We visited this place during COVID however hair in our pizza doesn't really fall under the precautions of COVID. When I took it to the waiter that we had to pre tip he just walked away. I said will you at least take the plate with the pizza with the hair in it? I sat the plate down on a different table and walked away. happy to find gluten free pizza in Eureka! it was greasy and nothing extraordinary, but good if you have a craving. service was mixed. one owner snapped at my fiancé and i for not putting our masks on, which is our fault as there were signs displayed. I went into other restaurants and shops in Eureka without a mask, however, and was greeted hospitably, then asked to wear a mask to continue shopping...to which we gladly obliged. i think a simple "welcome to Red's, could you wear a mask" would suffice. I don't know, I've worked in the service industry for 15 years, so maybe it is a habit for me. Or just common decency and manners. I honestly couldn't decide whether both owners wearing crochet masks, while loudly shaming us, was a statement against the inefficacy of masks or just complete ignorance of the function of said object....? While visiting Eureka Springs earlier this month (mid-October) every time we passed Red's I kept thinking how much I wanted some good pizza, but I had started eating gluten-free recently (based on my doctor's recommendation) so I didn't think we could go there. But then I looked them up on Yelp one afternoon and was pleased to see that they offered a gluten-free option - a cauliflower crust. We ate inside as it was a little too cool outside for us. Service was friendly, and they turned off the fans for us when I still felt chilled inside (so I'm surprised about some of the other reviews where visitors were freezing and no one seemed to care). The cook (one of the owners I believe) came out to talk with us. My husband ordered a regular meat lovers pizza and I had the GF crust with spinach, chicken, and black olives. It was sooo good. My husband tried a bite of my pizza and he said the crust was really good, and he would have been just as happy splitting it with me (with different toppings on each half, of course). I never thought a pizza with these toppings would be good but I could probably eat this pizza everyday. The crust was cooked well and all the toppings worked together. The cauliflower crust was a bit burnt but it was still edible. In my opinion the pizza was a bit overpriced especially for the cauliflower crust pizza but I think anyone should at least try this place once. read more

This restaurant has good pizza! The sauce and crust are awesome and the pizza as a whole has good flavor. This restaurant is currently, as of July 21, 2020, offering outside deck dining. The deck is very nice and covered. It also has ceiling fans to create a breeze. We ate here at about 530pm. The west side of the deck is very wooded so the sun about this time was in the trees and also blocked by the roof. My watch said the outdoor temperature was 90F, however I did not break a sweat while eating. It was comfortable. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the beer selection is very limited. They had no major brands other than Miller Lite and Modelo. it was limited to very few craft options. Beer and pizza go together and I expected to have some more options. Other than this I don't have any negatives. Would recommend and visit again. read more

The pizza was great, the crust makes it the best pizza I've probably ever had. Unfortunately the service wasn't as great as the food. We weren't checked on, unless we waved someone down or got up and got someone. Although the table next to us was checked on plenty. They even complained about it being cold and the waitresses response was "well it is cold outside". The other diner told her that they were inside, and she walked off. I was wearing jean, boots, a hoodie, and a jacket and was freezing the entire meal. My husband and I couldn't check in for another hour so we were planning on hanging and drinking while we waited.
