I haven't been to Red Robin in a while, so my husband and I decided to come on Saturday night. The service we received was great. The manager had seated us and two other tables at our waiters section, so the manager started things for us so we didn't have to wait, which was very kind. We ordered fried pickles for an appetizer and some drinks and those came out fairly quickly. The fried pickles were honestly disappointing. The pickles were sliced very thin, so it mainly tasted like breading , and they were very soft. In the past, they've been thick and crunchy, which is what we expected, so these were disappointing. My husband also ordered a spicy margarita, as they had one labeled on the menu. But all they did was make a house margarita and put some sliced jalapeños in it. Usually, spicy margaritas include spicy tequila, so I'm not sure if this is their norm or what, but it didn't taste spicy at all. We each ordered a burger with fries. These took about 45 minutes to an hour to come out after the pickles (we ordered everything together). It wasn't busy, so I'm not sure why. Our waiter did keep checking on us and the food, so again, I appreciate that! The burgers were good, but nothing to write home about. Overall, an okay experience here. read more

Went to lunch today after shopping. Have been to RR before and it was ok but today it was not. We ordered our food and drinks - kids wanted ice cream drinks and there was no ice cream. My granddaughter order some kind of salad with a piece of chicken on top. (Pictured below) It looked like thick sliced deli meat with bbq sauce on it. She didn't eat it. I got a wrap with fries. The wrap was ok, but I think they forgot the dressing. The fries were ICE cold. With the high price of food today, I decided to ask for hot ones. My grandson had a burger and said it tasted funny and my daughter just got onion rings and hot dog bites, which she barely touched. The girl was pleasant enough but was distracted and inattentive because she forgot to give any of us utensils. This place, when it opened, served delicious and juicy hamburgers and hot fries. When you promote "gourmet burgers" you should at least get that right! Sorry, Red Robin Wareham, no more! All I can say is the meal was food.... I had the fish sandwich... the fish was just barely editable. I could have eaten a better fish sandwich if I went to McDonalds. I probably would have gotten more fries from a fast food kids meal than the pittance I received from Red Robin. If I could leave a zero rating I would. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND RED ROBIN. This was a Thursday night the place wasn't packed. I was hesitant to go in the first place but my wife wanted their teriyaki chicken sandwich. Closing the doors to the public would be an improvement. Stopped in on Mother's Day for lunch. The two of us waited a good 20 minutes for our waitress. We both ordered a beer. Hers was very good. Mine, a Bud Light, was way off tasted like a warm beer with some kind of lime additive. After another 20 minutes I found my waitress and she exchanged it for one like my friend's beer which was good. Still haven't ordered yet. 20 minutes go by and our waitress shows up. It's been an hour now and we get to place our order. About 45 minutes later (starving and ready to pay for our beers and leave), the food arrives! The broccoli of my order was like gum! I wasn't able to get the taste out of my mouth soon enough! I went looking for our waitress who got the mgr. for us. He came by ten minutes later and was very apologetic and we ended up just paying for 2 beers and went next door to the Longhorn and had a clean table, great waitress, perfectly cooked steaks and a great time. Burgers were very good. Salad was just iceberg lettuce and croutons, and dressing. Sweet potato fries - first batch delicious - next batch burnt. Our server was very nice - she was busy with a big party and told us our fries would be out in 4 minutes. Well 15 minutes later they arrived not by server- but from someone from kitchen. Food is always spot on! Cooks know what their doing in the kitchen!! Burgers are always fresh and juicy. My go to place for a well prepared burger. Servers and Bartenders are always with a smile even in the most busiest of times. This location is conveniently located off the highway. Building has had some rough patches with mulch fires and other mishaps that were out of the control of RR. Leading to some unfortunate closures. read more

I just had the most zero damns given experience at this Red Robin . It was a Saturday night and the place was only partially full. Red flag there. All the kiosks were broken and the waitress was so scatter brained she asked for our order three times each . The garlic fries were terrible soaking in grease and were god awful in flavor... too much garlic. I had a coupon via email for a buy one get one half off burgers. We popped into this location. I am a fan of Red Robin and always have been! I noticed the poor star rating for this particular location but wanted to check it out for myself. We ordered an onion ring tower with extra camp fire sauce (which is always yummy!) No issues and tasted great! My only issue came when I ordered a cheese burger medium and it arrived medium rare. I didn't send it back as it tasted alright/good but just wasn't to the temperatures ordered. Our service was great! Our cocktails were great! I will definitely visit this location again but will specifically ask for my burger to be cooked medium well to well done. read more

I am going preface this by saying that we are vegan, and I truly appreciate restaurants offering vegan option. However, we have had more "mishaps" than correct orders - and the mishaps have made the food inedible (including cheese, mayonnaise, etc on the burgers). I have spoken to multiple managers about this multiple times, to the point where they know who I am, and every time I speak to one, I am assured that they will talk to the kitchen staff to ensure "it won't happen again". Please stay away from this place. Had to wait 20 minutes due to lack of staff at 1:30in the afternoon. It gets better... Asked what does a pint of beer on the menu cost? Hey no prices on the menu for beer? The barmaid had no idea! Had to go to computer screen to answer my question. Ordered a cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger. She delivered the food and couldn't find which one had bacon.Now that might had been enough of evidence NO a bacon was on either one... We surrender to the fact neither had bacon and told her so when she checked in. Made NO effort to correct price at the end of the meal. Can't believe I'm rating this low. So as far as wait we were seated right away! Surprising for a Saturday night but it was a dead zone in there.. Service was good no complaints there and food came out on a timely basis but for the food.. My first bite into the burger was heaven thought it was going to get at least the for star from me. But then noticed the burger dripping and the fries soggy and new right away it was WAY to greasy. We went to the Red Robin in Wareham Commons for a quick bite. The food was fine and the service was good; however, my better half went into the ladies room and found toilet paper all over the floor; toilets not cleaned or flushed; and the worst was that the metal doors to the stalls were smeared with what appeared to be blood and feces. I only come here a lot because I work in the plaza and they have the best Blue Moon, but I probably rarely would otherwise. A lot of the staff I encounter here are just not pleasant, aside from a few. There's an older man who was behind the bar the last time I came who was really sweet. There's another man who I think is the manager who's great too. When dining in on multiple occasions, our waitress has forgotten to give us parts of our order, but will disappear forever and never check up on us. When getting takeout, I always have to wait awhile for someone to give me my order. They also are out of some of their most popular alcohol a lot. There have been several occasions where I've come here and they will be out of Blue Moon...you ask for something else and they will be out of that too. Their food is alright. I like it enough to dine in/order from here relatively often, but it's nothing I recommend to anyone. read more

I used to love RR Cobb salad. In fact, it was one of the better ones out there. This week the Cobb was a Big disappointment. It just didn't seem fresh. To begin, Red Robin is typically one of my favorite "chain" restaurants and I love many things on the menu, always get great service, and leave happy and satisfied. This particular location did not offer that kind of experience. Our server was attentive in terms of coming over every single minute and asking if we needed anything. LITERALLY EVERY MINUTE. It was beyond annoying and disruptive of our conversations and peace. Although it seemed she was quite interested in being present, she mixed up our order big time, forgetting to ring in the substitutions and bringing only half the meal and not realizing. The kitchen's order ticket was still placed on my meal, so I was served a nice burger and a piece of greasy paper with my order printed on it (which is how I know she didn't ring it in correctly). Even so, she blamed it on the kitchen. The mozzarella sticks were not melted whatsoever and still had the consistency of a refrigerated cheese stick. Overall, the experience was much less than stellar and after reading many other sad reviews for this particular location, it seems as though it is time for some corporate intervention! read more

We have ordered the Royal Red Robin burger with fries several times since the shut down and each time the order is delivered perfectly cooked with Sunnyside egg on top and the burger perfectly cooked medium rare. Ohhh boy, where do I start. So Red Robin's was my go to burger place in my 20's. Now many years since I've been was sadly surprised how bad they have become. Start with the walk inside. We were told there was a weight, strictly because of staffing issues. The floors in the entrance area were discussing. Sticky , debris and extremely run down. I will say staff from the get go were great. Literally a work with what you got scenario. I feel bad for these employees. So Me and the fam were starving and said we'll look past this. So we were brought to a table with worn booth with some massive white stains on the backrests. I didn't lean back because if this. So our waters came. They tasted like dirty fish water. I asked the waitress and she said that's how it is out of the tap. I asked if she gets a lot of complaints about water, she said all the time. After I did some Digging and it seems they haven't changed there filters in there system due to cost. Well it tastes like old dishwater and smelt like a old home fish tank. Now the food. The onion rings were still good. Nice and crunchy . The burgers were absolutely horrible. I got the brisket bbq burger which came with brisket on top. It tasted sour and past it's prime. The burger patty was rubbery and almost tasted like a sausage patty which was concerning. I had two bites and that was it. Everyone else did the same. You know when two kids that live on burgers won't eat it's bad. We didn't want to make matters worse for out poor waitress so we politely paid our bill and tipped high for her troubles. Use to be good pre-COVID. It is absolutely horrible now and they literally have a quarter of the customers to cater to. Messed up order, bad service, stated lack of napkins and disposable silverware that I could run across the street for and pick up at Target. If you can't supply these basic items, don't open.
