Our installers were Hugo and Juan - they were super nice and accommodating, put down these mats in our place so to protect the floors. They brought in all the materials and got straight to work. So efficient and so nice, we really lucked out. At the end of installation, we noticed a mismatch on shelving length so Hugo waiting for the new shelves to arrive and installed before he left on day 2. My wife set up the initial consultation, and Daniel Dugan met with us. He was super easy to talk to, genuinely into what he does, and came with a lot of thoughtful ideas. His background in construction really showed -- he wasn't just focused on aesthetics, but on making sure everything was practical and well thought out. He also did a great job working within our budget. At no point did we feel pressured to overspend, and he was flexible in helping us land on a design that made sense for us. After putting together the design, he invited us into the showroom so we could see and feel the materials in person, which made a big difference in finalizing everything. One of the coolest parts of the process was the VR walkthrough using Oculus headsets. Being able to "step into" the closet and get a feel for the bar heights and layout was honestly really helpful and gave us confidence in the final design. Daniel was patient the whole way through -- never pushy, always willing to answer questions. Installation was easy to schedule, and the crew was efficient, respectful, and completely self-sufficient.
