Yes, yes, yes...the seats are great. However, it is in a casino and having walk through the cloud of stinky cigarette smoke to get there is downer. Also, can the theater please hire cheerful concession personnel? Or at least someone who can at least communicate??? I was there yesterday to see The Mule and aside from the fact that a medium coke and popcorn was $15+ the young lady serving it was not friendly, helpful or particularly nice. I would have preferred a robot or a vending machine. read more

Seats are a good upgrade they're not heated but still very comfortable. Didn't get alcohol but they do offer it now. It's in a good area so there's isn't really any obnoxious people watching with you. In a convenient location you can do everything in one place. read more

Great central location and convenient showtimes. Not my favorite theatre near Henderson as it's a little dated- not the best sound or picture quality. That said, I would go back if they were showing the movie that I wanted to see at the time I wanted to see it and I didn't have the option of Green Valley Ranch 10. Can be a little tricky navigating between the parking lot and the movie theatre (especially from the theatre to the parking lot). Had an employee at the concession stand scrutinize my credit card and driver's license so long that I thought he was trying to memorize both. read more

Love the upgraded seats but The manager Byron Appleby definitely needs a course in customer service I've never been treated so rudely.

I go here every week. Great sound system here makes the movies better. The prices at the snack bar are high but I guess that is everywhere. Always have the latest movies too and usually isn't too busy. read more

Obviously the "locals" casino has decided gouging locals is what they are here for. We went to an afternoon movie. First the convenience fee so I didn't have to stand in line for ever to get the tickets, I'm handi-capped and standing doesn't work well. $1.50 just to charge the tickets to my credit card from home. Then the big mistake two medium cokes and two medium popcorn, guess? $24.50. No wonder everone I looked at in the theater brought their own snacks from home. Walking 1/2 a mile to the theater and paying over $45 for the "theater experience" leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Especially since this company, Station Casinos, spends millions on advertising locally.I won't be making that mistake again. It's sad, how do kids these days afford a movie. I guess they have to watch it on their cell phone. read more

My fiancé and I regularly attend movies and enjoy movies together. We recently decided to see wonder women together, after looking what time it was playing we asked for two tickets to the ten pm showing. We received two 9pm showings as the teller didn't listen to what time we wanted. This was okay because we didn't mind the error and decided to skip getting dinner before the movie. Afterwards, about five minutes in line for snacks we decided to ask for a refund. I approached the counter politely and asked the teller for a refund as we had changed our minds. The teller rolled her eyes and just walked away without saying anything. The manager walked over and was extremely rude in her response informing me that usually they did not give refunds. I was ok with this but what wasn't ok was the hostility in which she approached the situation. I asked her why companies think it's ok for people to be rude to their customers, her response was "Thank you, next!" in the rudest tone she could say it in. Thanks Regal, after years of going to your theatre I will be looking for a new movie spot. read more

This theater is so much better now. Recliners and reserved seating. That is all I need. I wish they had the tray tables on the recliners like other theaters. I love reserve seating. I haven't had any issues with people moving or sitting in my seats. I do think that more people come late with reserved seating because they know they have a seat. That is annoying. They take e-tickets so you can buy online and show on your phone. It's worth the extra buck a ticket to skip the line. They have also added more options at the concession stand. We are popcorn & soda folks but they have pizza, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken tenders. They also have beer and wine. Don't forget your Regal Crown Card for discounts. This location does not participate in Discount Tuesday anymore. I'm guessing because they are newly renovated. Finally an option beside Galaxy in my neck of the woods. read more

Not my favorite theater but it's a Regal and I know that I am going to get points when I use my rewards card when I want to see a particular movie. Comfortable when your seeing a matinee but can get rather busy at night. The increase in people binds down the ticket booth and concession stands. I recommend using the kiosks to purchase your tickets. Get there early so the wait to get popcorn does not give you a mental breakdown. read more

I don't like having to go into a casino to go to the movies, and have ALWAYS preferred going to Regal Colonnade on Eastern for just that reason. I believe in the old fashioned way of going to a stand alone theater. Anyway, that said, although it's a nightmare going to Regal Sunset (horrible parking due to Casino, and an extremely long walk to finding and locating the theater and then your car EVERY SINGLE TIME), I give this location 2 stars due to the reclining chairs! The reclining chairs are the ONLY reason it gets any stars, otherwise it would be a big fat zero. The reclining seats are truly the ONLY pro. Well that and the fact that you get to preselect your seat. The BAD (con) part about that is, I've been to Regal Sunset a handful of times, and EVERY single time some random person is in my preselected seat. It's a real pain having to deal with someone who is so blatantly ignorant and is knowingly sitting in your preselected seat just because they want to. For the sake of caring and being professional, this really needs to be monitored and handled by the staff on a constant/regular basis. That's it, that's all. read more

Took my gf here to see beauty and the beast. Got an excellent promotion for the tickets through t-mobile Tuesday at 2 bucks a piece using fandango so couldn't go wrong there. First for the positive this theater has been nicely upgraded to the recliner leather seats. This is pretty much a requirement for me now as I usually go to galaxy and these were close in line with them (seating wise). The auditorium was also very clean. Unfortunately everything after that was pretty much ruined and I was quickly reminded why I hate people. For a 10pm movie on a weeknight we were treated to a fussy crying baby down towards the front most of the movie (who brings an infant to a 10pm movie??) that pretty much ruined the movie but it didn't end there. The girls next to us constantly on their bright cell phones and even answering one call. Then the two guys down the row that thought they were in their own living room to give commentary throughout the whole movie. This is where I give galaxy a lot of credit these types of behaviors are not tolerated there. Finally had enough and complained they said they would address it and did absolutely nothing. Doubt I'll be back and please yelpers stay off your cell phones and bring the babies to daytime movies!!! read more

This theatre is rather sterile, not much of experience at all. We went on a Tuesday night and right off we had issues. The young man working the ticket booth was quite obviously on a personal phone call and completely ignored us even though he could clearly see that we were waiting and the only people in line. After waiting for him to get off the phone for nearly five minutes we finally tapped on the glass and stated we would like to purchase tickets. He sort of nodded and shooed us away with his hand. My mother and I walked inside the theatre and informed the young woman waiting to take tickets that we needed assistance because the person selling the tickets had ignored us. She acted as if she did understand what was happening and rolled her eyes while she radioed for a manager. The manager then came out of the back of the ticket booth and very shortly asked us what the problem was. By then my Father had just bought the tickets from one of the self serve machines and we entered the theatre and proceeded to our movie. I can't say anything about the refreshments because we skipped that part having just eaten dinner. The movie theatres themselves are fine, stadium seating, clean, good picture and sound, no complaints there. There were very few other people in the theater with us because it was a late viewing but the theater is large so when it is full I bet it gets rather noisy. My boyfriend and I usually frequent the cinedome 12 because the ticket prices are half as much and the theaters are much smaller and less noisy when full, but my parents were in town and staying at Sunset Station. I love that casino so I thought the movie house would be good as well... but sadly one employee had to make a bad impression. I think I will stick to my usual place and save a few bucks for a better experience. read more

This theater is pretty cool. Nice seats, friendly workers. The man in box office was very helpful,gave us the best options for seating. The lady ripping tickets was super nice and showed us where our theater was at. Although busy the concession people were fast and kind. The best part was sitting down with all our snacks to watch our movie and enjoying this overall amazing experience. I would like qualify my review by noting that I am an avid movie goer going to a average of a movie a week. My movie theater of choice is the Galaxy Luxury Theatre on Sunset and the only reason I chose to go to this theatre was because ere was no tickets available at galaxy for the movie I wanted to see. This will be the last time I go to this theatre for a few reasons. While I have no qualms paying a premium for this type of theatre experience, on all points this venue is more expensive than Galaxy for tickets, service fee and concession stand prices. In addition to having seats that are not as comfortable as spacious as Galaxy, $4.79 for a small Dasani water goes beyond absurd. And when I asked for a glass of wine, I was asked for my ID. While this may not sound strange I would like to point out that I am a 60 year-old man. Let's talk about absurd again. I left my ID in the car so when I explained to this to a very inexperienced supervisor he said it's against the law. So instead of providing service I decided I chose not to purchase and will take my money to their competitor in the future. Happily by the way. read more

I feel the opposite of most. The lines to get your reserved seats on days that popular shows are out move slow and take 5 times more than normal. Then getting assigned seats next to rude or inconsiderate people and not being able to move sucks. I am sure when it happens you could talk to management but seeing a movie should not be that hard. Go back to non reserved seating. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the seats are comfortable more so than the service and process. read more

Saw Jurassic World here on opening weekend. Went to Sunset for the first time in years because they advertised the reclining seats, or as my 10 year old says, the comfy seats. Remodel is great. Soace between rows is larger than luxury theatre on Sunset but seats are not as wide. Great renovations, definately going back. read more
