On our phone call yesterday, you mentioned you didn't feel like bringing the filters I already paid for because of my review. And even though your technician didn't finish the maintenance service, I've decided to leave things as they are. But I absolutely would not recommend your business to anyone else. When you called me, it wasn't about making things right, it was simply: take down the review, I'll take my part back, and we go our separate ways. And now in your response here, you're saying you'll "always be here if I need assistance in the future"? That just feels insincere. Also, you mention that the value comes from training and experience to know what's wrong and why. Again, that's what the annual maintenance fee covers, which I already paid. Your technician told me the part wasn't working and that he couldn't finish. There was no breakdown. I was simply told the part cost $325. That is not transparency. (The part is $15 on amazon for anyone reading this, do your own research). I stand by my review so that future customers can make informed decisions, just like I would want for myself.

He said that it is completely dirty and needed immediate attention to be cleaned or else my system will not run correctly. I was given a quote and he asked if I wanted it done the same day. He did not show any pictures or anything to support his reasoning. I declined the service because I got a new system less than a year ago. I got a second opinion from a different company. The technician took out the blower wheel, took it out and showed it to me. It was not dirty just a few specks of dust. That was all! It was not in a condition where it was dirty and required immediate attention as stated from the tech from this company. The system has operated superbly since then. I was especially impresses with Graham (from Nashville). Soon I will be installing a new Master bath toilet and will probably call them for that, as well as new faucets in the Master Bath area. These are not the cheapest guys but the job they do is excellent. That said, I signed up for a yearly twice a year maintenance visit, and their office does not do a great job of following up or letting the customer know what is going on or when they would like to come out. Next maintenance should be around October. Use 'em they do a good job. Not sure about their maintenance program.

The invoice shows the correct filter size was marked as installed, yet two undersized filters were actually used -- one of which was sucked into the unit. That isn't a "mistake," it's negligence. Posting this so the record stays accurate and you stay aware of negligence and blaming the consumer.
