder. First off, the clam chowder was great. It was one of their special items for the week, so it may not be available every visit. The crab bites were just okay in my opinion. The remoulade they were served with did have a good flavor though. I probably wouldn't order this appetizer again on a future visit. I've had a couple of people tell me to try the hushpuppy basket on my next visit. For the main course, I had jambalaya and would definitely have it again. The sausage, shrimp, and chicken were perfectly seasoned with all the Creole spices you want and expect with jambalaya. The people with me had fish and chips, crab cakes, and the Low Country boil with crab legs. Everyone was pleased with their main courses and agreed that they would come back to try more items. Overall, I would say this was a good new option in Lynchburg that's definitely worth a try, especially if you're a seafood lover. Can't wait to see how this restaurant develops after this soft opening week.

One person in our party said her salad had the best dressing she's ever had. The fried pickles were good. The shrimp was good. One bartender was good. Cons - We walked in and basically weren't sure what to do. There was a woman at we thought was a hostess stand, but she never said anything to us. We finally asked if we needed to check in with her to get seated. We did. But it was kind of weird. One bartender was awful. Never made eye contact. Wouldn't take any orders. Acted like she wanted to be anywhere else. I thought the Caesar salad was ok. It came with lacquered salmon. I would have loved the salmon, but not lacquered. It couldn't be made to order. Ok fine. I ordered it the way it was described. There was nothing lacquered about that salmon. It also was shredded on top of the salad and was maybe two ounces. That's ridiculous. Our server wasn't very helpful and not very attentive. I'm sure many people have had great experiences there, but I'm not sure I would take the time to go back.

Great to see representation for Korean food where we would least likely expect it…read more The banchan was tasty but weirdly limited (we were only given four for a whole family), teeny tiny portions (each normal-sized banchan dish was not even 1/3 full...come ON!) , and they never got refilled either. The Caucasian waitress did not seem at all familiar with the menu, so that was weird. The food was very good for the most part but could be better. So many options--nice offering! Strangely, the bibimbaps (we had 3 different ones) do NOT include fried egg on top. You have to ask for it and pay extra for it, which is ridiculous. If the cost of eggs hurts you that much, just raise the price. The menu even LISTS egg as an ingredient which makes it more confusing, but that apparently refers to the scrambled eggs that is chopped up inside the dish. Those scrambled eggs were kinda dry. Also, the veggie bibimbop was missing any flavor..had to add some banchan in there to get it up to par. Chicken katsu over rice was decent. Side of cream soup was ok. Waitress had absolutely no idea what ingredients were in it when we asked, AND she did not even offer to find out for us. We asked her to ask in the back and she never did come back with an answer. The beef kimbap/gimbap was really dry somehow. Like maybe the scrambled egg in it or the meat or both were overcooked and the rice not so fresh. Also it was missing flavor...it did not come with sauce or the pictured fish cakes. No sauces were available on the table. I had to steal some sauce from the banchan bowls to help choke it down. Also they're made just HUGE so it takes two bites to eat each and then of course that makes them fall apart. Really pretty to look at though. The miso soup sides were really good--usually at our local place they give us mild egg drop type soup so it was a welcome change. Would we eat lunch here again? Probably, since we just absolutely love Korean food...but we will learn from this experience and order differently next time. The mochi donuts on the way out..the cinnamon sugar ones were hard and dry and much smaller than the other flavors...so that was super weird. We ordered via the kiosk but when we got home we realized the humans got our order wrong so that sucked (the order is printed right there ON THE BOX, come on people) soooo...check the box before you leave!! The donuts could be way better...we usually get them in Newport News and those are bigger, fluffier, and chewier, but this was a decent attempt anyway. Oh, and the bible verse on the insides of the boxes was off putting. Because of that, we will not buy from the donuts/boba shop again. I feel like this place could do better but they're just not striving to, because they have no competition in the area.
