The best view of Lake Michigan and the marinas in Racine. The we had the barbecue brisket, shrimp tacos, jambalaya and turkey wrap. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the portions were generous. It's a great place to bring out of town guests for a reasonable price. Only reason for four rather than five stars is there was a breakdown in communication between the hostess and the wait staff so we waited longer than usual for attention. My girlfriend and I came across this place after a rigorous game of mini golf. We chose this place after reading the reviews of others which held it in high regards. As I left this place the only thing I could think of was what planet are the people that left a great review are from. I got the "seasoned" vegetables that were just vegetables in a bag probably warmed up in a microwave. I also got the pulled pork and brisket. I'm not even sure if I would have fed it to my dog. To top it all off, they brought me a tray of shitty BBQ sauces that had an old piece of toast still on it. And if you want free Mountain Dew, make sure you're in the section of the server wearing the Beats by Dre headphones slapping his vape and telling you the food sucks. Once again Yelp didn't fail me. Lovely upper level all around glass views dinning room with fireplace overlooking boat slips. When asked, our server Maddie recommended the mussels without hesitation-and I was grateful she did. Second best ever I've had. Spouse's Cobb salad included delicious what looked to be in house roasted turkey and it was a hit. Small side of Brussels Sprouts I ordered were cooked just right but a tad too sweet for my tastes. We were in town visiting some friends and family. Ate there last night. My wife ordered a pomegranate martini. Didn't even taste like pomegranate at all. My wife asked what soups they had. Waitress mentions one soup even though on the board walking in it said there were two soups. Someone in our party ordered onion strings. Out comes a pile of under cooked onion strings that tasted like grease. We both ordered our dinners. Salads come out, they weren't cold, barely got any salad dressing and the dressing itself wasn't cold either. Our dinners were delivered but they hadn't cleared the table from appetizers and the salad. We both ordered prime rib medium. Both of them were well done. No horse radish came with it. We were a party of 8, 7 of us ordered food there and one of our guests has a severe food allergy and can only eat certain foods that do not contain a specific ingredient so she brought her own. The "manager" or "owner" disrespectfully approached her in a very aggressive way in front of the whole group and demands she puts away her food and loudly tells her how they don't allow outside food!! First of all, the appropriate action would have been to pull her aside, not in front of her whole group in the dining room. Second, would be to be a little more understanding. Instead, he tells her, we could have made you tacos. How unbelievably insensitive, rude, condescending and disrespectful!!! You sir owe her an apology, our entire group an apology and your whole staff including your owner needs to take a course on having a little bit of class and empathy for starters. Good for drinks with a view. We stopped here for the "in between" part of a wedding. You know, the part after the ceremony but before the reception where you have to sit around in your dress up clothes, because it's not QUITE enough time to go back to the hotel and chill. It's the perfect time to have a few drinks because you're done with the church part and maybe want to pre game a little before you get to "cocktail hour" which you know will be a choice of Bud Lite and/or Fleischmann's & RC Cola. Anyway, the view is gorgeous - especially if it's a nice enough day to hang out at the deck bar. We chose to sit inside and had generally prompt and friendly service. The beer list is quite good, with about a dozen or so tappers and twice that many imports/craft bottles. There's a lot of local-ish choices from places like Lakefront as well as a few "creative" things like Banana Bread Beer. My one nitpick would be that the beer list didn't have any prices on it. My boyfriend and I came late Monday afternoon for the first time as we were staying at the Double Tree. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with several happy faces! Had Jordan as our server and made our evening excellent! She was so pleasant and down to Earth! The is probably the best location to have a restaurant / brew house. The views are amazing, people are very nice. The food though is nothing to write home about. Not to mention the don't brew beer either. Every 6 to 8 months I venture back hoping the BBQ is better then before. Sad truth is BBQ at Golden Corral is far better. Better place to have a drink and look at the lake view. Just have ribs Oh Dennis before hand. And the have New Grist for the gluten free type. read more

I took my family here for Easter brunch. The cost of the brunch was $37/person which may have been fair if the food wasn't just mediocre and about every third station was almost devoid of food and it did not appear as though staff were aware as customers had to ask for the stations to be replenished. In addition, when the bill came Reefpoint added a 20% gratutity! For two people, the gratuity was over $15 for a buffet!! We went and got our own food, many times waiting for staff to refill a station. The only thing the wait staff did was to bring us our drinks! On top of that, at the bottom of the bill it asked if you would like to leave an additional gratuity!! This is getting way out of hand! I usually leave about 10% gratuity at a buffet, so it isn't like I don't tip well, I do! So for two people to eat this mediocre food it cost almost $100. I will not visit this establishment again. If I want to pay those prices I will go to the Corner House and get some delicious food. read more

We went here for dinner last night from the marina where my girlfriends dad had his boat docked, more or less for convenience sake. We got there at about 4:30 and requested to be seated outside, as no one was wearing masks or socially distancing, employees and customers alike. We were seated immediately, and the dining areas appeared picturesque if nothing else. The views of the harbor and lake were pleasant, but our table was a little dirty when we sat and there was garbage on the floor underneath it. Our server greeted us right away, and took our drink orders at the same time. We all ordered Diet Coke, which I think was being poured from a pitcher because it was super flat. Bummer. We then ordered our food, including some cheese curds for our starter. I ordered the stuffed meatloaf, my girlfriend ordered the burger, and her parents got the salmon BLT's. My meatloaf was acceptable, but the dish felt incomplete beyond the fact that the kitchen forgot the tomato sauce that was supposed to come with it per the menu. In my opinion it was missing a vegetable of some sort. The burgers don't come cooked to order, with the only two temps presented as pink or no pink. I'm assuming that's a time saving practice for high volume days and times. She really enjoyed it, the bun was nicely toasted, the fries were crispy and the burger had some pink. I can't speak to her folks food as I didn't have any of it or ask how it was. Overall it was an average experience. I wouldn't say anything was outstanding or even above average but it was pretty reasonably priced and the service was pretty good as well. 5/5 for my group dining experience in Reef Point's banquet room. From start to finish I found Linda, the banquet manager, to be very nice to work with; super helpful and accommodating. My group of just under 30 people dined here on a weekday afternoon. We enjoyed the afternoon luncheon menu consisting of herb roasted chicken, pineapple glazed ham and side items. The mint-chocolate chip ice cream for dessert was delicious. Prices are very reasonable and the scenery is amazing. Our waitresses were amazing...some of the best I've ever had. This brew pub has a quaint, casual atmosphere and a diverse menu of comfort foods. We decided to try the Mac and cheese (beer cheese) as an atmosphere and we're delighted with the smooth, creamy texture and light, flavorful fare that was presented. We will definitely try it as an entree with an assortment of additions in the future. My wife had the cioppino as an entree that was full of mussels, scallops and shrimp, but we did not see one piece of Mahi in the mix. The sauce was flavorful and the portion good. I had the bacon wrapped meatloaf grilled cheese and found it quite nice and comforting. The meatloaf could have used a bit more seasoning, but was nicely flavored as a whole. There is a nice beer menu with a good, but small selection and variety. There is also a full bar an after dinner ice cream drinks offered as well. We tried two and were delightfully surprised again with flavorful and light drinks with a nice whipped topping. The service was standard and could have been more attentive when it came to water refills, table touch to check quality, and check presentation, but was pleasant and good natured. Waste of $30! The only reason they got a one (aside from NOT BEING ABLE TO GIVE A ZERO) is because the beer was great (they dnt make it) and the view was nice (they didn't make that either) You can easily grab a beer from the bar and drink it outside with the same view. Service was slow. The didn't even have Summer Shandy on draft (I thought this was Wisconsin). They gave us about 15-20 SMALL cheese curds for $9 and they were greasy and soggy (ridiculous) we didn't even order lunch bc of how unhappy we were. It was a waste of a trip. read more

Good food for a bar and grill, especially their burgers and brisket. But it's really the views and laid back atmosphere that has made it one of our regular hang outs. It's just a fun place to hang out and look out over the marina and lake. On Sundays, the brunch is very good -- if you skip the buffet line. Go straight for the cook-to-order omelettes and tender brisket station. And your buffet includes made-to-order selections from the kitchen, usually including crepes. read more

Solid luxury looking bar along the lakefront most likely for people who own yachts and who stay by. Is far had tremendous service and food and over all had a good look it is on the 2nd floor of a building right off Lake Michigan. This perhaps must be one the top 5 bars in the city. read more
