We searched out a gluten-free place for pizza ( or anything!) , in the off season in the Springs, and found this treasure! The cauliflower crust pizza (not pictured- it is already gone!) was so yummy, staff was attentive, the place simply furnished but clean and roomy. The beer selection was limited but adequate. I would recommend non-styrofoam cups for the soft drinks, but I know that current conditions have resulted in lots of less-than-optimal serving options. read more

Ordered take out based on other reviews. Half pepperoni and half supreme on thin crust. We were not disappointed! Toppings tasted fresh, sauce was the perfect balance of flavors and crust (while not as crisp due to it being take out) but would have been crispy had we eaten in the restaurant. The food, service and ambience are all excellent! We will stop by whenever we're in Eureka Springs. The cheesy bread was delicious and cheesy. The marinara is homemade and delicious as well. The crust is the difference maker at Red's. Sure, toppings matter, and Red's is extremely generous with theirs, but they've engineered a crust that is firm enough to handle generous toppings and flavorful enough to enjoy without having to cover it with garlic butter or whatever to enhance the flavor. Really, it's terrific. You can tell they love dough as they also sell some bread they make in their ovens (different recipe than the pizzas!) As if the pizza and crust weren't delicious enough, the owner, Dori, treated us with incredible generosity and care. When we asked if they had dessert, she said that she would make us an apple pie pizza because we asked. Was a cross between a sugar cookie and a pizza and my family raved about it. This is a family owned and run business (Dori had her daughter working with her that night) and it shows in how much they love the product they've created and the people they serve. Had a crowd of 12, another large crowd arrived right after. Soda fountain was out and looked like it was not gonna go well. With only two staff working, they absolutely nailed it! Nice variety of pizza on the menu. 1 Stromboli, 2 subs and a perfect salad (that's what the menu says) we that the White Garlic Pizza perfect blend of cheeses, could use a bit more garlic. We stopped by here while we were out and about in Eureka Springs. We wanted to sit on the patio but it was raining and it was closed. They atmosphere inside is ok, but the pizza is great! Very poor service experience. My mother ordered her 8" pizza first and didn't receive it until the rest of our group had finished eating our 16" pizzas. Meanwhile, many to-go orders were placed and picked up while we waited. When we made the server aware of the issue, she refused to comp the $8.50 personal pizza without consulting her manager. The manager came up to our table and initially refused to acknowledge there had been a problem. Our server and the manager went into the next room for a moment and when he came back out he agreed to remove the charge for the $8.50 pizza. We had more problems with our order as well (Hawaiian pizza missing pineapple? Dipping sauce ordered but never delivered, etc), but none as bad as an order completely forgotten by the kitchen. (To add insult to injury, there was no apology from the manager, and the server attempted to show us the order ticket to prove the order had been written down.) Other tables in the restaurant hadn't yet been served, though it was clear they had been waiting longer than our group, some patiently, some impatiently! Other thoughts! The dine-in area is extremely small and not remotely equipped to handle more than 20 patrons. Outdoor seating is plentiful, but it was 40 degrees and there are no heaters. Avoid Red's Pizzeria until they are able to revisit their model and adequately serve their guests. We had great experiences all over the quirky, eclectic, vibrant town of Eureka Springs during our visit and Red's failed to meet the expectations we had developed. read more

This place was right across from where we were staying, so after a day of exploring we decided to stop by for a quick bite. The customer service was awesome, and the cheese bread was very good, but the pizza we had unfortunately missed the mark. It had good flavor, but it was soggy with grease, and although we only had a couple of pieces, shortly after getting home, both my partner and I ended up with stomachaches and nauseous. We got classic pepperoni and mushroom on one half and the pesto specialty pizza on the other half and both were to die for! They also put the toppings under the cheese which I like because the pepperonis really add flavor to the sauce while it cooks. As good as it was THE CRUST was my favorite part. So flaky and crispy. These restaurant is a must see! From the aesthetic to the food, Red's Pizza is top notch quality. After trying multiple restaurants in Eureka Springs, this was our last stop before heading home. At first glance the prices can be off putting, but once your food comes out you realize you're paying for quality. We ordered the cheese loaf appetizer and were more than pleased. We ordered carry out from here on our first night in town. On the phone the person taking my order did seem a bit annoyed that I called for a carryout order but maybe he was just busy. It took about 45 minutes for the pizza to be ready and they were super fast with my pickup. We ordered the pepperoni, sausage, and white garlic pizza. I will recommend that garlic pizza everyday as it was definitely the best of the bunch. Overall these are great, tavern style pizzas. read more
