Didn't apologize, offer to make it better or any other normal customer service techniques to make my experience better and simply walked off. I clearly had only taken one bite and given one to my husband who concurred with the taste being bitter. They weren't burnt and actually looked very good so it had to be the dirty flat top. Wasn't looking for a discount or anything and didn't ask to speak with the manager but am definitely done going to Burger Claim. The restaurant is right next to the water, so you can enjoy a beautiful view while eating your food. The staff were very friendly. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes to be seated, but they let us sit on the back lawn during that period. The food itself was good. I liked both appetizers, and I would get them again. My pasta was okay. It was a little bland, and I wasn't the biggest fan of how they served fried chicken with it. And because it was underneath the pasta, it was a little soggy. My partner liked their prawns, and everyone else enjoyed their meals. We would go here again if we were in the area.
