There were two employees behind the counter. Both of them walked past me at least half a dozen times seemingly avoiding eye contact while they went about their tasks. The younger one, a girl who couldn't have been older than 20, was facing me, slicing sandwiches inside the case. The older lady put some deli meat away and then she was walking back and forth over and over looking like she was looking for something to do, anything but actually help the customer standing there trying to get some assistance. I waited patiently for several minutes, and in that time neither deli employee so much as acknowledged me. Not one word. And there is no way they didn't see me. I'm 6 feet tall and I have never felt so invisible. My daughter didn't get her seafood salad and left the store in tears. Abominable customer service.

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed to see paint scratches on the walls, baseboards, and door frames from the carpet install. After checking the contract, I saw that Jay's Flooring states they aren't responsible for any damage in these areas. While the carpet itself was installed fine, I won't be hiring them again.
