I am an engineer and I like to thoroughly research, even though I am not in construction trades. I got 4 quotes before proceeding with Adam. He stood out from day 1, making it clear what he was recommending and why. He didn't try to oversell, and he gave clear evidence backed rationale for everything. He was honest. He encouraged me to get other quotes so I do my due diligence. I checked and double checked what the other foundation contractors told me, and it became clear towards the end that Adam's advice had been fact based. Some of the other contractor's advice conflicted... do an underpin, don't do an underpin. An underpin can harm your foundation by adding stress as you don't have rebar, etc. At the end, having satisfied myself I went with Adam. His prices were not the lowest nor the highest, but fair. Stand up guy. Highly recommend. Good company, the crew whi worked on my home were all Sunshine employees, not random temps. Looking forward to not worrying about my foundation again.

JRC came for a free estimate for adding support under our house. We also got an estimate from another company but went with JRC based on their pricing and integrity they showed. They were on time for each day of their work, and even worked on a weekend day to complete the project in a timely manner. I contacted Eldar to install a french drain around the base of our garage. We were having some…read morewater seep in and I knew that this would eventually degrade the foundation and had to be addressed. Eldar was easy to work with and he kept to his original estimate even though our job turned out to be a little more complicated than he anticipated. We also had a few small issues with his workers but Eldar took responsibility for everything and made sure everything was addressed. In terms of his work- he actually ended up installing 2 french drains instead of one and I'm looking forward to the first fall rain to see how it does.
