Bacon cheeseburger
Sherry H.

I've come to the realization that if you come here it's gonna be cold in the restaurant no matter what time of year you come so just dress appropriately or bring a jacket or a small blanket lol this time I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and instead of the greasy fries, I ordered a side salad. The salad was pretty good And my burger was nice and juicy and big. My husband did order the fries and they did look better than they normally looked. Less greasy than what they've been the last couple times our waitress Haley is great. She's usually the one that we hope that we get. She is always very attentive and we like her a lot. Nothing fancy about this place. Just your typical diner with diner food.

This is a great cozy, diner-esque spot has great affordable meals and friendly staff. We ordered the Boardwalk Special as a burrito along with the Southern Skillet and a side of corn beef hash. Each entree came with hash browns. I really enjoyed my Southern Skillet, the gravy had a good flavor and it was a very generous portion. Highly recommended stopping in for breakfast.

According to the hostess the owner requires service dogs to have identification and papers, non of which either are federally required or even exist. In The States paperwork does not federally exist, all registrations or certificates are scams. And per ADA any identification is not legally required as not everyone can afford gear. My service dog is fully task trained and while we do have a leash wrap I refuse to give any money to a place so uneducated. If you want to run a business he bare minimum you need to do is educate yourself on state and federal laws regarding service animals and what you can ask or do with them. The hostess said the owners name was Donna I believe so yeah. My service dog who worked with me at the zoo, has been to dozens of appointments with me, even been on a plane I guess isn't good enough just because he doesn't have papers that do not legally exist or a tag that is not federally required. Pictures include proof they are breaking ADA laws regarding service animals and then a picture of my service dog on a plane back in November. All I was trying to do is call and see if they have room for us to sit as we arrived and they seemed busy, yet was told my fully task trained service dog wouldn't be allowed without a tag or papers, all because we came straight from treatment and he has his car harness on with a leash wrap and not his normal vest or harness. Educate yourselves before running a public business!

Spinach, tomato, feta omelette, ad mushrooms. Pancake, two egg meal with burger option substitute hand cut fries for hash browns.

How can I describe my experience, one word, PERFECT. We were greeted with a smile and sat immediately and from there it just got better. Our waitress was prompt and offered drinks right away. The menu had many options but not too many, it took me a bit to order since I wanted one of everything. I decided on the spinach, tomato, feta omelette and added mushrooms, my husband took the two eggs your way option with a burger patty and substituted fries in place of hash browns we also got a pancake to share. The food came out so fast and was delicious! Our waitress was sweet and cheerful and probably checked in on us about six times during our meal. The entire experience couldn't have been better, I can't wait to go back!

Good place for conversation and a meal. The basics at a decent price. Server was helpful. We sat in the back where it is more quiet. It is a breakfast greasy spoon.

Good food, decent prices, but not the best service. To be fair, they always seem short staffed. Been several times. Once the waitress stood around the kitchen and avoided us like the plague. Today our service was better, but one of us had hot food and the other did not. Not a bad place for breakfast if you can be patient with the service and inconsistencies.

This is a new location, recently moved from down the street. The menu seems like it's pretty much the same, but there seems to be new staff. We each had burgers, and they were very good. Double patty smashburgers and sides for less than $10. Sides include fries, hashbrowns, salad, veggies, or you can upgrade to onion rings or chili. Everything looked good, but I heard a couple diners rave about the Reuben! We used to frequent the previous location for breakfast, so we will return soon!

The worst aspect is the ventilation which needs much work. We came out smelling so greasy and smokey. We seated ourselves and waited a minute for our waitress to assist us. She kept saying she was new, that it was like her second day or something and didn't quite know the menu. She also didn't know how to make a drink, with that being the case why are you allowed to make any cocktails. If you have a limited cocktail menu but an extensive bar selection you would think their cocktail specials were on point. Nooooo. The BF tried a margarita special and it was awful. I tried a special crafted cocktail that was cool that our waitress asked the guy bartending to specially make because she had no clue about what I was talking about. I hate going to a spot where I make drinks better than the bartenders on hand and that's your job. The BF ordered the the garlic burger and I ordered the Korean wings which NEVER came out because our waitress forgot to order them. So I shared food with the BF. The burger was extremely underwhelming, not seasoned at all. How do you specialize in burgers and mess that up. The best item we ate was the fries and the comedy show was good. I love dinner and entertainment. We are burger enthusiast and if this what your restaurant specializes in I expect to be wowed. We saw all the social media hype surrounding this place and were so excited to try them. To find out it was ALL just hype is a real let down. No we will not be returning, the burgers and service speak for themselves.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the food bc I had dinner plans, but I did stay for a couple drinks. They have a great selection of spirits and cocktail specials. My friend got a tequila sunrise, so I followed suit. The pour was quite generous, I must say, and I'm def not complaining. The drink was smooth, with the perfect amount of tequila and sweetness. The bartenders working were both friendly and sociable. The vibe was relaxed and is a great alternative when things get too crazy at the dam. While I only got drinks, I'll for sure be back. The smells alone (all good of course) will have you lingering back!

For the first time in forever we got there during happy hour so what do we do? Save money? No, we order two appetizers instead of one! I always do build your own, you fill out the sheet from a pad on the table choosing your ingredients by category. I usually get the beef but last couple times I have ordered chicken but got similar toppings, Spinach, tomato, chipotle aioli, and fried jalapenos on toasted sourdough. Love it! For a small upcharge you can get a salad as a side, I like to do that because I can steal a few of the delicious fries from my companions. The salad is generous, spring mix, red onion, tomato, croutons. It comes with shaved parmesan, but I ask them to leave that off. The champagne vinaigrette is perfect. This is my favorite burger place, but I like that I can get a great chicken sandwich!
