Ordered food about 45-60 minutes before closing and I was staying about a 10 minute bike ride away and the food never showed up even after I had called the establishment several times for them to answer after the fifth time. The prices are insanely cheap, and their delivery minimum is like 8 dollars. Also this is one of the only 24 hr spots in my hood. I usually get the: Pollo Quesadilla - $5.00 Huevos Rancheros - $6.00 Huevos a La Mexicana - $6.00 The quesadilla was so delicious I felt like I came in my mouth. And boy were they filling! I wish that I could give this place half a star. My wife and I ordered two burritos two empanadas and horchata. She was told delivery would take 20 - 30 mins. After an hour and a half and two phone calls we are still waiting for our food. When I finally called back to cancel the order the guy on the phone told me it would be another 5 to 10 mins right after he told my wife it was already out for delivery. When canceling he was crazy rude and hung up the phone on me. So even if their food is good. You may have to wait forever for it. Or in our case never get it at all. Will never order again. The nachos were smothered in refried beans and lots of avocado and peppers. Even the cheesecake was thick and perfect. Cons: Delivery took a solid two hours. Placed an order on seamless and it was horrible, i ordered a mixiote de pollo and was sent a Mole, I ordered a cemita de carne enchilada and the bread was stale and to top it off it had chicharrón in it (unwanted), I received a bacon egg and cheese with Oaxaca cheese instead of american cheese. The consomé de borrego was salty and had no meat ! It had tiny shreds of meat. I have absolutely no reason or desire to ever order from this place again. I placed an order through seamless, and when I received the delivery, the first thing wrong was that they had given me a tamarind drink instead of orchata. I called them to tell them about the mixup, and they told me to call the next day because they were closing for the night. I asked, as politely as possible, if there was any way I could receive the orchata tonight because I had been craving one. Not only did they say no (which, if left at that, would've been perfectly acceptable), but the person on the phone started laughing and continued to talk to someone else while ignoring me completely. The next thing that went wrong was when I ate the food. I bit into a taco and had the most unexpected crunch: the meat. It was grossly undercooked and maybe I had bit into a piece of cartilage or something. So I tossed that one aside and went on to the other food. Everything tasted somewhat off, however I had just gotten to relax after an incredibly stressful day to the end of a long, stressful week (which is why I decided to treat myself to seamless instead of going to get groceries to cook myself some food.) I was so ravenous (to the point of actually shaking) that, despite only flavors in the meal being gratuitous spice, blandness, and something a little funky I couldn't quite place my finger on, I scarfed down the food that *seemed* to be cooked well enough. In less than 30 mins after I finished my meal, my health progressed from fine, to queasy, to clinging to the toilet for dear life while the apparent food poisoning left my body. I'm not sure how much time exactly had passed, but when I finally stopped throwing up, all I could bring myself to do was brush my teeth, shower, and get into bed to cry myself to sleep. I had tried reaching out the next day but was unable to receive help. So finally, I called Seamless and notified them of the situation. They contacted the restaurant then called me back saying the owner wasn't there so they couldn't find out about a refund, but seamless would issue me a credit for my next order from any restaurant of my choice, which I was grateful for. Out of curiosity, I called the restaurant myself. I was passed on to different people twice until the last person told me that seamless had contacted them saying my order was never received. So I told them no, that is incorrect information, my issue was about an incorrect item and food poisoning. The guy went back and forth with me a couple times, and told me I had to call seamless again and that he "didn't have time for this." Luckily, I finally had this issue resolved and will be receiving a refund. But I will never be coming back here, nor will I recommend this business to anyone. Things happen, sometimes orders get screwed up, but you at least are supposed to have a good sense of customer service and definitely shouldn't be getting rude when confronted with an issue.
