Man, Cheddar Bay keeps calling me back. Red Lobster is such a great place. Old school. Not just fishy fish. Really creative level menu, deliscious seafood. Crab boil, lobster, scrimps, whacha want? Biscuit me, brother. Fluff, o fluffy biscuit o cheese, i idore thee. Go see Tim at the bar, he'll keep you watered down. Best service, he kinda grew up there....... Guillermo is another cat that can take you on the seafood roll. He's been here forever too. Get here, Red Rocks !!!

Steven was our bartender and he was fantastic. Margaritas were delicious and the service was great. The biscuits are a must and the other appetizers were really good. The bar area was quiet enough to be able to talk.

Red Lobster is back baby Well at least for now Caught all the commercials of them revamping some items on the menu and $5 HH cocktail specials and all of a sudden memories came flooding back. It's time to go again. Okay so let's be real, them cheddar biscuits are heavenly and they still have them. As soon as your seated within seconds there placed right in front of you. I ate 2. I regret nothing. Still a perfect welcome back starter. We decided to sit in the bar area as we felt it was more lively. Ordered a glass of wine that came out quickly. Our waiter was super polite and let us know about all the new menu items and answered all our silly questions. We tried the new crab stuffed shrooms which were great (they still have the original ones on the menu). It can even be eaten as a meal as its a good portion of crab and cheese. For oir main I went with the 1 lb steamed snow crabs ( which is $24.99 Tuesday special) with butter and the side of cesar salad. I tore it up. They also bring you the crab opener, a shell plate, and gloves if you order one with a flavor like the Cajun (bestie had that). I believe there was 4 different flavors you can have them steamed in, or have it on the side. They have daily specials so check those out too. We devoured our food and rolled out of there like a pair of fat lobsters. Only thing I would say is with the revamping of menu items and $5 HH prices maybe they should renovate the place. It's still dark and gloomy and that dark wood everywhere has got to go. So the menu is definitely a plus but the decor needs an upgrade. Still I would definitely go back, the food was still great.

I hadn't been to Red Lobster in over 15 years. But I figured what's the worst that could happen. Plus, I needed to figure out if the crab boil was worth the hype. We ordered the mariner's crab boil, coconut shrimp, and some drinks. Both were pretty good. The boil was 6/10 and the shrimp was 8/10. Would definitely return. Red Lobster has their old thing back.

Food was good took my parents cause they love it there. My shrimps nothing out of the world, my son had a burger he said it was ok. Service even tho she was pretty good it felt as if we were upsell. I asked for shrimps in a way but never asked how many I wanted but when the bill came - surprise is double. But she was very helpful and her service was good it was just that detail. I was not impressed with the food. The service was quick, however, we had a couple of issues with the order. A lot of our food options were not available. A lot of substitutions were put in place. The ambiance had of an old restaurant trying to survive. Lights were very dimmed.

Good service. Price is right. Side salad (removed croutons) with side of ranch - fresh. 19.99 Shrimp Lovers - Coconut Shrimp (skip the dip) and Walter's Shrimp - basic fried shrimp - (skip the horrible cocktail sauce) LISTEN - Broccoli was my side - horrible - horrible - try another side. Next time I will get another side salad. Cheddar biscuits - too buttery, too heavy - Red Lobster style Flight of sangria - the middle one is the best.. No dessert - too much fried food for that. Will I return...of course, one day...it's Red Lobster.

The food was great. I usually don't come here very often, but the food was great. The place was clean and we were seated very fast. Our server Aramis was very attentive and helpful. It was perfect for a family dinner. I will definitely be returning!

Hostess was absent from Station (we should have left there). Server was friendly but incompetent and blaming management, but she would not even bring the silverware. Our granddaughters did the select their own Lobster and it was poorly cooked ($89 wasted!). Their drinks are cheap cruise ship type of drinks. The ambiance was low mood of all employees except when talking to a friend of theirs seating at another table. We wanted to come back to Red Lobster but this was a major wreck. So sad. Where is Management???

Took a chance on the unlimited shrimp deal after not eating here in over 15 years or more. Friends and I ordered the biscuits which could have been hotter and more fluffy with extra seasoning not like I remember at all. Our server, Natalie was very nice explaining the deals to us which I appreciated. We split our meal including the grilled skewer shrimp, garlic scampi, and the Alfredo linguine shrimp and for our side, we went with bacon mac and cheese which was pretty decent. I can say we will not order the unlimited again because even after one round, we were pretty full. We also decided to order the platter of waltz shrimp, which were actually tasty, popcorn, shrimp, and coconut shrimp. The ambience was pretty low for a Wednesday night if you're looking for a fried shrimp, I'd say, but everything else was so so.

You can tell they are hit or miss...bar not very clean. I arrived at 550 for happy hour - took 10 mins to be waited on. Manager honored HH price. Hard to believe How high red lobster prices have gotten. No longer a mid level casual go to spot....but brings back good memories of when it was! read more

I want to start this off with saying our waiter was amazing. What was not amazing was our experience. The restaurant is unclean. The booth we were in had what seemed to be butter on the seats. When the plates that come out with the rolls came they had food stuck to them (yuck!). Our silverware was dirty as well. We spent well over $200 on our meals and our filets came out extremely well done and tough (we ordered medium rare). The maine lobster tail was cold and tough, salad was warm, biscuits were dry, mussels were dry and cold, and chocolate cake was hard. When a manager came out, our concerns seemed to be invalidated with excuses. I spend a lot of money at red lobster and wanted to try the Kendall location based off of verbal recommendation, but I will stick with the north miami location. This experience almost turned us off to Red Lobster for good. read more

Very disappointed, not same Red Lobster of old. Let's start by these biscuits, had as a rock and only one person. Place needs a downright cleaning, not to restaurant standards. Food over 35 to arrive at our table, quality has disappeared, no were to found. When these franchise close down, please don't be surprised! read more

Love this location! We had a little bit of a late dinner, we arrived at 9:30pm on a Monday and we were greeted by one of the hostesses with a smile. She sat us down quickly and shortly after the server came and took our drink orders. He explained the specials on the menu and gave us some recommendations. He brought out our drinks, and he brought out the delicious cheddar biscuits as well. We put in our order- I had the Ultimate Feast, my boyfriend had the Dueling Lobsters. Best decision ever! The ultimate feast brings a little bit of everything AND you might even have some left over to take home! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing, even around closing time. read more

Note: I am a wheelchair user. My review includes reasonable accommodations. This particular Red Lobster has inconsistent service and food. This past week, I went and it was great. If it would have been my first time ever to this Red Lobster, I would have given it five stars. But I'm basing this review on my overall experience . I've been to this particular location more than 10 times. I can definitely say that the it all depends on the server's attitude. When the server knows the menu and can make recommendations based on what I want rather than what the restaurant is pushing on customers, I know I have a skilled server. This particular time, I asked the server about a Sangria or a Mojito. She said she really likes the sangria. Then I asked, white or red. She described the red sangria so well and when I sipped it, it was just like she said. The bad thing is that it was really hot in the restaurant. Supposedly they have to keep the indoor door open but whenever people enter from the first door, the heat enters. It makes eating uncomfortable. I enjoy going there when there are specials that really satisfy all of us seafood lovers. This past week was crab festival. Let me tell you, we had enough crab to take home as left overs. As for the wheelchair access, the only peeve I have is that I have caught the servers in the accessible stall taking their time to change into their uniform. These stalls are big for a reason. That's not it. So go to that Red Lobster, enjoy. read more

This Red Lobster location needs a lot of help and staff. My family and I went in for dinner just now after a movie. We were welcomed in and immediately sat. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and that should have been a sign to get out an leave. There were two dirty stalls with toilet paper and #2. The sink area had the soap dispenser broken and paper towel dispenser also broken. We ordered our food and the lobster bisque had a fly in it and my daughter's shrimp cocktail had a hair in it. Empty tables had been left with dirty dishes which I am sure doesn't help the fly situation. Mom ended up being grossed out and canceled her meal (her soup had the fly issue). No Mozzarella Sticks, No mac and cheese, no popcorn shrimp, no bacon, no cheesecake available. Server was kind but felt terrible for him as it seems this wasn't his first issue of the day. read more

I went to red lobster in Kendall drive and they sit us down and we had been seating down for 25 minutes and the server never showed up,I called the host and he never even came to the table and apologized, never going back there again in my life, always spend like 150-200 twice a month, really disappointed read more

Do you know what time it is. Cheddar biscuits time!. I love how nice and warm they are and I love that they are free 99. I think I might enjoy them more than my meals that I have here. I went with the fish and chips and I was pretty impressed as well. The batter was nice and crunchy and the portions were pretty large. read more

We know what to expect what we come here. But we love it anyways! The sides may be a little over done but the servers are so sweet and the main food is good. Nice spot to get you seafood fix without having to venture out from the neighborhood. Babe had the ultimate feast and I had the salmon. I've also had the lobster tacos a couple times which are delicious! They have a nice little back table which is were we took this picture. It's nice for a little privacy if you are celebrating a special day. read more

The other day came to the establishment and had a take out...it was shrimp pasta and side salad,, Why do these restaurants think If they put the heavy cream and butter along with the meal,,all of the sudden the meal is edible?? After two bite I gave the rest to my neighbor dog and not to mention the stomach ach from it and the salad is laughable because it was two leaf of romaine lettuce and 3 pieces of croutons......that's a shame.....waste of $20.00..... I gave them two stars because of the beautiful waitress they hire.... next time I will go to Winn-Dixie and buy the shrimp and the past on myself, I will cook it in my house and I know what's inside the food....I see people have no taste of what they're eating. read more

Food was fast and tasty, service was good and friendly, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, but the only thing we did not like is that the waiter has a very long beard more than ten inches long. I don't know how this is allowed in a restaurant. My wife did not eat, we did not leave and I ordered the lobster lovers dish. I will never ho back to any restaurant that permits long beard . I felted miserable . This was on Saturday,march 11 at 8 pm. Kendall and 116 ave. The waiter was friendly person but that long beard could be touching our food. I think is very anti hygiene. Red Lobster has made a great impression on my behalf. NO REALLY!!!! This Red Lobster is newly renovated and I am "O SO Impressed" They were MIA ( missing in action) for a while about 1 year during the renovation, thanks for Anne G for letting me know. Well anyways, I went with my sister a few nights ago and it was super great. Theres a deal for $15 you get a choice of soup, salad, largeee entree and dessert! WOW, the portions were out of control I had to bring half home. The only trick is that they, charge soda's 2.50 a pop, rip off in my opinion, but oh well.... Well here's the scoop, Cheese Biscuits...omggggggg buttery moist flakey cheesy heaven ( It's like feeling guilty but o well eat them i'll do some cardio tommorow lol) I ordered Potatoe soup.... thick creamy filling Garden Salad. typical Chicken and Shrimp w potatoes.. The shrimp was cooked perfect....great two portions good to save half for left overs. And the Finale, yes folks there more..... The brownie and ice cream... Geez I was stuffed, I had to take a walk after. Red Lobster is an indulence Yet, well worth it. If your feeling naughty, ask your server to give you a few extra fresh out of the oven cheese biscuits to take with your left overs... That's the dark side talking sorry. ;) read more

Why hello Red Lobster! Surprised to see how much you've changed! I'll be honest, my expectations were low. I tried to steer my parents away but thankfully the ignored my opinion (not unusual) and off we went. The wait was about 15-20 on a Friday night around 7pm and the place looks so nice! Dim lighting, wood all over and a friendly staff to boot! Biscuits were orgasmic. The appetizer Shrimp Nachos sounds gross right? So good! I ordered the Lobster-Crab Linguine which was so rich and creamy...pasta heaven. My mom ordered the Shrimp Linguine and wasn't complaining. My father ordered the Flounder and his mashed potatoes were so delish! Our waitress was so attentive it was ridiculous. Looks like this chain-restuarant pleasantly surprised me! Oh and their Apple dessert was just perfect as it was not too sweet and not too plain. Kudos! I knocked down a star for their lettuce in the Cesar Salad. Not so fresh. Whoops. read more

Out with the old, in with the new!!!! Hooray! Red Lobster finally gets it right! I just came back from having dinner there and I could not wait to Yelp it. My boyfriend and I were craving seafood. And not just BS shrimp...I mean Lobster and Crab. I ordered the biggest lobster they had (3lbs.). Our server let me choose which one I wanted from the tank (I obviously chose the biggest one). AMAZING!!! Cooked to perfection with a baked potato on the side. My boyfriend got the "ultimate feast" which was also delicious. Everything came out hot and and on time. The biscuits, as always, were amazing. The server (Chris R.) was awesome. He chatted up with the boyfriend regarding football and gave me a five-minute lobster-cracking course once it was cooked. Now, I will be an expert for next time. He was super on top of his game. To top it off, when he gave us the bill he gave us his Red Lobster business card! LOL. I chuckled but it was nice of him. The ambiance? Well, it definitely lacks something to be desired. It is a chain restaurant after all. The wait? 30 minutes :( The parking? Always packed...but plenty of parking all the way at the back of the restaurant. I was really shocked that we had such a positive experience tonight and just had to give them the props they deserve. read more

Red lobster is one those restaurants that I enjoy coming to with family and on dates with my boyfriend. Between the people that work here from the hostess and servers I wouldn't go to any other location but to the one I check in at. Tonight, the place was pleasant it was one of those nights where it wasn't so busy and you can focus on your thoughts and talking to your loved ones. Although, I've worked for a darden restaurant I still manage enjoy coming to this specific darden restaurant for seafood and for the simple comfort. Also, I love the seaside shrimp trio it is must to order if you simply enjoy everything with shrimp. It is jaw dropping watery everything from it being fried, garlic shrimp scampi, and the shrimp linguini Alfredo! I am a fan of shrimp and even tho I can have it better somewhere else I wouldn't imagine going anywhere but this restaurant! Plus, the biscuits are off the chain you will be ordering them by the rounds and you will be ending up taking some home. read more

I am not a frequent customer of Red Lobster, but who doesn't get a craving for some fresh Cheddar Bay Biscuits?! I know you can buy the mix and make them at home, but I prefer to save myself the trouble. I also saw an advertisement for the 3 Course Shrimp Feast for $14.99 and decided to drop in. Of course, I had some biscuits (and took a batch home). I started with the New England Clam Chowder, for the main course I had the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, and for dessert a Warm Apple Crostada. Red Lobster has been a classic since I can remember their cheddar biscuits and breaded shrimp were my choices growing up. I kept seeing commercials advertising lobsterfest so I decided to give it a try. The Heat game was on so my love and I decided to go sit by the bar. The first thing I noticed was how small the T.V.s are?!?! Why would anyone want to come to HH or watch any sports events with T.V.s that size?!?! FIX it PLEASE! The server at the bar was a sweetheart we asked her if we could watch the Heat game and she immediately changed it after we gave her the channel number. (No one knew the sports channels at the bar). For drinks we ordered two Shock Tops on draft not much of a selection if you like to try local breweries. At last, the cheddar biscuits arrived and our server took our order which were the dueling lobsters ($30 plate) and chicken tacos ($12 plate). Now I know what your thinking who orders chicken tacos at Red Lobster? My boo does that's what he was craving at the time. His plate included a side dish which he decided on their balsamic tomatoes with mozzarella. He was satisfied with his order. The dueling lobster plate needed a little love thou. I felt like they were smothered with sauce. I wasn't pleased with the taste or presentation of my food. I will tell you the service was very good. I live right by here and pass by everyday but every time I have been here I tell my self this is the last time. That being said, today my family wanted something close so we decided to come back. To our mistake, and not surprisingly, we made the wrong decision. First of all, there were many empty tables (which not many even had their food yet) yet we had to wait. So, after getting our flu shots this AM we decided to have an early lunch. My youngest decided that he wanted Red Lobster since he likes their cheesy biscuits & Alfredo pasta. I wasn't happy with his pick, but the rest of the family was in agreement, so off we went to the Red Lobster. I am happy to say that I was pleasantly pleased with the food & service. In the past few weeks I have visited a couple other "cookie cutter" restaurants (Kendall Ale house & The Outback Steakhouse) and the service was very lacking. Tim and his teammates @RedLobster gave me a glimmer of hope that good service & good food are still available for a reasonable price. Although they were understaffed, all team members were assisting each other to service guests. Now this was not 5 star service, but it was definitely better than what I had received in the past few weeks. The food was good, maybe just a tad on the salty side for a few items, but definitely tasty. But as my better 1/2 pointed out the service is what stood out. So a thumbs up to the management & staff for having a "game plan" on how to take care of their guests! read more

Had their New Orleans salmon and shrimp. Pretty good. Would have it again. Not exactly spicy like you would expect calling it New Orleans but flavor was good. Not a big fan of Red lobster but I liked what I had and would order again. They have a lobster mashed potatoes that was really good as well. Plenty of parking. read more

So for Mother's Day my mom decided on getting Red Lobster for dinner, I was okay because shrimp is heaven. We ordered it and had to pick it up; why have "delivery" as an option if you can't deliver? It should be stated on your website or wherever it needs to be stated. Even looking on here it says that delivery is optional. I asked her and my sister to ask for extra cheddar bay biscuits because they're cheddar bay biscuits. It's like crack for the food world. They arrive home and to my dismay my sister informs me they didn't even give us cheddar bay biscuits. They also forgot to ask for extra(so not their fault,) on top of that the food was cold; I'm not gonna say ice cold but it wasn't even lukewarm. Such a disappointment because it's one of my favorite seafood places, we don't go often because it isn't the cheapest but we enjoy ourselves when we do go as a family. I ordered my dinner on line and when I picked it up I checked it because this is not the first time that when I get home my order is incomplete. They were missing my dessert and I told them and I got it. Unfortunately I did not check well because when I got home I was missing my salad. When I called to let them know they told me the usual excuses and their solutions: I am sorry. You can come back and get your salad (really?). You can get it next time you come to the restaurant. The last one: you can get a free appetizer next time to come. Listen Mr. Manager: I DO NOT WANT ANY OF THAT. I WANT MY ORDER TO BE RIGHT AND FOR ME TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!! This rating is for Red Lobster on Kendall Drive, Florida. First their Corportate office lacks any customer service and they do not care about their customers. We went there to celebrate a double birthday and this Red LOBSTER HAD NO Lobsters !!! Even if they sold out, it is their responsibility to find local lobsters because how can there be none at a RED LOSBSTER. We called the Company and they responded by telling us a Director would phone us in 3 days. 2 weeks later and not a courtesy call. We did not stay and left immediately as soon as we heard they had no lobsters. Our every 3 week or so visit to eat there is over. We would never support a business like this and would rather give our money to those who care about us. Even if you did not have them. show some kind of regret. read more

Horrible service. They were out of broccoli. Really? How does that happen? The kitchen had no bread ready until halfway through our main course (and we had appetizers and salads). When the server brought the bread, it was raw in the center. The server was inattentive. Will never go to the Red Lobster ever again. Too many better seafood options in Miami. read more

I really enjoyed the taste, texture and flavor of the Lobster Mac & Cheese. It exceeded my expectations. It was very creamy and the lobster tasted fresh. The service could have been a bit better as they ended up bringing my Mom's food out 15 minutes later than the rest of the family's food. The breads tasted delicious and were fresh out of the oven and brought out onto our table. We usually go to this Red Lobster to celebrate certain family events because it is conveniently close to our house. Overall, we always have a nice experience dining here. read more

My girlfriend and I came for the first time... and honestly we had the worst experience. She had the Lobster Mac n Cheese ($30!) and there was no cheese and 1 piece of lobster. I got the Ultimate Feast (another $30) and the picture looks amazing on the menu but let me show you what it looked like when it came to the table. Not only was the service horrible (we had to ask another waiter for utensils and plates) but as I was eating my plate I was wondering how to break up the crab legs... and at the end when she was picking up our plate she said "oh my gosh I forgot to bring you the tools" I guess she saw that I didnt eat the crab legs because obviously I had to tools. The lobster fits in the palm of my hands. All in all I will not be coming back and my bill was $80... $80 down the drain read more

Plenty of parking as it has its own parking. Upon entering, a distinct odor is present. Plenty of seating and helpful, cheerful waiters. I ordered the lobster special with rock lobster and Maine lobster as it was a lobster fest promotion going on with shrimp and lobster pasta. Unfortunately the Maine lobster was under cooked and the shrimp in the pasta were very small shrimp that had no taste. The manager did send me a new Maine lobster correctly cooked. We should have specified we wanted them at the same time. By the time our steak arrived we were pretty full. The steak was served tender and juicy. We got the Prime Hanger. I appreciated that the server mentioned their two less expensive cuts were very popular instead of trying to upsell us on their pricier options, as we were very happy with this option. We had some steak leftover as well which was delicious the next day too. As it was perfectly medium rare, we were able to heat it up on a skillet without it overcooking much. We ordered the Bernaise sauce with our steak, but it was not necessary and I probably would have skipped it. Service was good and pretty efficient. They made sure to check on us frequently but the meal was good without any additions. I don't remember if when booking I requested an outdoor table but their patio is quite hot in summer. I think they need some outdoor fans to help with the heat as I was shvitzing a bit. If I were to visit again in the summer I would make sure to specify the need for an indoor table, but I'm sure it's lovely in the winter months. There was also the occasionally fly near our food which did kill the mood a bit and some table fans might help with. There is a gravel parking lot next to the restaurant. When we arrived there was only one spot available so it does fill up.

I honestly can't believe this place has only been open for a month. I've lived in Miami my whole life, and this was hands down some of the best service I've ever received--and that says a lot! The food was great, but the hospitality is what truly stood out. Every employee we interacted with made us feel like family. We visited Red Lobster on a Saturday night, and despite our expectations, it wasn't too busy. Our server was efficient and promptly brought out several baskets of their famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits, which our one-year-old loved. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Alfredo, while my daughters had the Fried Shrimp Kids Meal. My husband opted for the Endless Shrimp, which came with a salad and Pepsi for an additional $5, along with unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits. My husband particularly enjoyed the Crispy Sea Salt and Vinegar shrimp and the Grilled Shrimp Skewers, promptly reordering as soon as they were served to avoid any delays. Overall, we were impressed with Red Lobster's "Ultimate Endless Shrimp" deal. Priced at just $25 per person, it's a great value for seafood enthusiasts who can consume a significant amount of shrimp in one sitting. My husband and I come regularly here to unwind and enjoy a nice dinner. We have been getting such bad service in other restaurants but understanding due to short of staff... So we were in no rush thankfully. But unexpectedly we received amazing service from our waiter JUAN P. he was just amazing and very busy with other tables as well. I did notice other waiters were also very attentive to their tables as well. But i wanted to say Juan P. was very nice, and we appropriated the experience we had with him. Me and my co-workers had a craving that day, seafood! Who wouldn't resist, right? So, we diced to go to Red Lobster. We had the Crab Lover's Dream, it was totally a dream come true. I brought some people with me. We selected the family meal, which included linguini alfredo, snow crab, and the admiral. Being a lover of fish, I can tell they were excellent. But not all of what we had was beneficial. The shrimp and clams were particularly greasy fried foods. Alfredo lacked flavor.
