Food was good; service not so good. I saw others being attended to, but our table was ignored after receiving our order, therefore no coffee refills or extra napkins. Our waitress was attentive to other tables , therefore it was an "us" problem! Welcome to Citrus Hill, Y'all!

The service was exceptional. The food great. Would highly recommend coming in for breakfast. Even though there were a bunch of cars in the parking lot, there was no wait time to be seated. Great ambiance and very personable staff. Great selection for both breakfast and lunch.

Generous portions, perfectly seasoned food--better than expected for the price. Friendly, attentive service. Chill, laid-back vibe. Highly recommend!

Went with a group for lunch. The drive was 45-60 minutes. Spoiler alert ... it was well worth it. We had close to 30 people in our group. They had been told in advance and were ready for us. Upon arrival we were seated promptly and our orders were taken. The food was served reasonably fast and hot. Some of the portions were huge. One person had a breakfast with pancakes. The pancakes were as big as the plate. I had country fried steak that came with a pork gravy, green beans, mashed potatoes, and garlic bread. Let's just say that the leftovers will be my supper tonight. Everyone was pleased and went home with a full stomach...and many with doggie bags. Delicious food, great service, and nice atmosphere. They will definitely see me again

Reds is only 1.5 miles from me. Sometimes I go down and get an order to go while I eat there. It is for my wife. They have great hot beef sandwiches with French fries and graveyard. So while I am eating, I ordered something to go for my wife. You all cannot finish their meals and have to a doggie basket to go. Just look at the picture to see evidence.

My plate of Country Fried Steak! Yum!!

Great home-made food. Big portions. I had the Country Fried Steak dinner with home fries and coleslaw. The Country Fried Steak is freshly hand-battered and HUGE. The home fries are a good as my grandma's. They are open for breakfast and lunch, closing at 2:00pm. Get there early. Very busy on Saturdays and Sundays.

I was disappointed with the fact that it didnt come in the cup advertised. I later saw other customers getting theirs in the advertised glass. Not a big big deal, but I wanted the correct cup. Anyway, for the app we got the chicken Nachos. IT WAS SO GOOD! Like so good. Glad they added that to the menu. I got ordered the triple dipper for my meal. I feel like you can never ho wrong with that. I got the big mouth bites with no bacon, egg rolls, and mozzarella sticks. I wanted to try the Chipotle and Nashville sauce on the mozzarella sticks, the waitress put it on the side for me. Im glad she did because I think the sauce takes away from the mozzarella sticks. I love their mozzarella sticks plain. When I picked up my sliders, I noticed bacon on the bottom of my bread, which means that they probably made a mistake and put it on the slider and then realized I didnt want bacon so they just knocked it off. Here's the thing though, there are many reasons ppl dont eat pork whether it be diet, allergies and or religion so at no point should they just be knocking it off. They need to prepare new ones. I didnt make a big deal about it though because it would have taken FOREVER to get a new one. The service was very slow. No, the place was not packed. We were actually surprised that it wasnt packed on a holiday. Service was just slow. Was the food bad? No, it was good. No one had complaints about the taste or quality of their food. My waitress, Reece was sweet. Would I go back? Yes. I just hope the service is faster, theres no pork on my plate and I get the correct glass for my drink.

The other order was crispers and fries under the same promotion. Chilis has been on of my go tos for fairly consistent food. Typically at lunch I get the soup and salad or the quesadilla. The later, in the past, has been runny cheesy, good amount of chicken and I almost always bring 1/2 home. This one was anything but. Obviously lack of qc in the kitchen, this should have been dumped. To tart with all the chicken was scooped into one section, not spread out. There were many pieces with no chicken while 1 or 2 had the bulk... the rest was a joke. The quesadilla itself was overcooked and almost crispy but soggy in parts, forget the cheese, overcooked possibly but almost uneatable definitely. Saw, I'm assuming the microwave for way too long ...should have been redone. As for the crispers and fries, next time I'll order the kids meal, it's bigger than the servings received! A disaster totally unnecessary. If we dining in, we would have had recourse, but who there cared what the unknowns at the end of the online order got! Will be awhile before I make Chili's a go to!

We had to place our order by the counter before sitting down in a booth with a number placed on our table. We both ordered the Hibachi Steak lunch special ($12.95) which came with salad, fried rice, grilled veggies and cubes of steak cooked medium. Service was a bit brusque but we didn't go there to make friends...so whatever. The salad was served in a clamshell and not a plate but it tasted fresh and the ginger dressing was good. The hibachi steak plate had good portions with this mound of fried rice. The steak was tender and flavorful, we didn't need the dipping sauce provided, but the grilled veggies weren't consistently hot. The fried rice was decent but wasn't hot either. All in all, we thought the flavors were good but could be better prepared by being consistently hot. The value was there even if the service was a bit detached. We both think we still prefer Akita to satisfy our desires for Japanese cuisine. Lunch for 2 with tip came up to just over $30.

Fried chicken was really tasty with a perfect crunch and juicy chicken. The fried catfish was breaded with cornmeal, perfectly crispy, also well seasoned and very moist and tender inside. The tartar sauce was homemade and very good but they also have a good peppered vinegar. Between us all we had an opportunity to try a lot of sides. Hush puppies which one of our hush puppy lovers said was the best she ever had (I'm not a fan of these overall so I can't really say). The potato salad was very good, creamy, with just a hint of onion and relish. Baked potatoes and sweet potatoes were enjoyed by all. Loved the crispy okra and green beans. Collard greens were also good. Of course, we couldn't leave without trying the pies. Caramel apple walnut was a little too nutty for me but it was still good. They key lime was my personal fave -- the crust was a good crumbly graham cracker that was definitely home made. We also had a lemon meringue and the chocolate coconut cream pie, which was essentially a half and half with chocolate cream and the bottom and coconut cream on the top. Both had beautiful, moist meringues with nicely toasted tops. On top of good food, we had a great waitress who was super attentive and very patient and friendly.
