It's been a while since I been back so I'm updating my review up to a 4 star. I like that they have mini versions now so you can try more varieties instead of just getting one big one. I got a couple of things: Chocolate peanut butter cup Cheesecake, cookie and cream tres leches, Snickerdoodle skillet, and peanut butter crisp. They were all good, but my favorite was the two items that had the least cookie component hahaha. Tres leches was moist and yummy and the cheesecake was creamy and smooth. Service was still pretty good, the guy accidentally dirtied my box with chocolate gloves and he tried to clean it off before giving it to me It's just a take out place so there's no room to enjoy the cookies there. All right parking was a squeeze. It's a smaller parking lot. The food was great of course I ordered on my phone but when I enter there is no hello no hi no nothing like any other store so I must say that the customer service was poor matter fact they just slapped it down on the cupboard and it had my name on it and I looked at it. Oh wow, that was a reall delicious cookie. Huge, full of chocolate, super buttery, warm and soft with just the right amount of crispy edges. And for me the best part was it wasn't overly sweet like so many bakeries tend to do , so you really could taste the full flavor of all the ingredients, and not just sugar on top of sugar. I saw that this week Crumbl had a lemon cupcake cookie and a butter cake cookie, so I stopped by on a Tuesday evening. At around 8:45 PM the parking lot was shockingly full, but there were spots available close enough to the shop. I ordered 4 cookies, two lemon cupcakes, a butter cake, and the semisweet chocolate chip, on their touch screen ordering system. There was another group in before me, but all our orders came out very quickly. 4 cookies for $17ish dollars is quite pricey. For me, each cookie will last at least 2 servings though. Especially the butter cake, which was quite thick of a cookie, and a nice thin layer of whipped cream. The chocolate chip cookie was my next favorite, really rich, chewy. I still enjoyed the lemon cupcake cookie too, the frosting was quite good, rich, lemony, and sweet. A good cookie but it definitely is pricey read more

We had crumbl cookies delivered on a Friday. They came warm and ready to eat. I had eagerly been waiting to finally try these legendary cookies and they lived up to the hype, they were tasty and warm though not all of them were worth the price. We tried 5 cookies. The chocolate chip was soft and chocolatey which was delicious while warm. When cooled it tasted slightly less cooked but still a good classic chocolate chip. The blueberry one was DELICIOUS. The cookie was more cakey, but the flavors were well matched and made for a perfect bite. The biscoff one was okay, it was a bit on the crispier side and did taste like biscoff, but came out a little dry. The chocolate peanut butter one was my least favorite. The chocolate and peanut butter on top peeled off and were dry and didn't mesh very well with the dry cookie. Overall, good cookies, some better than others, but worth a visit. Be warned they come at a price. I cannot comment on the store as they were delivered, but we would order them again. read more

Personally I loved the aroma that comes in when you step into the place. You are sure to get tempted. The place is very clean and hygienic. You definitely won't have any qualms about buying cookies from here from hygienic perspectives. I tried their Brookie which seemed to be like half normal cookie and half dark chocolates cookie. Loved it ! They have a few more flavors that you can try out. Interested in their Halloween special - pumpkin based cookie. The service is quick. As for why not 5 start - I think being a just cookie outlet, they have very less cookie flavors. They could improve on it. Second, if you are buying just 1 cookie that's like $4 - I think it's too expensive. The best deal you get will be with 6 cookie. I don't understand the hype of Crumbl for the first this weekend. I got my son the milk chocolate cookie that he picked up. He only ate less than half of it. I took a piece to try and I can see why he didn't finish it. It was super sweet and butter flavor over power the cookie. Not a fan and definitely would not get it again. Also, the product/selection is way over priced for what it is. $5+ for a cookie that doesn't even taste good. I thought about getting the mini cookie trio to try but after tasting my son's cookie, so glad I didn't. It was over $9 for three little cookies. I am a casual home baker, but with the money I can spend here, I can make a lot more cookies and taste a lot better. They intentionally make big cookies with raw dough in some parts, my cookie was under baked in the middle. If they have to sell you a cookie cutter, why don't they just make the cookie smaller? They want to charge $5 for it and not make any smaller sizes available as a sampler box or just for single cookie purchase. I asked about tiny cookies they had on display, and it turns out you have to order them 2 days in advance. No signs said that anywhere and the self order pad wasn't helpful either. The back kitchen was filled with people but I had to stand there and shout for someone to hear me over the hustle and bustle, and that was awkward. The pickup counter was filthy, greasy and covered with crumbs. Their prices nickel and dime you for every little thing like a cookie cutter & empty boxes with their logo on it. I thought I just trying to just buy a cookie, not navigate though a genshin impact style of micro transactions. Will never be back, and I wanted so badly to like them. My friend insisted. He said his sweet tooth craved Crumbl. After looking up the nutritional information I'm fairly certain his sweet tooth has a sugar addiction issue. One Crumbl cookie is 4 servings, which made me try to envision how one would cut a single cookie into four parts. The purchase experience was completely transactional. There was no customer service, no acknowledgement, and very little interaction. We ordered and paid through a touch screen and then picked up our cookies. The human element was absent. Still we had cookies. Crumbl cookies are all very rich and very sweet. The chocolate chip cookie was fine. It wouldn't be my top recommendation. The classic pink sugar cookie was better - it reminded me of a similar cookie from years past - but I still found it not to be as good as my memories. The birthday cake cookie was my favorite. It was quite sweet, but it seemed to have a better balance. I enjoyed the taste immensely but still it was very sugary. I never ate a whole cookie, often splitting in half. We ended up buying more than we could consume and froze most of them. They reheated perfectly and still tasted great - like eating pure sugar. read more

Typically, pretty young employees with straight faces and minimal engagement. However, the cookies are phenomenal, as they are at any Crumbl location across the country. They had some little pies for Thanksgiving but the cookies still looked better to me! My experience today around 7:30pm on a Thursday was a lot different than last weekend when they had their grand opening. Service was slower, the presentation was messier, and the box was sticky and dirty when they handed it to us. The bottom of the box was dirty with icing as well as the sides, so when I put the box in my lap while my fiancé drove, cookie icing got on my pants. - I am so happy Crumbl Cookies has opened a location in Bellevue! They are located in the Kelsey Creek Center on 148th and Main St in the same parking lot as the Walmart Neighborhood Market. There's plenty of parking in the lot out front. I visited on a Saturday around 6pm, and the line was not too long at all. When you arrive, you can order from a tablet (or ahead on the app to receive points). Each week, they have new flavors, minus their signature chocolate chip cookie that stays on the menu. The cookies are large, super soft in texture, and outstanding! I tried the chocolate chip, walnut fudge brownie, old fashioned doughnut, and fried ice cream cookies. Every cookie was so tasty. Once your cookies are boxed, someone will call your name and show you the cookies in the box before closing the lid to ensure they look ok and the order is accurate. I really appreciate this! For pricing, it's 4.78 for a single cookie, $15.58 for a 4-pack, $23.98 for a 6-pack, and $40.78 for a 12-pack. read more

Went on a Friday evening and boy it was packed! Probably because this spot just opened. We were on a mission to get the mooncake cookie (which is basically just cookie dough with a frosting filling). Initially they were sold out but there was a batch ready in 30 minutes :/ so we went next door to get some fro-yo and did a little shopping across the parking lot at Walmart. After indulging in dessert #1, we headed back and managed to snag our 3 mooncake cookie and a dirt cake cookie. However they ran out of the banana cream cookie this time. Ordered on a computer kiosk and waited ~10 minutes. WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG IF THE COOKIES ARE PREMADE AND SITTING IN A WARMING OVEN!? Yes, someone needed to frost the 1 chocolate cookie. But that should take no more than a minute. Taste wise, they're good. But not mind blowing and definitely not worth all the hype around this brand. They're your basic Safeway cookies but bigger and chewier. Yes, they're cute and slightly more unique. But the flavor falls short. For ~$4 a cookie, I'm not sure if I'll be back for more. It's worth a try once but don't have high expectations. For that money, I'd rather buy a 24 pack of cookies from Walmart. PS: each cookie is said to have only 100-200+ cookies. Welcome to Bellevue, Crumbl Cookies! I was happy to learn that Crumbl had opened a location in my city as I have a huge sweet tooth and Crumbl's cookies are always soft baked and range in flavors. They're good. I visited Crumbl Cookies in the late afternoon and the place wasn't too busy. Located in the shopping plaza off of 148th by Walmart, there are 20-minute parking spots right out front, which is all you'll need at Crumbl. It's an easy process as you order and purchase your cookies using the touchscreen and then wait for your order to be prepared. The flavors change weekly, and of course, the more cookies that you purchase, the better the deal. With that said, I ordered four cookies for about $15. I chose the peanut butter blossom, the raspberry cheesecake, the french silk pie and the caramel popcorn. Of all the cookies, I liked the french silk pie the most because it was the most chocolatey, which is my vice. Plus, it had the light, mousse filling that french silk pie is known for, so heck yeah! But all of the cookies were solid - and the portion for each cookie was huge. They're definitely easy to share. I never finish a cookie in one sitting. Glad to have this cookie shop in the area as it'll make for great gifts or to treat yo' self! I'll be looking forward to seeing what other flavors of cookies exist from here, as I'm sure it'll be tasty. I've never had a cookie from Crumbl that I didn't like. read more

I'm a new crumbl fan, and I'm so glad there is a location in Bellevue for whenever I have a cookie craving. Parking is super easy in the lot with 20 min pick up sign stalls right in front of the store. I love that you don't have to talk to anyone in order to order, you can just use the touch screen pad to place your order and pay. Then they call your name when your order is ready and you're ready to go! They have the mini cookies available on Mondays only right now which are on my list to try.
