    Crab boil in Cajun

I love Red Lobster. I always get my favorite -- the Shrimp Your Way duo or trio with the Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp and the Shrimp Scampi. I also love their Caesar salad and the cheddar biscuits. It's a shame you now have to add $3+ if you choose the salad as your side when it used to be free. Come on, Red Lobster -- it's just a salad! Yesterday, I decided to try something new and ordered their seafood boil. I chose the Signature flavor (all the flavors mixed together), and it was okay. I asked for level one spice, and I definitely felt the burn on my tongue and lips for a while. I got two snow crab clusters for around $36. The crab was meaty and cooked perfectly. Service is always good, and the tables and bathrooms are always clean. Nothing to complain about.

Red Lobster. You have done it again. Twice as good and twice as nice. You are 2 for 2, and our family gladly accepts the prestigious role of "regulars". From the time we entered the restaurant until the time we left, the hosting and dining experience was beyond extraordinary. The food was wonderfully prepared, tasty, and served with excellence. "Blake" you are amazing. Red Lobster definitely chose the best when they chose you. Red Lobster, your staff and service are reminiscent of a very popular TV show called, "Uncover Boss." The show always recognized the best of the best. And oftentimes the CEO of the featured organization would reward their staff with extra special unexpected surprises. If I ever get the opportunity to somehow reward the staff with a special, unexpected, heartfelt gift, I would do it immediately. Giving to others is such a gift. Red Lobster you provide so much more that what you offer on the menu. You treat all your dining guests so very special. And for customer, you make it very easy to choose Red Lobster as our restaurant of choice. The impact of the food and services received tonight inspires me to write this genuine review at 11:49 pm on a Friday evening. Sincerely, Proud time be called a "regular."

My nephew wanted red lobster for his Birthday, and I was not looking forward to it, since I figured the restaurant chain had gone done hill! But I was pleasantly surprised, my BF had the surf and turf and really liked his food and I liked my chicken! The customer service was great, loved our waiter, and the food came out in a timely manner. My only gripe is the price was high. 67$ for 2 people.

Popped in to try to boil bags. Took me back a bit to the hey day of boiling crab in garden grove or Rowling Heights iykyk. The lobster dip was solid, seasoned well. The Diet Pepsi tasted great, really fresh tasting (I'm a Diet Coke kind of guy) Our server was fantastic. We got the bag with lobster l, shrimp and crab legs with Cajun butter. The corn was good, we added sausages ( a little steep for $6.99?) for one IMO. Potato's were cute too big, a little underdone. The biscuits were hot and fresh. It's a little run down; the men's bathroom is an outdoor portable...didn't ask but felt weird to walk outside just to wash my hands. Hostess was nice but didn't offer us a high chair, she did manage to say bye as she was FaceTiming with someone. The table next to us was not cleared the entire time we were there. Someone started but then just left it all. It's honestly more of 3ish but our serve. Can't remember his name really made our night. He was kind, efficient and personable.

The last time I visited a Red Lobster was approximately 13 years ago. I was curious what they offered for their crabfest and wanted to try their seafood boils. Both the Mariner's and Sailor's Seafood Boil were tasty. If you like garlic, I recommend getting the garlic butter flavored boil. The portions are best suited for 1-2 people. It appeared to be a long wait, luckily I made reservations. Definitively worth the time to reserve ahead of time. Although there was plenty of seating, they seemed to be short of staff unfortunately. Mario was our server and he was excellent. Very friendly and genuine. My family and I will come here again.

In a way, it's a bit sad to see an iconic American restaurant like Red Lobster losing its popularity and becoming something other than what it once was. Although our last couple experiences have been disappointing, we came back for the crab fest. The service was not what it should be, losing some of the basics. As just one example, the plate of 1 lb of crab came but Red Lobster had ran out of the crab crackers needed to eat the crab. About 15 minutes later they were able to wash and get us the crackers. By that time the crab legs were cold, we asked for them to be warmed up. After a while, the server took our crab legs, came back with the crab legs still cold but with a warm plate. Asking again to get our crab legs warmed up, the server needed to request special permission from the manager. Eventually, they took and brought back those same crab legs warmed up. What we miss the most, from the former Red Lobster - the cheddar Bay biscuits (once delicious). Nowadays they are semi-tasteless and beyond dry. I think they are now, once frozen, instead of the former, "fresh from the oven" great taste.

It's been a while since I've been here but I have to say the service and the food has gotten better since the last time. The table side service was a very nice addition. I would even say the deals have gotten better, especially with 5 dollar drinks and those flights look so amazing. I will be back to try. I will say our drinks were on point though. The day we went there wasn't a miss. Ok so I had the boil. Get the old bay in the boil with the Parmesan sauce in the side. Deep your meat in that side sauce and it will surprise you how good the boil is... ALL AND I MEAN EVERY BIT OF THE MEAT WAS COOKED PERFECTLY... I'm talking from the the crab, to the shrimp, to the potatoes and corn and even the lobster... I don't know who's cooking but they have it down pat. Lastly the ambiance was great I must say... they had the right lighting with the right amount of volume to the music where you can hear it but it doesn't disturb your conversation at all. Oh yea, the AC was blasting and felt amazing coming in there out of this summer heat.

Train your staff when there are hour changes, nobody should be picking up the phone if they don't have proper info... I called around 6:30 to see if the restaurant would be open the next day (Christmas) unfortunately the girl said they are from 12-9pm, she did have to go ask... I say unfortunately because working on a holiday sucks... but anyways, during this call I said "Ok I'll need it sooner than that so I'll just pick up tonight. You close at 10pm correct?" She confirmed... I then said "ok I'll call back when I'm on the way later tonight, I'll just be ordering biscuits" Ok I called back around 8:30... Can't place the order because they are closed!!! Which overall is a good thing, they get to spend time with their family BUT I was giving wrong information so now I can't provide for mine... Everywhere online also says 10pm... Holidays are no surprises so a manager should've took whatever steps they needed to insure holiday hours were posted and staff was aware of holiday hours...

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE RED LOBSTER! I have to admit that I am a regular at ordering through UBER EATS. Whenever I have a LOBSTER craving, I know exactly who to call... GHOSTBUSTER THEME SONG turns on: Thananananana! Who you gonna call? RED LOBSTER!!!! SERVICE: A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ It shows up right at my front door courtesy of UBER EATS!!!!!! Thank you!!!! I finished ALL 3 Lobster tails by myself!! Beware for those who are constipation prone it's high in sodium so NOT CONSTIPATION FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!! Speaking from experience so I've had to cut down on LOBSTER!!!! The Maine lobster tail is my favorite!! I like my lobster on the soft, tender and juicy side!!!!!! ROCK ON RED LOBSTER!!!!!!!!!!!! Who you gonna call? RED LOBSTER!!!!!

    Alexandra L.

The restaurant completely dead. No one inside according to our dasher. We ordered our food 2 hours ago. Absolutely ridiculous. We thought that we should order one more time before they are closing up the restaurant, what a big expensive mistake. They should close it now. Why waiting if you can't even cook 2 meals?

They now take the meat out above the shell and bake, when before it was cooked inside each half shell split open.

My experience with Red Lobster is going downhill each time I eat there. This time I only ate here because I had a $10 gift card to use. ON this day, Nov 1, I ordered the two lobster tail (you can substitute the tougher rock lobster for another Maine lobster tail), and two sides. First of all, I live in San Diego and Red Lobster closed the only two locations in the City of San Diego. So I stay at an AirbnB sometimes in Temecula and have people to eat with in Temecula. Last year I ate at this Red Lobster with my property manager Eddy. He paid for about 5 people(his family), and myself. But in fall 2024 I bought Lobster Lover's Dream for an employee in his office because she just passed the exam for her real estate license. It cost me $71 for Lobster Lover's Dream, including tax and tip. On top of that she got fired 4 months later. In paying for Eddy's employee's dinner, and ordering my own Lobster Lover's Dream, they no longer include the Caesar salad as a free side, you have to pay a premium for it, on this date Nov 1, 2025 $3.49. You have to pay $5 MORE if you want lobster in your fettuccini, otherwise you get shrimp, when before the lobster was all they had and it was included free. An THEN, the Maine lobster tails USED to be 7 oz, but today Nov 1, the server apologized that they are only 6 oz. Eddy gave me his receipt for that night, totaling hundreds of dollars, so I could add the points to my rewards. But I did not know, that Corporate Red Lobster at that time 2024 told me that" I can never accumulate 125 points, because upon doing so, the 125 results in a piece of chocolate cake". I was shocked that Red Lobster Corporate spent my points immediately (when before I could have a choice of 3-4 items that I instigate the time and choice I pick) for each 125 points, and forced me to have the chocolate cake reward. I am diabetic and do not even eat dessert and can't eat chocolate, so Red Lobster blew away my points spending hundreds of dollars for 3 pieces of chocolate cake. Also I get same for my birthday, so I never come in to eat that. After that, I no longer try to get 125 points. Later, 2025, it turns out they offer 3-4 choices again, 3 savory items and 1 dessert. Well it turns out it isn't MY choice to pick, it is Red Lobster's choice, and they always pick the cheapest, and FORCE the dessert on met, and I don't eat dessert. So you can see to ME, I am NOT rewarded for eating at Red Lobster. The lady I ate with at this Red Lobster last night, told me her father just ate here a week ago. When she asked her father how was his dinner, she told me he said not so good, because Red Lobster made so many changes that make you pay MORE for items that used to be included in your entree price, and all the prices were soooooo expensive, already. No wonder Red Lobster closed both San Diego locations, so no more Red Lobster in one of the largest metro areas in the nation. Red Lobster also closed my favorite location which was about 1.5 miles from my Scottsdale house on Scottsdale Road and Obsorn Rd, next to the Olive Garden, years ago. They built apartments there now. So sad. Although the server and the food was good, all my grievances about Red Lobster above, weigh so much, I feel it still deserves a 1 Yelp star, now, from this 9th consecutive year Yelp- Eliter, for this Update.

I grew up with Res Lobster and still dining here on occasion. After hearing the new CEOs interview on radio, it prompted a visit for a curbside to go order and I'm sorely disappointed. While I don't expect fine dining I've never had an experience at Red Lobster where I wasn't at least somewhat satisfied...even more disappointing as I've been to this same location within past 6 mis after not having been in a few years. The positive - the biscuits are FIRE as always

Red Lobster, 41649 Margarita Road, Temecula, CA92591. Seafood, American. It's been a long time since we were last here. Food was ok although it was slow in coming. What stood out this time round was the service provided by Jenni. She was cheerful, warm, and went above and beyond throughout that turned an ordinary lunch into a superb dining experience. #Shrimp linguini alfredo #Sailor's platter

I love that they are dog friendly and it wasnt too hot today at the patio. I got the bloody mary to start and it was pretty good. The bacon in it was amazing, however, it didnt taste like 2 shots. The drink was thick but the flavor was still good. I got avocado toast with smoked salmon. This very small meal was 20$. I got a lox bagel and 4 huge pieces of smoked salmon with capers and a side of avocado a few days ago in Vegas on the strip and that was 16$. Sooooooo... how is this justifiable? Anyways, I also ordered a diet coke and they came out with a mini can. Talk about why this place is called "small" barn. Lol! The server stated the can is super small bc its only 2$. Thats just silly. Just get the bigger can and charge me 3 bucks for it. Thats fair in my humble opinion. 4$ for two mini cans is wonky to me. Alas, these are not the reasons why this place originally got a 2 star from me. It was the tomatoes on my avocado toast. They taste spoiled, old, and mushy. It made my stomach hurt a bit. As for the salmon, it tasted like it smelled, funky. Why i ended up giving this place a 3 instead of 2 stars? Bc their creme brulee was the BEST creme brulee I've ever had. It was so luscious, creamy, and it felt like these are the kinds of desserts GODS eat! It was amazing! My server was friendly and talkative with me up until the end. This has been my go-to place when I'm feeling like having a drink and some pub food…read more I have been here about 4-5 times and every time I have come it is has been a pleasant experience. The last time I went, I came with a friend to catch up. We came right when happy hour started. $1 off beer and finger foods. It was a Tuesday afternoon and there were a couple of customers there already. We did have to wait for a service but since he was the only one there, it was understandable and it wasn't long of a wait to get served and business was on the lighter side at the time. Once he took our order, the fries came out pretty quickly. I like the location as it is on the north end entrance of old town Temecula and one of the first businesses you see. We chose a table in the back and we even joked around with her when she tried to pass us off orders that were not ours. When our food finally came out (we ordered the bulgogi nachos and the sweet and spicy wings) she slammed the metal trays down at our table, not once, not twice, but THREE times because they got our order wrong and my husband had to go return a tray. We also waited about 30 minutes for our food. We were shocked and the family next to us was also startled with the rude treatment we received. I guess it's a moot point since we aren't returning anyway, the service alone was a total turn off, we paid $70 for two dishes and two drinks to be treated so poorly, disappointed in every aspect of this one and done visit.

They have a solid selection of house brewed beers, so it's fun trying a few different ones depending on what you like. The beer tasted fresh and well made. The food was also really good and went well with the drinks. The menu has a good variety of options and everything we ordered came out hot and flavorful. The atmosphere is relaxed and it's a nice place to hang out with friends for a meal or just grab a drink. The staff were friendly and the service was quick even though the place was a little busy. Overall it's a great brewery restaurant and definitely somewhere I'd come back to again.

Our group of 12 adults and 8 kids came to the restaurant for a team dinner on a Saturday evening…read more We emailed and made reservations well in advance. The restaurant was surprisingly empty. The first five minutes of the dinner were pleasant with instructions to order via QR code (no problem). However the issues with service were apparent immediately. Orders were placed for refreshments, appetizers, waters, etc. Within 20 mins food began to be delivered with no names/descriptions of the beverage or plate being delivered. Our group was left navigating who ordered what and determine what beer was what and finding the correct owner. Dinner plates delivered no place settings at the table, no condiments (ketchup) and no drinks for more than half of the table. That lefts us going to the bar to retrieve our own cutlery.... Going to the bar to request our waters and our sodas... even after three attempts to ask for our drinks (water, lemonade, soda) the drinks weren't brought out. Many members of our party had their dinner with NO refreshments. We actually ended up serving ourselves our drinks from a dispenser located outside... we also ended up refilling our own drinks Our water was finally brought out at the end of dinner.. It was the worst service I have EVER had. What a shame.
