Sat outside to eat al fresco during sunset hours. Chris checked in on us frequently so we never felt forgotten or neglected. The food itself was delicious. I enjoyed the lobster roll and the chips made in-house along with their creamy slaws. I also got their non-alcoholic drink that was surprisingly delicious. Like a better version of sprite without it being too sweet. I got the drink because it had the name Rascal in it -- the same as my dog's name. I have no idea what other patrons complain so much bout this dining venue. I thought the service and the food quality was decent and certainly was the highlight of the trip I had.

Came here after boating early Friday evening and it was nice. Got lucky with open seating in the back which i think is the best view. Service was pretty good. Marg pizza (3.5/5) Lobster roll (4/5) The doorman out back made it weird when you tried to go back into the restaurant to even use the bathroom. He wasn't there then eventually popped up i guess as the night picked up. He could see all 5 2 person diners and was still trying to regulate when we entered the restaurant.

This place is amazing folks! Get ready for a seafood lover's dream experience... the food, the ambiance, the service, the drinks, and the conversations were all on point this place has the freshest seafood I've had in Boston We had the local oysters and hamachi crudo with fried shallots and black truffle vinaigrette, so yummm! And the seafood tower was ostentatiously perfect with fresh, juicy oysters, shrimp, lobster, and tuna tartare; the tuna poke nachos with avocado crema, sriracha aioli, wasabi soy sauce and furikake mushrooms were uniquely presented and absolutely delicious. We also had the tuna crudo and albacore with jalapeno, wasabi microgreens and ponzu, a lip-smackingly delightful dish. And to top it all off... we thoroughly enjoyed the mouthwatering Premier Osetra Caviar -- fresh, shiny, firm eggs that pop and splash in your mouth, a ocean-salty yumminess... And I cannot forget the amazing drinks - I had the classic Espresso martini, a must-have If you are lucky, you may find Mike behind the bar or walking around the restaurant (in my pics). Make sure you say hi and get some recommendations. He is the most amazingly hospitable and knowledgeable host with suggestions for a perfectly curated experience for any size or type of party. And of course it doesn't end there. Just across the waterway, Reel House Oyster Bar can ferry customers across the waterway to another amazing concept - The Tall Ship - a floating oyster bar on a docked ship, with amazing views, and alongside a large 40,000sq ft waterfront area with entertainment, retail, food trucks and vendors. We had such an amazing experience, everytime we come to Boston, we will stop here for sure!

Nestled right on the water- this place offers a stunning view. Reelhouse was busy during my visit. It appears to be a hotspot for work happy hours with people citing their drinks and pizza. I managed to find a spot right in front of the kitchen. I ordered a cosmopolitan and a lobster roll. I asked the server if they had "fries" and because of the loud environment I ended up with "rice". The rice wasn't bad- but it wasn't my first choice.

Views of the water? check. Great service? check. Amazing food? check. The oysters were insanely fresh ! The lobster roll was amazing ! & for a sea food bar they had amazing pizza. Everything we ordered hit the spot including the drinks. We talked about this place all weekend & are making it a point to come back on our second trip out to Boston.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and the vibes are fun, chill, and lively. The view of Boston Bay is absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, it was way too cold to be seated outside, making inside very crowded and noisy. Keeping in mind that it was a Friday afternoon as people were slowly getting off of work, there were few conventions in town, and I knew ahead of time that the food would be great beforehand thanks to the help of a friend who ate here before. Lots of choices on the menu, full bar, and so many servers and bartenders. I forgot the name of the person serving me and my friend, but I ordered a sushi sampler and lobster roll. My friend ordered some fresh vegetables and a pepperoni pizza. Yes, New England is popular for their lobster rolls, and it's Market Price here. But I got my moneys worth! Apologies if the beer cider wasn't to our liking's. All in all a good experience and would recommend. This place would be great outdoors during the spring and warmer fall weather. I've been to Boston during the middle of summer, it's definitely much more humid than Hawaii. But if you're out in Seaport for events, girls night out, guys night out, date night, or basically anything you can think of. Come here! Me and my friend didn't stay too long as the crowd got bigger and bigger inside. People's conversations got louder and we both felt like people were waiting for you to leave once they seen both of us was done with our checks. Happy hour here is awesome, super picturesque and makes for wonderful photo ops which people took advantage of, music playlists was great as well.

Reel house was the only spot near an event I was going to so I spent a long lunch here with some amazing views! This restaurant is stunning and so peaceful on the water. Service was very friendly albeit a little slow (they weren't very busy). My cocktail was delicious and the shrimp cocktail was also fantastic! As far as my lobster roll, I'd never had one before but it was very good warmed! I just don't have a comparison.

Food was so good here. The poke nachos were absolutely amazing !!! The chips were so nice and crispy. The tuna was very good with all the wasabi and ginger drizzled on top. Wow yum. The oysters were absolutely delicious. We ended up getting a dozen! Couldn't get enough. The drinks here aren't bad as well. I had the lychee cosmo and my friend got a tequila drink with coconut cream? I forgot what it was called but it was good. The service was great. We sat at the bar and the girls attending to us were so nice. The ambiance was nice to be on the water as well. Great spot to hang out!

Had the chance to visit with my daughter and wife. We were in a rush so we took our food to go. It was a beautiful evening in the Seaport so were sat and ate just outside this beautiful restaurant. This was my first visit to the Reelhouse. We were very impressed with the location and overall feel. We ordered two pizzas (mushroom and cheese) and a garden salad (see pictures). The cheese pizza was excellent. It was thin and tasty. If I go back, I will order the pizza again and ask for more sauce on the pizza but it was still excellent. My wife and daughter raved about mushroom pizza, as well. The garden salad, which we all shared, was excellent....good size and fresh! I have added pictures below. I gave 5 stars because the food was excellent, the service at takeout was prompt and well done and the price was fair for what it cost this day and age!

This is the best overall bar in the city as of this writing. They serve a selection of good bar food and even better cocktails. What makes Reelhouse the perfect bar? The combination of amazing views, that they don't let it get overcrowded, and a high quality crowd. During the days you would feel comfortable taking your mom, a client, or a date here. After 10pm on the weekends it is a bit of a scene inside and you may have to wait in line to get in.

I went here for drinks and apps on a Tuesday evening. It was nice out and I heard the outdoor seating was walk-in only so I wanted to give it a try. I had a rough experience at the host stand though. I was told that I had to join a waitlist for the outdoor seats and the wait would be an hour, so I put down my phone number then left. After an hour I still didn't receive a call or text so I came back to check in on the status of the waitlist. Then they claimed there was no waitlist (still confused about this). And they said if we saw outdoor seats then we could just snag them, so we did. The drinks, hummus and views were all amazing. Our service was strong too. I just had to dock a star for the host stand experience.

Salty Pig Pizza: A pizza with the same name as the restaurant! Who was the genius who came up with the idea of salted pig and beer caramel? It's brilliant! The salted pork appears to include Prosciutto di Parma from Langirano, Prosciutto Cotto, and Salcissia. Baking rendered the prosciutto's fat, which blends with the caramel to create a beautiful golden syrup that flows across the pizza's surface. The prosciutto was savory, oily, and tender; the minced salcissia retains its coarse texture and rich meaty aroma; the caramel was sweet and mellow with a honey-like sweetness, forming the top, middle, and base notes respectively. The arugula was slightly warmed, losing its astringent and raw taste while maintaining its crisp texture, helped to cut through the richness together with the Parmesan cheese powder. The crust was crispy, while the inside the dough was soft and chewy. The cooking time and seasoning were all just right, and the restaurant's proud wooden oven added a charming smoky flavor. Affogato: I had high expectations, but it was just okay. The espresso was too sour, and the vanilla ice cream couldn't balance it out. The almond biscuits had an overpowering almond flavor, and the flavor of plant-based protein was terrible! (Oh, this should have been a plus...)
