His bank kept rejecting my payments and I ended up having to pay his wife's zelle account (??)  Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I had a couple of other companies come out for a quote - each had different approaches to repair/replace but they didn't seem confident they could fix the issue despite the cost and wanted to tear open walls and bypass existing outlets and switches. Enter Lowell. He was prompt to bid and was able to start relatively quickly. He didn't talk himself up and was realistic with expectations, but within a half hour, he found the issue and had the lights on and figured out a repair that wouldn't involve gutting plaster walls and tearing up concrete.
