This place is so so. Ordered the açaí with peanut butter, blueberries and bananas. The açaí blend was like water. I don't think the peanut butter was blended in it like they said. I have been to this establishment a few times during my stays at the Riverside Resort. My first trip was not a good one because they did not have a smoothie like I wanted. The second time I went in the girl behind the counter was very rude so I decided not to order anything and left. The third time I went here was on Jan 30, 2022. At first entrance there was man standing there waiting for the clerk to appear. There was a "Back in 5 minutes" sign up on the counter. That man and I waited there for almost 10 minutes for the clerk to appear. That man told me he has already been there for way longer than five minutes, and I was there with him for longer than five minutes as well. When the girl appeared she was very short with the man and took his order, made him his parfaits, and then disappeared again. I waited a few more minutes for her to re-appear and take my order. I ordered an Acai bowl that was on the menu for $8.75. The total was $10.02 so I asked what the taxes are. The taxes were .77 cents so I asked her how do we go from $8.75 + .77 to $10.02. I was then told that I was being charged $9.25 for the Acai bowl even though the sign on the wall said $8.75. The girl begrudgingly called her supervisor over who also offered no resolution to the price discrepancy. To make this matter worse the girl now walks away from the counter and goes into another room without saying a word to me about where she was going or what she was doing or even acknowledging that I was there. She finally came back with another woman. My boyfriend asked me what is going on to which I replied, "The girl doesn't know how to make it." The girl quickly snapped at me and told me that she does know how to do it. I then told her how rude she is, that I have been waiting for at least 15 minutes to get an Acai bowl, that my money is on the counter, and that I would be contacting corporate over this. In the end the other woman made the bowl all the while showing the rude girl how it is made, which further proves the girl did not know how to make it. The second woman offered me the phone number to the store manager but I told her that I will contacting corporate regarding the horrible service this place offers. I then found the corporate phone number and called them. Not surprisingly, no one answered, so I left a message. That was yesterday and still no one has returned my call. I also called another Red Mango in the area and got no answer at that location either. We will not be back to any Red Mango locations. They do not care about customers or return visits by patrons. On a side note, the Acai bowl had no flavor, although the fruit was fresh and had great flavor the entire bowl was less than desirable. Now I am leaving the review here on Yelp since Red Mango has no interest in making this right with me. read more

NOTE: THIS IS REGARDING THE STORE IN LAUGHLIN - The RIVERSIDE CASINO I am reporting to hopefully a regional manager or higher - HORRIBLE customer service experienced at this location by both employee (wld not give name and did not have badge on) and manager "Gustavo" on 5/4/24 at exactly 3:52pm - Both 96 yr old grandmother and 67 year old mother came in with me for a cold snack as we had jut driven thru desert w no AC - they were both excited for some fro-yo - when we started looking at the menu the young girl w short black hair and nose piercing/black choker - let us know that she did not have time to assist us with an order as she was off in 5 min; and that we wld have to wait for shift change; she told us she had too much else to do - however she continued to assist other customers with "simpler" orders - i kindly ask for the manager and she said she didnt know when he would be around - so I asked for his name and she told me it was Gustavo. I told her I would like to talk to him and she went on to argue that there was nothing to discuss and that they have a system - her comment was unnecessary and unwarranted - I know our conversation was heard by another male employee who peeked his head in - a few moments later a gentlemen with a sports jersey and the name "Gustavo" on the back came to balance the register - him and the employee continued to whisper under their breath; he glanced up at us and did not say a word and continued to balance the register and left. I was pretty fed up by this time and we all decided to leave - for the length of my stay here and future stays I will never go back! I have never been so poorly attended to in my life. "Gustavo" should not be managing anything in my opinion not a business or employees as clearly his lack of understanding what excellent customer service is has rubbed off on his employees as well - what a shame! read more

So every time I'm in Laughlin, I have to stop by here and have one of their açaí bowls! And I am truly blessed my boyfriend is always willing to take me there even if it's for a late night snack. Usually the workers hook me up and dress my açaí bowl like it's a vegan thanksgiving(I'm not vegan tho). I could literally eat this anytime of the day I love it that much. Somehow it doesn't matter what season it is, they have the ripest strawberries and the biggest blueberries and it's totally worth the drive. So if you're looking for something that's light on your stomach but super delicious and filling you HAVE to try one of their açaí bowls. And it's pretty friggin healthy, just packed with antioxidants and tons of nutrients to fuel your stay in Laughlin. Really glad we didn't listen to the bad reviews on this one. My girlfriend and I were craving something healthy after binge eating the last couple days. So we stopped in and got an Açaí bowl. However, my girlfriend has an allergy to nuts and luckily there was a sign that said "all bowls contain nuts". So I asked the lady working the register if there was another way around it. She stated that it was because they are made with almond milk, but that we can substitute for juice at no extra charge if we'd like? We were more than grateful for her expertise and for allowing us to substitute with no attitude, no extra charge, and no skimping out on the toppings. This place is awesome! read more

unfortunately i cant review this shop on their product or service since they werent even open to sample those things. they post opening hours of 7am online (on the red mango website) and when i showed up after waking the rest of my family up to go there, they have a cardboard sign saying 9am as the open time. i get it if you dont have the early business to support the hours but get your hours updated online so people dont waste their time and others. read more
