Lived here for about 2 years. The apartment itself was fine, but overall the experience felt off at…read moretimes. When we first moved in, I went to the pool with my kids and was questioned about whether I even lived there "because she had never seen me before," which was strange. Another time, I was walking my kids to the park and was followed from the office area, and that same person ended up sitting at the same table as us without saying anything. It just made things uncomfortable. Communication with the office was also difficult at times. While responses may be described as "direct," they often came across as defensive rather than helpful when concerns were brought up. Parking was also an issue. We were never clearly notified about how limited guest parking actually was, and visitors often had to park down the street. There were also times we saw people camping right outside in the corners of the property. They would get removed, but then come back weeks later. There were also multiple car break-ins while living here, and neighbors would often warn about seeing sketchy people at night. The move-out process required multiple follow-ups. The itemized statement was not initially provided by mail as stated, and was only uploaded to the portal after repeated requests. There were also duplicate charges and a prior payment that had to be corrected. After posting a review elsewhere, management responded stating that everything was clearly communicated and supported. For context, I also have dated move-in documentation showing the condition the unit was originally provided in, which is important when comparing any move-out charges. I also noticed reviews from individuals associated with management, which makes it harder to fully rely on the overall rating of the property.

Impressive and Excellent Work…read more We had a serious plumbing incident that occurred last month and the following three individuals are who I dealt with and were instrumental in resolving the crisis quickly. Problem: I went into the kitchen to find water pooling on the floor. It was cold water coming from under the sink area. It appeared that the cold water hose attachment was giving way and spewing out water. I grabbed a wrench and tried to tighten it but to no avail. The water pressure was too great. What a nightmare! Assistance: I then called the office and spoke to William. After I relayed the info to him, he immediately expedited the problem to two wonderful maintenance people, namely Luis and Gilbert. He also took some time to calm me down because I was frantic. William is very professional, diligent, and quite skilled in his job duties. There was no delay in getting maintenance to our apartment. Solution: Luis came in first and upon seeing the disaster, immediately went downstairs and turn the water off. He contacted Gilbert who came in record time with a water suction vacuum. He worked very fast and hard and all the water was gone in about 6-7 minutes. This is the best team work I have seen in a long time. Also when Gilbert came to replace the shelf under the sink, he discovered that our garbage disposal unit was inoperable and a very small water leak was detected. The unit could not be repaired, so he replaced it and we've had no more leaks. Luis and Gilbert are very hardworking, knowledgeable, and are highly skilled in their field of maintenance. I am truly grateful for all the work they did in resolving the situation. I'm also grateful for William's quick response to the problem and also his genuine concern. I have delayed writing this review for some time due to concerns about potential retaliation from…read moremanagement. I lived at this property for approximately three years. Initially, the leasing experience was positive, and the staff were attentive. However, after signing the lease, my experience changed significantly. Communication became inconsistent, and interactions with office staff were often unprofessional. During my tenancy, there were recurring maintenance issues, including frequent fire alarm activations and periodic water outages. Despite these disruptions, rent and additional fees remained unchanged, which was frustrating given the circumstances. Security has also been a major concern. Over the course of my stay, my motorcycle was stolen, my car was broken into, and multiple packages went missing. Unfortunately, I did not feel that these incidents were adequately addressed by either the leasing office or corporate management, and follow-up communication was lacking. Noise levels were another ongoing issue. Between nearby traffic, trains, and disturbances from other residents at various hours, it was often difficult to enjoy a quiet living environment. When concerns were raised, responses from management suggested that these issues were considered "normal," which did not align with my expectations as a tenant. I also question the authenticity of some of the positive reviews, as residents are encouraged to leave feedback upon move-in and to mention specific staff members. This may not fully reflect long-term living experiences. After escalating concerns to corporate management, I received notices on my door, which felt retaliatory rather than constructive. Additionally, the presence of unauthorized individuals on or near the property raised further concerns about safety and oversight. Overall, my experience did not meet expectations, particularly in terms of management responsiveness, maintenance, and security. I would encourage prospective tenants to thoroughly research and consider these factors before making a decision.
