After jumping around at Defy, we were walking back to the parking lot and this caught my eye. I walked in and the lady was very welcoming. I was craving avocado smoothie so I went ahead and order just that. I've had avocado frappe in the past from different places and this one was above average. The texture wasn't as smooth as lollicup and was a little icy, but I've had worst. It had enough sweetness and creaminess from the dairy. I want to give it another try as they had a large menu. The lady that was working recommended the boba milk tea and the mangonada so I'll have to try at least the mangonada!

This place is conveniently located at the mall in Sparks. The interiors are well lit with a great vibe. I tried the mango smoothie and the tiger milk tea.The tiger milk tea was perfect and refreshing. The mango smoothie was ok but did not meet my expectations. I like the fact that it tasted like real mango and not an artificial flavour but the fruit was not ripe enough. Overall it's a great hangout with a good ambience.

My daughter is into boba.... But we know nothing about it other than what we've seen on some menus. We stopped in 10 minutes before they closed and the two guys working the counter were amazing. Not only did they explain differences and make recommendations, they let my daughter try two different things before buying. I'm not saying other places don't do this but we didn't even have to ask! Anyway, highly recommend, we had a mango boba with explosion strawberry and a chia water. Both perfectly delicious!

Cute little store in the Legends Shopping Center. Stopped in with the family to grab a drink before we walked around Legends and didn't even know they have a wide variety of drinks. They have boba, protein shakes, coffee's and even some food items. I decided to grab the specialty drink which consisted of strawberry and coconut. Upon grabbing my drink from the server I noticed it looked like a huge cup of sugary flavors. Decided to try it out and it wasn't even super sweet. It was perfect! I was really surprised and glad that it didn't come out to be a huge cup of sugary flavors lol. So if you're about to going shopping in Legends and are thirsty be sure to hit this place up. They have drinks for everybody.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience and worst boba I have ever had. Took almost 45 minutes to get 3 drinks and all 3 drink orders were wrong. Can't even drink the boba through the straw.

They are kidn of slow for a boba shop. Typically with a line we can get our drinks in the same amount of time. I also thi k they use milk product. I did not feel all to well afterwards. That part is my fault, but overall the milk tea was ok. Thats what I get at any new place. Its a good way to determine if they can make something simple tats unique. I know I said milk tea. I get it. Most boba shops have alternative milk. Basically due to a large amount of Asians who can't consume or digest it. Give them a try. They are still pretty new and hidden inside of the legends mall behind Nike. Theh could of had an off day. For my sister also wasn't feeling her drink.

Slow service, waited over 20 minutes for one milk tea after placing the order. I had to go up to the counter to see what the deal was after noticing the person who walked in and ordered 10 minutes after I did got their drink first...absolutely ridiculous. After tasting the drink, the milk tea just tasted like watered down milk. I can say from all the other 1&2 star reviews my experience can validate their claims. read more

I wanted to give a big thanks to the young men who work there , Adonis and Mario . They are an incredibly hardworking and dedicated bunch who consistently go above and beyond. Their professionalism is top-notch, handling every task and client interaction with poise and expertise. As for the food it was super delicious and the refresher's were amazing. Nice decor and friendly customer service, but the food and drinks are a major miss. I ordered a boba tea and the boba inside was hard and an unpleasant texture. My friend ordered an açaí bowl that was the consistency of a runny smoothie. Won't be coming back, it's a real shame because they have a great location, but if they don't fix some things with the food they'll likely be out of business shortly. read more

Let me start by saying I love the decor. Came in to try their açaí bowls and I loved the dragonfruit açaí bowl ! I also tried there pinapple orange refresher that was great! Tried it for the second time today. My first visit I received a warm mango smoothie that tasted like milk but was orange (barely any mango flavor). Today I received a warm strawberry banana smoothie that was pink and tasted like milk. Instead of trashing it I asked it they could reblend it with some ice, which helped the temperature but still, it had no flavor. I wanted to like this place so bad. read more

The atmosphere was tense and awkward. No music was playing, nobody else was inside. The fruit tea wasn't good, and came out lukewarm. The server didn't smile, didnt say hi. Boba was hard and their drinks are quite expensive. We got there when they just opened so there's no reason why the boba should be hard unless it's over a day old.We did inform the employee and she was apologetic and offered to give us a different type of boba. read more

Oh thank goodness for the Reno Tea Bar! I finally ventured outdoors with the family and we saw this place on the way out. I was pretty warm from walking and the picture on the window looked amazing. First of all, I am loving the minimalist design and doors and the three hooked up TVs they have with music playing. It's really a nice atmosphere. They gave us samples as soon as we walked in. They were both delicious (watermelon and kiwi). We all ended up getting boba tea (they have a ton of flavors and even offer flavored boba beads). I got watermelon but I'll be getting Thai when the weather cools down. I'll also definitely be trying one of their juices. They have a huge selection so instead of trying to list them all, here's a pic. This will be a regular stop whenever I find myself at the Outlets. Yum! read more

Convenient if you're shopping at The Legends and craving bubble tea, but it's average. Perhaps 10 years ago I would have raved about this place when there was less competition, but Reno/Sparks has grown so much. Too many good boba places out here to tolerate "average". read more

The Thai tea and tiger milk tea we got were absolute garbage. Had a few pieces of boba that were rock hard. Also wasn't a fan of the music videos with half naked woman twerking on the giant screens with kids around. The baristas were nice and the place was clean but that was the only redeeming factor of this place. Immediately went to Bubble Tea Station down the road. read more

The kids working were super nice but I wouldn't touch this place again. My husband ordered a Cookies and Cream Protein Shake - he said it was alright. I ordered an iced Chai Tea - it was basically milk and I tossed it. Super gross. My son originally ordered a bagel but they advised against it so he went with a croissant - it was from Costco. Delicious but really? Pretty dirty inside. I'd caution against visiting here for sanitary reasons alone. read more

9/24/22 Saturday night after watching a movie I go to the Reno Tea Bar. The three staff members behind the counter were too busy messing around with each other that I finally had to say "excuse me" to get service. One staff member takes my order, iced coffee with boba, a large size. I pay for my order and wait. Another staff member tells me that they are out of back boba but they had coconut boba. I said that was ok. He also tells me he will have to make me a medium because they are out of large cups but that he will make it "extra good". I said "ok" because I was not going to fuss over a dollar. Nonetheless, I grab my drink and head to my car. I mix up my drink, insert my straw and take a sip. It was not what I ordered. It was disgusting. I was given a chai milk drink with lychee boba. Yuck. I threw it out. Never, ever going back. The place was a hot mess and the staff couldn't care less. Save your time and money. read more

They use syrup for every drink except the smoothies. And the syrup is not good quality. I got a watermelon slushi and they made it cherry by accident. They put in fresh boba which was hot, not warm, hot. So half the drink melted immediately. Would not go back and wouldn't recommend. Get a soda or water from somewhere else in the mall or bring your own drinks when shopping because this place is not good. Also nothing here contains tea (i asked)which I originally thought they would sense tea is in their name. read more

I was super excited to try this place because I love boba and Reno doesn't have many options. I'm just overall very confused with this place. I couldn't even drink my drink because the straw they gave me wasn't even a boba straw so the boba got stuck in the straw every time I sipped. It would take me pinching the straw for a minute to get it out. I went back in and asked for a bigger straw but the employee said that was all they had. Just a very confusing experience. The small amount of the thai tea that I was able to get with the straw was okay but definitely better places in Reno. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money if this is how it always is... read more

Worst Thai Iced Tea I've ever had. Get this as my regular drink at boba places and thought we'd give this place a try. Couldn't taste any tea. Just tasted like I was drinking milk. And to top it off, they didn't have any boba ready. Even without boba, still more expensive then most other places. Place was clean and barista was nice so stars are just for that. Drinks are much better at our normal place 2 min down the road at Bubble Tea Station. read more

Also the employees seemed like rushing to make my drink and not even taking their time to make my drinks even the least bit good. My first impression of this place is terrible. The blonde girl working seemed bothered that I was waiting on my order in store after my I got a notification that it was ready. There were no other patrons in store, but a younger teenage boy sitting at the counter. I'm going to assume he was her boyfriend by their conversation. As I sat waiting, she made my two smothies, mind you was the same just two different sizes, a pretzel and a frozen waffle. That took over 10 minutes, the whole time still talking to the boy. Yes I said it a frozen waffle. If I wanted to pay for a frozen waffle, I'd go to the store and buy one. I haven't been back in since and was so disappointed that I had to wait over 10 minutes after I got a notification that my online order was ready. On top of her crappy service, she gave me a frozen waffle in my bag. I over tipped online and I'll never do that again. She didn't even deserve a peso. The store started filling up while I was waiting and everyone lined up seemed to be bothering her for wanting a smoothie. You had one young girl working, if you could even call that working. I have steered away from my kids ordering from here after their dental visits and after their weekly sports. Just a message to management: Please train the kids that work for you. That you pay them to take care of your customers not to treat everyone like we are a nuisance to her and her boyfriend.

Pulled into their parking lot and had lots of stalls which was convenient. Our group kind of caused a back up in the ordering line. It has an old school feel to it and only one cashier to order from. The lady at the ordering window was great and friendly. Lots of menu signs and tons of options to order especially in the ice cream flavors. We enjoyed their Oreo and mango ice cream shakes. Tasty, thick, and creamy! The 12 oz, small, cup was more than enough to enjoy in one sitting. There was lots of seating which made it nice for our group to sit and mingle.
