The three C's ( not Alanon) community, coffee & cocktails. A vibrant restaurant filled with happy friends. Service was great. That said, the food was not good. Our eggs Florentine were, well, hard eggs, dime thin English muffins and tasteless spinach. I guess we were hoping for fresh spinach, tomatoes, poached eggs. The fruit side was fresh. The potatoes seemed like they came from a frozen package. Sorry Relish but we were pretty unhappy with the food.

Nice casual restaurant tucked into the north end next to central and Hennepin. Great accessibility although winter street parking is a little tough. Decorated with a cool and welcoming vibe with a broad, good sized menu, Relish is a welcoming hangout. Breakfast all day, a nice selection of sandwiches and salads ensure there's something good for you. Seating is comfy, service is very friendly and attentive. We had lunch reservations but probably didn't need them for a Monday at noon. All of our meals were quick and tasted great. We will definitely mark Relish as a place to redid it soon!

Came here on a Sunday around 4pm.. just a FYI - they close at 5pm on Sunday, early! But regardless, still got some great service, good vibes, decent food, and the individuals working during this time did not force us out or make us feel weird about it! So that was amazing. Parking can get a lil interesting over here since there are a few apartment buildings and there are a lot of restaurants, but there is street parking if you drive around. Sat at the bar, perfect, chill, some TVs playing football, all in all good vibes. Ordered the meatballs and sausage (so good!), the meatballs were quality, not too greasy, good red sauce and some yummy cheese melted on top. The sausages were also pretty dang good too. Also got the relish tray with a bunch of pickled veggies.. really good! I love pickled veggies so this was a nice addition. Our bartender was awesome, accommodating and nice and not too over bearing, we love that! Will definitely be back!

I relish every time my order is spot on. Thanks a brunch for the weekend only option. The Beefy Benny was both filling and delicious. Just would have preferred to see our server a tini-bit more to refill our coffees and waters.

My mom and I stopped here for lunch on a Monday, it wasn't busy at all. We ordered the crispy chicken sammy w/ spicy pickle chips and a side of fries as well. The sandwich was really good, crispy. The fries were also really good, lightly seasoned. I've always wanted to stop here for coffee/the cafe, looks like they have some good seasonal drinks so I'll have to stop by for that & brunch! Our waitress was really nice & attentive. It's a really cute restaurant!

Relish is so cute! Seating:Not super big. Bar seating, booths, tables, tables available for bigger groups. Food:My friend and I shared the ciabatta sandwich with breakfast potatoes. It was delicious! Perfect amount of pesto flavor. All of the food around us looked delicious! Drink: Bloody was good! Options if you like spicy. Fixings were a nice addition! Parking: metered street parking. Surprisingly, on a Sunday it was .75 for an hour and a half.

Adorable decor throughout the dining area. Very retro vibes. Not a ton of outdoor space, but the inside is cute. Servers were all very friendly, but food took a while to come even when not super busy. Food was good! They had a ton of fun options, but the breakfasts were a little underwhelming and definitely need more seasoning.

Overall the food was really good. The breakfast Sammy appears to be basic but it was delicious and the sauce on it was good. Ambiance was cute, bar area and seating areas. Plenty of room for people to feel comfortable. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the service. Everyone seemed very inattentive. Our server took a long time to bring our coffee that was sitting on the counter for awhile and no one came to ask how our food was. Overall this was fine because the food was good so we didn't need much except a water refill. I think if service was more attentive this would have been a 5 star review.

I tried a scramble with eggs and vegetables this time, and it was okay. The plate was far too small and once I was mixing things in it all fell off the plate. The food was okay, I would probably try something else if I came back.

Relish is one of my favorite spots in Northeast. Whether it's for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or some cocktails at the bar, I always have a great time. The space is super fun and funky and fresh interior. It's a very modern, almost upscale coffee shop/diner. Lots of bright, beautiful colors and textures. The service is always TOP NOTCH. I've always had the best servers and bartenders. They are always friendly and smiley and seem like they enjoy being there. Very refreshing. The food is fantastic. Very traditional American type classics you would find in any diner but done a little more elegant. You literally cannot go wrong with any of the breakfast menu and the Bloody Mary is a must. I'm a huge fan of the Chopped Cheese on the dinner menu. Don't ever skip dessert here either. @danny_runsforbeer

Relish in Minneapolis is a refreshing gem in the city's dining scene. Th The service was great; hostess helped secure the selection I was already going to make. The ambiance is cozy yet modern, with warm lighting and tasteful decor that creates a welcoming space for both casual dinners and special occasions. Their cocktails are equally impressive -- balanced, inventive, and perfect for pairing with your meal.Parking is not so bad as its NE MPLS. Also the prices are not bad either which is a plus for dining these days. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Relish is definitely worth a stop. It brings something fresh and heartfelt to Minneapolis' food scene.

Super cute place. Good vibe. I came alone and sat at the bar on a Friday morning. It wasn't busy but food and drinks took quite awhile. It happens with a small staff - not in a rush so not a huge deal. Latte was good. I ordered the seasonal breakfast hash which was super underwhelming // breakfast potatoes and 2 eggs with Broccoli, Green peppers, onions and corn. There was barely 1 to 2 small pieces of each of the vegetables. I was expecting at least a cup of veggies but it barely came with any. That dish needs work, but I'm looking forward to coming back to try other things.
