New CEO and boil bags got me visiting! Came here on a Thursday night, I was able to make a reservation but, on a weeknight, it seems like if you are early enough you won't need one. We sat in the side room, and Reb Lobster hasn't updating anything probably since the 200s. lol Didn't bother me though, just funny it was like a time capsule. The side room we were in was so quite and I'm naturally loud so sorry about that. Brad our waiter was amazing and made sure we were well taken care of. Of course, I got the boil bag, and it did not disappoint the shrimp, crab and lobster were all cooked to perfection. If Red Lobster knows how to do something, it's the proper cooking time and temp! I got the garlic butter sauce because I am not a big spice person and got the Cajun sauce on the side. I could have gone with the Cajun all around, it was very mild even for me! One with cajun butter and one garlic butter. I have to say the winner of the two is the cajun boil. We were so disappointed. We wanted to go have a nice family dinner that is very rare for us, we chose Red Lobster! The food was so horrible, shells in the crab boil, teeny tiny crab legs the size of a pencil, the lobster was so chewy and tough like rubber. We had to go straight home, as we had abdominal issues. The floor was filthy, the only positive experience was the server and the biscuits. We will not recommend to anyone to eat there, nor will we ever go back. Red Lobster has gone through a lot of changes over the past few years, and it had been quite a while since we last visited. We decided to give it another try--and I'm so glad we did. We ordered two seafood boils, and they absolutely did not disappoint. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The service was amazing--friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. When the corn was accidentally left out of one of our boils, the team immediately made it right and brought it out without hesitation. We literally ate every bite. What really stood out was the care and accountability. The manager personally stopped by to apologize, which meant a lot. In a time when service often feels rushed or indifferent, this location truly cares about the guest experience--and it shows. The décor is a bit outdated, but the restaurant was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Great food and outstanding service matter far more to me, and this location delivered on both. I really don't often leave reviews or ask to speak to managers but a few hours after the experience, I feel like it's needed. I also want to preface by saying I'm a server myself. We arrived (party of 3) at 7PM and were sat by 7:05. Our server (can't for the life of me remember his name, but he was tall, mid 20's, brown hair and a large forearm tattoo) took around 5 minutes to greet us. Didn't ask us how we were, just said his name and asked us what we wanted to drink (two waters and a Coke). He also took our appetizer order (crab stuffed mushrooms, delicious by the way) at this time and said he'd be back. We received the drinks and the appetizer around the same time, 8-10 minutes after ordering. We ordered our entrees (two surf and turf dinners and one shrimp trio) at this time, which was around 7:25 if I recall correctly. It was a longgggg wait after that. The server stopped by twice in that time to apologize for the long wait and that "he didn't know why it was taking so long." Being a server myself, I noticed other tables ordering and receiving their food within about 20-25 minutes, and knew he probably forgot to put our order in and feigned ignorance. It's fine. I have forgotten to put orders in, it happens to the best of us, and to his credit he did offer a free salad or dessert for the wait the first time he stopped by during that wait for entrees. We didn't want them though, so we munched on bread and watched as every single table seated after us in our section received their food. By 8:15 (50 minutes after ordering) it was getting kind of ridiculous. We finally received our entrees at around 8:25. Both steaks were cooked incorrectly (ordered medium and medium rare, received medium well and well done, but we said nothing because we had already waited long enough) and the sides were incorrect for one entree (the server did fix this). Beyond the wildly long wait for the food and the two incorrectly cooked steaks, the pasta for my shrimp trio was unfortunately absolutely flavorless. Garlic shrimp and Walt's shrimp were fine. But by the time we received the food, we really didn't know if we wanted to eat there anymore. About 15 minutes after receiving the food, our server came by again. I asked for several boxes so we could box up pretty much 75% of what we had received to take home, since all we wanted to do was pay and start the long drive home. He said okay, then about ten minutes went by without any indication of him returning. This was when I decided to get up and ask to speak to a manager. I'm sure the manager will read this and recall the interaction, so I want to thank him for being understanding and listening to my (albeit poorly dictated) concerns in the moment. We spoke for about two to three minutes, during which time (I learned this after we left) the server dropped the check at the table. He never brought boxes so we didn't take any food home. Worse, the amount on the check was full price. I am NEVER one to ask for discounts on food bills but after waiting about an hour for food, with no real indication of when it'll arrive, receiving incorrect food, an ignored request for boxes, and literally seeing our server a total of five times over the span of two hours, I would expect something to be done. As a server myself, I would see that the guest has had issues that were my fault and ask a manager to take SOMETHING off the bill for the trouble. Instead, we paid $176 for sub-par food and bad service. Again, I never leave reviews unless something goes VERY wrong, but I felt like I had to make it known that this experience was absolutely unacceptable. My guests and I all live south of Denver and rarely venture north anyway, but after this, we more than likely won't be back if we're in the area. read more

We ordered Uber eats so I cannot comment on anything but the food. I ordered the clam chowder and the Lobster pappardella pasta. My husband also ordered the chowder and the admiral feast w/ Brussels sprouts and the creamy lobster baked potato. First what he said about his mea which was delicious...except for the potato a complete waste of money, it was $8.39 extra. There wasn't enough sauce, it was not good. My pasta dish was delicious, a little dry but I really thought it was flavorful and I loved the asparagus and tomatoes in it made it very fresh and light. The chowder came in a huge cup and it was creamy and buttery lots of potatoes, wish there were more clams but I really enjoyed it. A delicious meal. Everything was in nice big containers and absolute filled to the brim, and the cheddar Bay biscuits were hot and delicious. The bad is that the prices are absolutely astronomical. The pasta dish was $41 dollars, yikes! If they want repeat business prices need to come down. Because honestly we can only do this type of meal once or twice a year. We used to go out once or twice a month. Until prices go down, I guess we will have to wait till next year. The 4 stars is because the food really was delicious and plentiful. It was ok. We sat at the bar. There was an overly intoxicated man at the bar & the chick behind the bar was obviously inexperienced on how to deal with it. Unsure how she's a bartender & doesn't already understand how to handle that type of situation. Our food was also cold. We ordered coconut shrimp & a Lobster pizza. Both weren't fresh tasting AT ALL. We've visited many locations all over CO but this is one of the lower quality establishments, in my opinion. Young brunette at the bar was more interested in having a convo with my Hubby than making sure I was a satisfied customer. Bathroom was kinda ick. We won't be back to this location. Finally, We were told we were "3rd on the list". Unacceptable. Food arrived. We ordered an Admirals Feast. The biggest crab leg was the size of my ring finger. No meat in the others (which were only 4 legs). We also ordered Rainbow Trout. I figured it was a no brainer being in Colorado. Wrong. It was paper thin and dry. No taste at all. The food; however, was mediocre at best. We all ordered clam chowder to start, halfway joking it probably comes out of a bag. Well, I actually got a piece of plastic "bag" in my soup - which while funny, was pretty sucky. The rest of the meal was just OK - I had the simply grilled salmon which was WAY overcooked, so it was dry dry dry. My sister had the Lobster feast which she enjoyed, the plate was huge, and the lobster alfredo took up most of the place. My nephew had fried whitefish and popcorn shrimp, which he said was meh. Red Lobster now offers daily specials at a reasonable price. I ate there yesterday which was snow crab legs. My issue was they gave a cracker to break the shell and a mini fork. The cracker was not strong enough to break the shell firmly. The mini fork would not fit into the 'cracked' shell to extract the meat. What I asked for was seafood scissors and a pic. Unfortunately, they do not have those tools. I was not going to struggle to extract the meat or spend an enormous amount of time. I cook crab legs a lot. I have the pic, the heavy cracker, and the seafood scissors. I boxed up the crab legs to bring home where I know I have the tools and the experience would be better. I would suggest not going for the daily special on Tuesdays. The other days seem very reasonable. read more

She didn't refill my drink with my meal at all, and she bagan by saying " there's no sharing or no taking shrimp home" they took on average 15 mins for shrimp refills, and when my food arrived, I immediately ordered more to which she replied " oh you have to eat at least half before ordering more so it felt a lot like eating dinner at your mean grandmothers house. So there's apparently rules and policing that goes along with your "endless Shrimp". Terrible experience overall read more
