It has been a while sense I have been to the Red Lobster... but I went there on 11/12/16 for a quick dinner meal. And the wait time for us wasn't long for a small party of three. The waiter was a nice young man named Joel and he did let us know that he has only been on the job for 2 weeks. And will accomadate us to make our evening welcoming but things started to get a little crazy at one point. We started to receive the wrong meals such as my meal was suppose to go to my friend and she had my meal. But it wasn't his fault because some one else came out bring our meal not Joel . So it wasn't such a big deal I continue to eat the meal that was served to me before I realized the Shrimp that I was eating wasn't what I had ordered. But it was good anyway. When we mention to Joel there had been a mix up but not on his behalf. He made sure it was corrected and ordered what I was supposed to receive. Overall it was a decent meal and happy that the Red Lobster had some new items on there menu such as the Asparagus it's always good to have something new on the menu. Horrible experience from start to finish. The sangria and mojito we ordered were doused in sweetener and poorly made. Wait staff was very inexperienced. The seafood was leather from being over cooked and the veggies undercooked! When finally approached by wait staff we expressed our unsatisfactory experience with no result, just awkward laughter and an apology. Not the type of dining you'd expect when you spend nearly $100. It's possible to have a better experience at fast food restaurants. We will not be returning to a red lobster. read more

Was just there. Very pleasant person took my takeout order but the wait was oh so long! The Caesar salad was tiny. This is not the first time I've noticed that their takeout salad is a fraction of the amount one gets while dining at the restaurant. How much does it cost to put another bunch of romaine leaves in the tiny box, as well as some more shaved Parmesan? There were precisely 4 tiny half inch squares of cheese there. Really! And only three biscuits??? Too stingy!!! Had the dragon shrimp. The sauce is good but the wild rice was HARD like it hadn't been cooked at all and was raw. Very disappointing. read more

Service was good, but the food was decent. Nothing great, Red Lobster is a chain restaurant so you can't really expect anything different between all the other red lobsters around. The food was just OK. Our chicken fingers were overcooked. In addition to that, so was our lobster tails and broccoli. This place always overcook the lobster tails. It's been years since we went to this red lobster and the food was plain and bland. I couldn't tell the difference between the shrimp and the lobster. Everything we ate had no flavor and was bland. Very bad experience tonight. Horrible customer service (manager had an attitude, had to return my food because steak was over cooked and looked dry. Then they "threw out the salad and ran out of biscuits" because the store was closing (we arrived at 8:30), and they were more focused on cleaning up and serving us. Went there last night for dinner. The food was ok, this explains the one star. When we got there the woman at the table next to us was loudly FaceTiming someone for at least 5 minutes but thankfully left. Another guy was seated diagonally from us who proceeded to play videos on his phone while he dined and didn't care about disturbing anyone around him. Our food was delayed so a larger party (that came in after us) could be served first. Couldn't find the waiter at least three times. Went to ladies room and it was disgustingly dirty- urine in the floor in one stall and stool smeared on the seat of the other. Food was fresh and cooked just right. I've been to a lot of red lobster locations and this one was great. A woman named Ms Kay was a sweetheart and was there when I needed her and space when I needed it. She recommended a meal that was better portioned for me and saved me a little money. I've been to many red lobsters in the past but this is by far the absolute worst one I have ever been to. If you plan on going to red lobster, I don't care if you can walk to this one, keep walking. Servers were horrible and eternally flustered and forgot my wife's meal altogether. If I could leave zero starts I definitely would. My drink was finished and I was never asked if I wanted another beer. My entree was so dry and when I said something the servers all tried to make me look crazy. I waited 20 minutes for the check and I had to walk to the front to inform the servers that I was waiting. I regret leaving a tip. This is a complete disgrace to the entire franchise. DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!! Get some garbage like McDonalds instead. NEVER AGAIN! The manager onsite was also no help. Even the desert was horrible. We went on a Saturday night and the place was packed (1.5 hr wait). We didn't mind waiting at the bar. Once seated, our waiter was friendly and tentative. I was quite disappointed with the food. My order was room temperature and looked dried up as if it has been sitting under the warming light for a while. Visiting from down South (Georgia), I steer towards an RL every couple of weeks. I ate here two weeks ago and should have followed my gut instinct not to go back, but I made that mistake tonight. Walked in at 8:45, and although the parking lot was not full, was told there would be a 20 minute wait. I asked why and was told some servers called in sick. Well this was the exact same experience I had 2 weeks ago here. Went in the men's room to wash up and was immediately overcome by the smell of an uncleaned restroom- you know what I mean. As before, the right hand sink would not run water and the counters were soaking wet. Ran into the manager on the way to be seated and he recognized me from 2 weeks before because I have called the same nasty rest room to his attention then as well. When I was seated, the hostess told me that my waitress would be there shortly and would bring me silverware/napkin, etc. She did come after 5 minutes but left nothing other than the menu. No fresh fish selection menu or silverware, etc. I ordered the wood fired Tilapia. I asked that they make some garlic bread for me- the Chef's know how to do this with things on hand, even though the chain did away with it years ago in favor of those horrible biscuits. I tried my luck at apple sause instead of salad, but alas- still discontinued. I won't go into the comedy of errors that was most of the rest of dinner, but I will say that the Tilapia had absolutely no taste. I asked for some lemon-pepper seasoning.and probably about 10 minutes later the server came back and said they didn't have it. I asked her for what they had and she brought me some orange powder. This was after my fish was already cold. After 15 minutes, the bread still hadn't come so I asked about it and the server told me that the Manager said they only offered the biscuits. Folks- EVERY RL in the country that I have visited will make garlic bread if asked. I ate my cold fish with the orange seasoning and then had a piece of Key Lime Pie, which was OK. On my way out, I visited the Men's again... same story. I will never go to this place again. It is the worst Red Lobster EVER! read more

I was seated in the back where the most awesome waitress greeted us. Her name was special just like her, but she called herself DeeDee. She not only served us and checked on us, she helped us figure out my meal when I was indecisive. She seemed genuinely happy to be our company. The food we ordered was delicious and hot. Let me explain why this gets 1 star when it doesn't deserve that. It does not matte when you show up there is always a 30minute wait. Always. The people who take your name are always in bad moods or look miserable. The bathroom always has garbage on floors over full cans dirty mirror Nd stalls. The servers are rarely any better. Worst experience of my life. They don't ask if you want extra biscuits or check on you. I asked for a Malibu bay breeze and the bartender asked the waiter how do I make that. My drink came out like water. It tasted like a water down Malibu. No cranberry juice, no pineapple juice, just water and hint of Malibu. Since my drink was horrible, I then order mango smoothie. My smoothie never came. They forgot it. It's been 30 mins in and still no smoothie. I ordered steak and they didn't ask me how I want it cook. It's not just my table who isn't having a good time. So many tables are waiting 15 mins to get a waiter to even give them biscuits or take their orders. This is embarrassing. It's not even busy yet they can't get orders right. 20 mins later i just got my mango smoothie which is melted oh wait.. guess what? It's strawberry. What a great night. ENDLESS SHRIMP IS really endless, even when you get home if you know what I mean. The shrimp scampi was disappointed this time around had No flavor just shrimp in some oil. The parmesan crusted was very good. The server was good. Cleanliness not so good, they didn't clean under the table it was so gross of food, I was stepping on stuff when I told them that there was a T-Shirt I under the table they got that out of the way but don't offer to clean the rest. Where to begin... The place was dirty. Every stall in the women's room was unusable. Our wait time was as quoted and the atmosphere was quiet enough for conversation. Our server took forever to come around, but eventually we ordered and all seemed okay. The appetizer was fine. My friend and I both ordered the linguini and our portion sizes were vastly different. When questioned, our server simply said, "I dunno." The food was very bland. When our server checked on us, my friend said she wasn't impressed and he proceeded to tell us that he ordered the same thing a few nights earlier and was severely disappointed and that he himself would never eat there again. Long wait for food! We went here on a Thursday night when it wasn't even crowded. Waited for our food for 1.5 hrs and it only came out bc we had started to complain. We had a toddler with us and by the time the food came out we had to take it to go. What a mess! The manager or head chef came out and apologized and gave us a discount on our bill. She gave the reason that they were short staffed in the kitchen. They should have better scheduling or contingency plan for unexpected call outs! I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but Red Lobster is okay in my book. The wait here is usually very long, so I only come during the off hours when I have the chance. I love the biscuits served here, as well as the salads, but the food is okay. I've had better, fresher seafood elsewhere. The service is also a hit or miss. I've had both great and bad servers here and had trouble finding one when I was in need of help as well. It's just those damn biscuits that make me give the place 3 stars. read more

So lets start with the Clam chowder we ordered.. watered down so bad and barely any clams in it. The biscuits arrived with a black hair in it so that was sent back.. (disgusting) but our waiter Omar was very nice and apologetic rushing back with fresh ones... Salads arrived fresh and good.. As for the rest of the food it wasn't memorable at all.
