Now I've been through the process of buying a few cars before and out of all the experiences I've had, Mike has done the most to make sure everything went smoothly and that we had an amazing experience. First, Mike made sure I was able to look over the Carfax and see if there was anything I might be concerned about. He didn't have to take the time to do this but he did. Then he made sure the car was thoroughly detailed for us as he knew this was going to be a special gift. When it came time to do the paperwork, things were a little more complicated because we were purchasing a vehicle out of state, but again, Mike was making sure we felt comfortable with everything and we never felt bad for asking questions if we had them. Finally, when it came time to ship the car, Mike was there making sure it got loaded ok and was safely on it's way. Now technically, Mike's job was done, but he wasn't done making sure our experience was the best. He was checking in to make sure the Jeep was delivered ok. Even though that wasn't his responsibility. He was genuinely excited to hear how my mom would react to seeing her Jeep and again, wanted to do everything he could to make sure she had a great experience. He even sent a card and called her to congratulate her! Mike went above and beyond because he not only helped make sure we were getting a beautiful Jeep for mom, but that she would get the kind of VIP experience that she would remember for the rest of her life. And that's not something you can necessarily pay for. It takes a special type of person who understands the value of relationships and that's what I came to see about Mike. He doesn't just treat you like a customer, he treats you like family. When buying a car from Mike, you feel like you're buying a car from a friend, someone who cares about you and is looking out for you. So thank you Mike! My mom will remember this experience for the rest of her life and we couldn't have done this without you. For anyone considering purchasing a vehicle, I would highly recommend giving Mike a call or stopping by and saying "hi!" Enterprise's "no haggle" pricing is real -- the price listed on their website for the car we wanted was exactly the price we paid - and it was a really good price. Plus, you don't realize that the amount of time it takes to buy a car from a dealer is because of all the negotiation tactics, etc. This was SO speedy - about an hour from deciding to buy to walking out with the keys. A few things: 1) We were looking for a particular color (in a particular make, model, etc) that was harder to fine, so we ended up paying Enterprise $300ish to ship the car we wanted from PA to MD. That worked great - it took about a week (as I was told to expect), and then we had first dibs on buying the car if we liked it upon arrival. 2) After purchase we took the car to our trusted mechanic and did a full "pre-purchase" inspection. It was in great shape. It was a huge relief to me to know that we had 7 days to return the car (for $200) if it had turned out to have issues. 3) Ty on the Enterprise team helped us and she was straightforward, friendly, and responsive. Definitely recommend working with her - but we interacted with others on the team and everyone seemed great. I think having a commission structure where sales reps get paid a flat fee per vehicle (rather than making more if the price goes up) supports sales reps in being efficient and straightforward. I know some people have a bias against buying former rental cars, but in my experience having now owned a couple, they are maintained well (with a clear and documented maintenance history), in very good shape, and often end up being a great deal. 100% recommend buying a car through Enterprise Car Sales and specifically the Lanham location and team. Their service desk seems unable to manage paperwork, communicate updates, or perform the most basic administrative tasks without making the customer pay for it--literally. In December 2025, I was forced to rent a car because of Ford warranty issues and because DARCARS refused to provide a loaner vehicle. Conveniently, the rental option they offered was $80 per day, just high enough to exceed Ford's $60-per-day reimbursement cap. That kind of pricing raises obvious questions. To date, I am still $300 out of pocket because DARCARS lost my rental receipts, then somehow failed to process them even after I submitted them again. After seven separate follow-ups, they still cannot--or will not--file the paperwork properly. At some point, "mistake" stops being a believable excuse. From where I stand, this looks like deliberate obstruction dressed up as incompetence. Whether it is retaliation for securing my own rental instead of theirs or simply a breathtaking level of dysfunction, the result is the same: the customer gets burned while DARCARS plays dumb.

The vehicle was listed with a starting price 2k less than any dealer within 300 miles. I was pre approved with my bank with a rate of 3%. To the best of my knowledge..that's a solid rate. The original dealer told me they could meet my number but I had to finance through Ford Motor Credit. I explained that I was content with the rate in recieved and was not looking to finance anywhere else but my bank. They wouldn't budge and the difference was only $1200 from what i wanted to pay and what they offered me ( without financing through Ford Motor Credit). So I thanked them for their time and got up from the table. Fast forward to two days later... I received a phone call from Idrissa Bah from Darcars. He was calling me back from a previous online inquiry I had made weeks earlier. I spoke with Idrissa about my situation at the other dealer and he asked if I could forward him all my info and he could see if he could help. Doubting he could get me a better deal, I still went ahead and sent it. Why not try at least, right?? Not even 2 mins after sending him my info, I received a call from Tavin, the General Sales Manager ( assuming that's what GSM stands for)..this guy is the MAN. He reviewed my info and not only did he meet my number but also said didn't have to go through Ford Motor Credit, my check was fine. I told him he had a deal! I went to the Darcars that night after work...lo and behold I'm the proud owner of a new Ford Focus ST! Everyone I came into contact with at the dealer was awesome. This wasn't a surprise to me because having been in the business myself, I've seen retail markups go up to 100% or higher. Save your money and come here first. I had a Viper alarm/remote start system installed here as well. Here it may sound as a complaint, but since it was an isolated incident among the other times I have had my truck serviced here, I will let it pass. I had to come to Trick Trucks twice for this install. The second time was on a tow truck! My truck was serviced and fixed back to how it was supposed to run in no time. In conclusion, I will state that the employees here are very knowledgeable in their field and have a lot of good advice on the pros and cons of different accessories. I advise everyone to do their own research for their wish-list of custom parts before waltzing into any store similar to Trick Trucks. If there is a product that Trick Trucks doesn't sell or promote, it doesn't mean they won't work with you to get it installed.
