Just walked in and the window says open till 7pm. The red headed receptionist snapped at a technician. I then asked if I could get a manicure and she rudely said "We're actually closing right now!" I went to get my nails done and a pedicure. I have been there once before and I felt I had a good experience but this last time that I went was the most horrible experience I had ever had in my life ! First of all the lady that attended me didn't speak any english. had a hard time understanding her anyways she had me dip my feet under really hot water so I told her that it was too hot then she turn it to really cold water. When that finished they were cleaning my toenails, while they were doing that they were really rough and in the process they hurt my toenail. The whole experience was terrible, they did my nails and pedicure horrible and ugly. I really just wanted to run out and on top of it was pricey !! I don't remember the lady's name but it was the lady with tons of jewelry, makeup and highlights. It's not much of a description but you can spot her out from the rest. read more

This place is a joke i took my fiance to get a simple manicure and the guy barely touched her hands, he was more worried on leaving than doing a good job. We had asked if he could do a simple black on all the nails and his answer was "no i cant do that". Its expensive and the work is cheap ill be going to dukes from now on. read more

0 Stars! Do not go here! The lady that did my nails was shown a picture prior...of how I wanted my nails done. Then she proceeded to cut all my nails down to nothing, cut my finger, I had to call a manager because she refused to get one like I asked! he couldn't believe what he saw I had to soak my nails for over an hour wait for her to put a brand new set on just for her to mess them all up again..WTF was wrong with her she refused to speak to me or apologize.. this lady clearly did not know what the hell she was doing I was there for over 3 hours for the manager to say next time they would make it right.. next time?? This place is decently priced and does decent pedicures. I'd say the customer service is good, but the professionalism is ok because they walk around passing money around and yelling orders LOL it's actually quite funny :) One time I came in at 630 pm (which I never do) for a pedicure and they turned me away because they close at 7 pm. Ummm, it's not closing time and it's not like I was getting the works done with a manicure and everything else. There was only like 2 people in there at the time. This is my second visit for a gel mani. From the moment you enter the door, you are instantly greeted and offered with some refreshing cold beverages while you wait for your nail technician to get started. When they're done with the final touches, they'll give you a quick hand and forearm massage with some warm lotion (not sure), and then clean your hands with a wet hot towel to send you off home feeling refreshed. I was pleasantly surprised to be treated with great care...at a nail salon? You don't get this kind of treatment anywhere else in this little area. I am giving one star because of the attitude of the guy running the place. I came in got a fill a few days ago, full set for my daughter, and pedicures for both of us. The people who did our nails did great! But the guy running the place has no customer service skills. Had to come back today because one nail lifted again I only had a fill so not my techs fault. I walked everyone just looks at you ... I said I needed a nail fixed due to lifting the guy tells me it's a 40min wait I said that's fine I need my nail fixed. He comes by me about 10 min later and has a look like he can't believe I'm staying and asks if I want a drink... umm you didn't offer anyone else one. It will take 5min to fix one nail... uggg maybe I'm just tired but always remember actions and body language speak louder than words.... read more

I went in last week and 1 of my nails was lifting so my lady took it off without soaking it (very painful) afterwards she noticed my whole nail cracked .... and she was already starting to put on a new nail ... I asked her if that was safe and she said yes because I was not bleeding so I will be fine. Afterwards my finger felt hot and swollen . The owner went up to me because he noticed me checking my finger. He told me that I will be fine in a couple days but actually no , I had to go to the emergency and my finger was infected, the dr couldn't believe they put on a nail knowingly that my nail was cracked and knowing after that my finger was swollen and hot . I really was impressed the first time coming here. They had all different kinds of acrylic nail styles that were up to date with the latest fashions. I drove out from Fontana to Beaumont 1 1/2 hr round trip just because they did such a great job (Kevin). Everyone seemed really nice and they offered water, sodas, donuts, etc. while I was there. After a several weeks of getting my nails done I noticed that most of my nails were cracking in half and chipping. I kept coming back thinking it was just that set but, unfortunetly it was even my new set. I would be willing to give them another try if I am in the area but, I will no longer drive out that far just to get my nails here. :( I did like their pedicures :) read more

Doesn't matter if you make an appointment or walk in you are always going to wait. Unless you are a k own favorite, you are going to wait. I am a frequent a customer and yet I always wait. I called into and ask for a wait time, and was told they could take me in right away. An hour later I was still waiting and walked out after being told "just a few minutes." I don't know what happened to this place. Went to get my nails done, throughout the process he kept sighing like he didn't want to be there. Not friendly. I didn't like how the guy shaped some of my nails so I asked him if he could shape them more because they were uneven, he told me "why didn't you tell me this before I started" and I told him "well it's hard to see when it's a clear" instead of saying it's not a problem, I'll fix it, he was complaining to me and it almost felt like he was yelling at me. I'm not going to pay a lot of money for a service that I am not happy with, of course I would like it fixed. They need to work on their customer service, asap. read more

Unfortunately my boyfriend did not have such a great experience, hence the 3 stars to average out the two experiences. I have been a customer for three years. Most of my experiences have been good ones. The last set of nails have been a trail. They keep breaking, and they keep charging me for repairs. I was in three time since Saturday, repairing five different nails. Really!!!!! Today was the worst experience ever. The person was physically hurting me and did not care.
