Had the opportunity and privilege to come back and try their CORTADO and their LATTE again. Whatever they are using for their espresso drinks are smooth and tastes great as a CORTADO. It really was as a great as I remember. There was no line to get in. No line to order. As soon as I gave my order to the cashier, the barista started making the drinks cutting down on the wait time. The indoor and outdoor spaces are chill. Some people were working and some people were catching up with friends. Plenty of street parking in this section of Ventura Blvd.

I came in the late afternoon so it was pretty quiet here. There were a couple people working on their laptops or writing in notebooks. Definitely seems like it gathers an artsy/hip crowd. It's pretty no frills and even looks like maybe they haven't fully set up the interior yet. I like that the shop is super open air, but it does mean flies and it can get a little warm inside the shop. Service was okay. I ordered a dirty chai and a cold brew and both of the drinks were super solid! The chai had just the right amount of spice and the and the two shots of espresso definitely did the trick to keep me going for the rest of the afternoon. My husband said he really enjoyed the cold brew as well. Overall, solid drinks and a super casual environment, no frills. I would come back to grab a quick coffee in the future!

This place is usually my favorite coffee place in the valley. Amazing tectonic beans and Aussie strong shots. Outlets, WiFi, clean bathroom and plenty of street parking. I've met the friendly owner, his sweet little kids, and I adore every part of this establishment. I had one of the worst coffee shop experience on July 28, unfortunately. Despite of being the store supposed to be open until 5pm, they kicked me out at 4:40pm because the barista said he has to "go to work". He also mentioned there is a plumbing issue with the espresso machine, but what does it have to do with him leaving early for his other "work"? I went to Red Window and bought a cup of coffee, because I had an online meeting from 4-5pm. If they were going to shorten the time, they should have informed customers. Also, his friend was staying at the store as well, and his phone was connected to the store's speaker systems. I don't know if he was another barista just off duties, but him keeping changing the volume of music here and there was very distracting. The barista was not aware of some of the items on the menu when I asked what they were, so maybe he was new or just helping out. I understand that emergencies can happen- but a little heads up like "we are going to close in 5 min" or so would be nice. I love this store and come here 2-4 times a week, whenever I stop by at work nearby, but this experience was definitely something that makes me reconsider my go-to place in the area. They have built such a good community with a high quality coffee selections. It is such a shame that they hire someone who doesn't seem to be professional in customer service.

The Red Window is a quirky spot, with only a couple caveats. The location is cute, theming is great and there is plenty of seating, inside and outside. The red window motif is seen throughout the cafe, inside, outside, and even in the bathroom as well. The coffee and tea were very good and at a great price too! I got a hot earl grey and my partner got a hot flat white and we enjoyed both our drinks very much. On the day we visited the music was broken for the first time in 2 years, according to the employee, but despite this, the cafe still had an alright atmosphere. Lots of outlets plus the free wifi had no limit and was very speedy!! Main downsides: I guess they keep the door and sliding window open all day, which allows for a nice breeze but means there is a lot of street noise and on a day when it's cold, such as the day I visited, makes for a chilly room. The bathroom definitely needed a refresh as well and was a bit dirty and missing some items. The floors def needed a sweep and they have limited food options, just some bags of chips, a few pastries and egg and cheese sandwiches. There is no designated parking lot so it's tough, given the area, but if you look on the nearby streets you should be all good. Overall, I'd give this a 3.5 overall- would likely back again. Maybe on a day that's a little warmer and when I make sure to bring headphones. Such a cute spot!

The cold brew I got was not good at all. It's been a while since I bought coffee that tasted like this. Very disappointed. I didn't drink it. I also got a stuffed croissant which was delicous. The service was unfriendly, no welcome or any acknowledgement. The vibes here aren't for me. It was my first time here. I like supporting local businesses and trying spots I haven't been to.

Like some have mentioned, I used to also go to the location down the street that was just a tiny window and this place the best! So I'm happy they are back with this larger space. I'm more of a simple gal with my iced lattes, whole milk and no sweetener or a cappuccino. Its always so tasty! Highly recommend.

The Customer Service by the barista, Bella was organically five star excellence!!!!! When greeting me, she had a very warm and friendly smile, she actually remembered my drink order from the last time I was there, which is extremely impressive, Bella never made me feel rushed while taking my order, and she did the drink flawlessly perfectly .. Whoever the owners are of this coffee shop, they should consider themselves very lucky and blessed to have Bella as their team member ...

I love Tectonic coffee, so Red Window was never going to disappoint. The new shop is bigger, with cool decor and seats to sit down and enjoy their coffee. One thing I just don't get, is why I have always gotten iced americanos and the ice comes 80% melted. So I always need to add additional ice after getting home. But the coffee is good so it's ok. Baristas here are always friendly. It's def one of the better coffee shops in the SFV. Parking does suck during peak hours cause Ventura is a crazy busy area. Cool spot, should try them!

$7 for a barely 16oz cold brew that's not even that amazing. Chunky matcha, clearly not sifted. Need to do better. Service is so awkward.

Dropped by on a weekend and had to park on the street like normal anywhere in LA. We walked down the street to find a very, very busy cafe and super packed but that's a sign, right? Absolutely. 100%. We hopped in line to order and a girl from afar complimented our pokemon shirts lol immediately put a smile on my face. We ordered and the drinks came out pretty quick! Got the Saint Latte and Pistachio Latte and let me tell you. This is hands down the best pistachio latte I've ever had!! Super creamy and the strongness was perfect. They have lots of seating inside and out but we enjoyed ours to go (went to hang out at universal studios for the day). Great spot and can't wait to visit again!! IG: @ammysalamii

My husband and I came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all, although almost all the pastries were already sold out, so I'm guessing the real rush is in the mornings. Overall, I personally wasn't a fan, mainly because the drinks and most of the food felt pretty underwhelming and lacked flavor. I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was honestly the most bland matcha I've had, which is surprising considering there was strawberry puree in it. It didn't taste low quality, just very muted and not something I'd order again, especially since I get matcha (and strawberry matcha) pretty often elsewhere. My husband got the pistachio latte and liked it, but mentioned it leaned a bit too sweet for his taste. For food, we tried the breakfast bagel and I genuinely can't believe how bland it was. It had all the components you'd expect, everything bagel, eggs, cheese, aioli, bacon, and more, but somehow it just fell flat. I kept wanting to add salt or some kind of sauce to bring it to life. I actually stopped eating it because it didn't feel worth it to keep going for something so flavorless. The one highlight was the spinach quiche. I really enjoyed it and would come back for that specifically, although it did feel a little pricey for what it was. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back, but if someone else wanted to go, I wouldn't object.

Actually, all of their employees. Place was packed. Wanted to see and know the sizes of the cups for me to decide which one to go with and the price difference. I went with a medium size hot decaf (one shot) Vanilla Latte with Macadamia Milk. Also got a Blueberry Muffin and a plain butter Croissant. I thought that they would also have some breakfast items like egg, bacon, sausage, cheese etc..they didn't. They only had plain bagel and Cream Cheese. My Latte tasted very good, on the flip side the Croissant wasn't as warm and fresh as I wanted for it to be. I asked the ladies behind the counter to warm it up again. The muffin was very fresh and delicious. Lauren handed me the Latte and my goodies. I don't want to dock a star for the Croissant, but it could have been a lot more fresh. Place was clean, with one gender neutral restroom, inside and outside seating, and the price was right for the 3 items that I got. $14.00 in total plus my tip of $2.00. Street parking only, woman owned, beautiful art work on their walls by famous artists, merchandise for sale, and nice music from the 80's playing overhead. Last but not least, under the businesses amenities page it says, no dogs allowed. It was dogs galore inside and outside. No offense to people who have dogs, but outside is ok, not inside..

For two large iced coffees, I paid around $12.50, which is hard to beat for the quality. One of my favorite things about this spot is the atmosphere. The ambiance is warm, welcoming, and makes it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer. My go-to drinks are the Caramel Royale and the Vanilla Rose Latte over ice. Both are flavorful, well-balanced, and never overly sweet. I also appreciate that they offer a variety of milk options, including 2%, which isn't always easy to find at other coffee shops.. Overall, this place delivers on quality, affordability, and customer service. If you're looking for great coffee without the premium price tag, I highly recommend stopping by. I'll definitely keep coming back! Thank you guys!

From the moment I arrived, both baristas the RED HAIR young woman and the BRUNETTE demonstrated a level of professionalism, attentiveness, and interpersonal awareness that elevated what could have been an ordinary coffee stop into a genuinely memorable experience. Their ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficiency reflects a strong understanding that hospitality extends beyond simply preparing beverages it is about cultivating an environment where customers feel acknowledged and valued. Their communication was warm yet polished, and their positive demeanor was clearly authentic rather than performative. The coffee itself was equally impressive. It exhibited a well balanced flavor profile with remarkable depth, smoothness, and freshness, evidencing both technical proficiency and careful attention to preparation. Every detail suggested that quality is treated as a standard rather than an aspiration. In an industry where consistency often distinguishes exceptional establishments from average ones, these two baristas exemplify the caliber of service that fosters lasting customer loyalty.
