Came here for dinner on Wednesday. The staff and our server were very friendly. Ordered an appetizer of the stuffed mushrooms, which were good. Each of us ordered a cup of soup so I got to try the lobster bisque and the clam chowder. The lobster bisque was good and had a lot of flavor. The clam chowder was thin and for the most part tasteless. The jumbo shrimp that came with the meal tasted fresh and delicious. Popcorn shrimp was good. We also tried the Brussel sprouts and those were a hit. For a seafood place, they sure know how to cook those Brussel sprouts. As for the fish and chips, the fries were good but the fried fish was terrible. The bottom was soggy from too much grease. I would definitely avoid the fish and chips. I really wanted to give this meal 3.5 stars due to the clam chowder and the fish and chip, but boy do I love those biscuits!!! read more

Way to go Red Lobster. You really knocked it out of the park for lunch with the wife today We both went for the weekday special, which being Friday, was the fish fry for $11.99. In true Red Lobster style, we were able to swap out the cole slaw for green beans (wife) and side Ceaser salad for me The legendary cheesey biscuits did not fall and the sides are perfect. All of this doesn't come close to the quality and size of the entree. Two really large, lightly battered, fresh and crispy pieces of fish was a challenge for us to complete. Undaunted, we enjoyed every last bite. I waited on the fries for last as I'm very picky and hard to please. These are the real deal, larger but not quite steak fries, no "coating" or seasoning to enhance the flavor or shelf life. They were still hot and fresh when I finished the fish. Service was great, all about how can we get exactly what we want. Very attentive without being intrusive. Our water glasses did not run empty. The setting is comfortable, markedly less crowded during Covid restrictions and only able to operate at 25% capacity. It happened to be Lobsterfest when we went so we got to try the Lobster Flatbread which had tiny pieces of lobster and the flatbread itself was a little bland. My husband got the Fish and Chips (Friday daily special - which we had to dispute on the bill). I would say the highlight of our meal was the crispy calamari with spicy dragon sauce (?) it was crispy and the sauce was spicy and sweet. It did pack a good bit of heat which we liked. The cheddar bay biscuits are definitely different from a long time ago, it tastes somewhat muted? It's also not as cheesy or crumbly as it used to be. Service was decent but they must be understaffed because there were quite a few people waiting for a table when we left and half the restaurant was empty. This is a typical Red Lobster location with that old school chain restaurant vibe. My toddler liked to watch the lobster in the tank when we walked in. I think the last time I ate food from Red Lobster was for my " goodbye and good luck in Oregon" lunch with my homegirls in 1995 in Yuma AZ. I mean back then in Yuma that was F-A-N-C-Y. And we had Cheddar Bay Biscuits! And dranks! So, on Pandemic Easter 2020, my teen and I were discussing making or ordering in a late dinner at 7pm and just not feeling it. Mom, is there salmon? (as I peruse yet another menu). Yes but its $22. A chicken club sandwich looks okay. It has avocado on it. Mom! It is $17! You cannot pay $17 for a sandwich! I won't let you. It is not THAT dang special. Sigh. Type salmon into the delivery app then. Um, hey Mom! Can I have lobster? Noooo. You just wouldn't let me have my $17 sandwich. Ok. Fish then? Ok , fine. Turns out Red Lobster delivers through an app to our house from Tigard ( surprising) and has family packs for four people for $30 and up. Our salmon, broccoli, mashed potato, biscuit family pack was about $40. And we had it for a dinner and then lunch the next day. And Red Lobster threw in two extra biscuits so we even have some left to eat with soup another day. We added a couple mildly expensive pieces of key lime pie. Because Easter. And sad. I was surprised that the salmon was cooked perfectly. ( you can get it grilled or blackened, we chose grilled).So was the broccoli. The potatoes and biscuits were pretty salty but tasty. Wow!!! My family has been sitting here for almost an hour and our food is still not here! I would understand if the place is full but there's only a handful of people here!!! Terrible service! The server came to apologize twice and the order still didn't come. My kid kept saying he was starving. Even the people at the next table were baffled why their orders came before ours. 15 minutes later the manager came to apologize once again and said all 3 managers were helping cook in the kitchen and that our orders will be coming soon. It took another 10-15 minutes until our orders finally came. My kid said he was past hungry already and barely touched his food. Ok. First of all the snow crab had a horrible texture and was absolutely steamed for days or boiled. I have had artificial crab that tasted more like crab than this stringy and tasteless mess that we were served. Our waiter ignored our tables drinks the entire time. When we finally did call him over to say, "did they boil this?" He went and got Carla. Carla came over and immediately became condescending. "So, did you tell your server during the meal or wait til the end?" When I replied "how could we tell him, we never could get refills?", she quipped "I can give you free dessert" It was never about discounts or free anything. It was honest feedback to fix the preparation of the crab before giving it to someone else. The food was honestly worse than our already low bar for Red Lovbster but the staff was horrendous. We dined at the restaurant to take advantage of the heavily advertised crabfest special. All dishes were at least $33 and more. They come with 2 sides. Tuesday special is $15 and more. I ordered the crabfest trio which was good in portion. My husband ordered the $15 Tuesday special but the portion was much smaller. All in all the food was good. I do wish they offer king crabs instead of snow crabs. It would be good to offer something new like crab stuffed in puff pastry instead of the old menus. I used to crave Red Lobster but You could not even pay me to eat there now. The past few times I have gone, the service and quality of the food has been terrible. The last time I went there I ordered food for pickup. I arrived late for my order at 4:05 but went inside apologized for being late. They said it was completely fine and my food would be ready within 10 minutes. I took a seat and waited for my order. After about 20 minutes I stood up and waited by the lobster tank. Another 20 minutes pass and at this point it is about 4:50. I went up to the counter and asked if my order would be coming out soon. They said it would and it finally came out at about 5:05. When I got my order I was so hungry that when I got into my car I started eating it. To my shock, I couldn't believe the food was cold. I had waited over an hour for soggy pizza. I decided to give it another chance because I really did love this place so I ordered again about 2 months later. This time when I got my pizza, not only was it cold and soggy but I also found a hair in it. I called immediately and got it refunded. I wish I would have done that with my other order as well. They won't seat your party until everyone is there, even if you have a reservation. We arrived at 5pm for our reservation but had to wait until our entire party arrived - which ended up being 545pm. They make it sound like they make more money by doing that but they held our table for us so that made no sense. They said it's a new policy. Those Red lobster crab fest commercials work after all. We were craving crab since it's a special meal you can't have everyday. A word of warning; almost all crabfest entrees were more than $30. With a weekday special and available coupons, my crab imperial and shrimp skewers meal was only $15. The classic crab imperial dish was like 2 savoury crabcakes baked inside a large scallop shell, full of crabmeat, cheese, and breading. The 2 shrimp skewers were broiled just right and topped with crab meat sauce. This meal was a bargain since it came with 2 sides (baked potato and rice pilaf) plus all you can eat Red Lobster's famous garlicky cheddar biscuits. My wife ordered the Crabfest trio consisting of crab alfredo noodle, and 2 kinds of crab legs (king and snow). Portions were ok though the snow crab legs seemed small, a bit old and overcooked. Service was good with refills of biscuits delivered promptly to our table. The flavors of our meal were good but pedestrian; what you would expect from a national chain. Still, if you're craving seafood and don't want to take out a loan, Red Lobster is the place to go. read more

My husband and I ordered from this location last night. I wanted seafood and he wanted steak, and this was the closest restaurant to us that was able to deliver. We ordered directly from their website to get delivered since we do not have a car. First Con: I had put in the order around the time they opened for a scheduled delivery time in the afternoon. After I placed the order I verified I received the email confirmation and that there was some sort of link to check the status on it around the time it was going to get delivered. The link never worked. I tried it on my phone, on my computer, even emailed it to my husband and still nothing. We did eventually get our food which we were happy about. I had ordered the Lobster Lovers and he ordered the 12oz NY Strip. Pro: My meal was delicious, and what I was expecting. Con: My husbands on the other hand was not. The only thing he really enjoyed was the baked potato he got as one of his sides. His steak was a lot of fat and not that much meat. He ordered his Medium and got a Rare steak. The BIGGEST CON of all time though is we are 99.9% positive that my credit card got compromised here. The credit card I used I have had for a few years now and only use it on subscriptions I have set up and restaurants. It was the first time ever in the 4 years my husband and I have been dating/married that we had Red Lobster and it was the only thing I had charged on my credit card yesterday. Within 30min-an hour after we received our food, I received 3 suspicious transactions which thankfully my credit card company did not recognize and declined them. For those that are going to ask, yes I contacted my company right away and changed my number. Because of the type of company I have, I am still able to see the multiple transactions that are being attempted on my old card number. If the manager and/or corporate employees of Red Lobster see this post I would recommend checking your system because it may be compromised and/or you may have someone working at the restaurant committing fraud. The service was friendly, a little slow, but our waitress was very kind. My wife wanted to try the whole lobster from the tank (2lb - $48), and came with 2 sides. This is all about a new discovery I have made ...or an old one which I changed. I am not sure how you take out but perhaps my way might work for you. I am eating alone and I suffered some damage. My left side had a fractured ankle with a sprain and the right side a torn Achilles. Both take forever to heal and I have found alternatives to try to stay off both sides etc. SO, as someone who cooks for themselves I have had to really change my food game and work with takeout to create meals which are not that bad for me or combine them with at home salads and such. Red Lobster is a great spot because I started ordering sides of things instead of the meals (though their meals are great!). So I will order like tonight: 1) Crispy Brussels Sprouts (reheats great so a few over a few meals). 2) Snow crab legs (deshell and use the extras with some eggs or top on something else). 3) Coconut shrimp - this was my eat immediately item and the sauce is amazing. They gave me a lime forward citrus dip which is pretty delicious. I was scared honestly because it was VERY white which makes me think milk based. This compliment is from a person who usually is not a fan of whatever sauce a restaurant provides. 4) Shrimp scampi - an old fav...you better love garlic and butter but does not need heat to eat later or you could put it on something else...veggies, rice, noodles. 5) A six pack of the biscuits - don't judge...you know you want to be locked in a closet with these damned things. But I get the to go and heat one up with a salad tomorrow unless I have a weak moment and go full psycho on the whole box doing my best "I regret nothing!" meme impression. read more

Went in at my wife's request and had a generally good experience. The atmosphere is pleasantly subdued, and our waitress greeted us not ling after we sat down. We found her to be friendly, informative, and helpful with a positive attitude. There was a significant delay from the tome we ordered and the food was made available. No worries. I had the all-you-can-eat shrimp and before I started our waitress asked if she could put an order for my shrimp in since it can take a while. Yes please! My wife had a sampler plate that incorporated a lobster tail, shrimp, scallops, and I'm not sure what else. She loved it including the broccoli, rice and side salad. We decided to not have desert and left quite satisfied. I am scoring this 4 stars as I do think the prices are a tad high, everything considered. When we pulled into the parking lot it looked like it was gonna be busy inside , be ready to get to the door and think the place is closed because the door is so hard to open! Even an employee going in was having a hard time. When we got inside the place was cold and pretty empty only 3 other tables. As we got taken to our seats I noticed that even tho the place was pretty empty the carpet and most of the tables around us were dirty.
