The team at Rent a Green Moving box are professional, kind, responsive, and super easy to work with. Joe promptly responded to all my emails and worked with my schedule to set up a time to drop off their green boxes. I moved out of a one-bedroom apartment and ordered the 25 box package plus 2 clothing wardrobes and it was the perfect amount of space. My movers even commented on the boxes and said they wished all of their customers would use them since they are easy to move, sturdy and easily stack on top of eachother. Needed to move my office locally and we had alot of inventory in our warehouse in various sized containers. The Rent A Moving Box boxes really held alot of weight and helped us standardize our inventory so that moving from one warehouse to another was simple and straight forward. I don't know how we would have moved our inventory without them! My employees dealt with the guys on drop off and pick-up but they called me ahead of time to let me know they were coming and my team said it was great to work with them. Terrific customer experience. I recently did a local move in LA and did not want to go through the expense and exhaustion of typical moving boxes (getting boxes, putting boxes together, taping boxes, having boxes fall apart...urg). Rent a Moving Box is super convenient in that they drop off/pick up the crates when you're available. I did the 25 crate option which was perfect for my 2 bedroom (although I do not have much clutter). The customer service was great and very flexible regarding pickup/dropoff times. After experiencing exceptional customer service from them on my first move using their eco-friendly boxes back in February (I move a lot!) I was 100% sure I wanted to use their services again this time around. I have used "Rent a Moving Box" twice. Once for an in-city move and once for staging my house for sale. Todd is very responsive, a great communicator, easy to work with and provides top notch customer service. I left a message and he returned my call within 2 minutes and had the boxes delivered within 4 hours! He made the delivery possible because I was in a time constraint. This is my third time moving with eco-friendly boxes and my first time moving with Rent A Moving Box. And this could not be simpler! We had to order boxes last minute, and they were able to accommodate. This is in itself earns 5 stars for customer service. The drop off and pick up were easy, without the requirement of someone being present. Payment for services was easy over the phone with an email receipt. The pricing was great value and very competitive with several local companies with the same business. The boxes were clean, durable and easy to use. I highly recommend the box dolly to make transport infinitely easier (moving 4-5 boxes simultaneously from one room to the next). Overall, I will never go back to paper boxes for moving. Brilliant service! Could not have been easier, quick call to set up, boxes delivered right to our house, no taping together boxes, sturdy, just tossed everything in and stacked them up. The moving company was THRILLED we used the boxes as they could just easily stack them on the dolly and go. (Think no building boxes, no buying tape, etc.) They were so friendly and helpful and delivered the boxes and all of the packing supplies directly to us and picked them up directly from our new place. If you're like me, you've felt guilty throwing away mounds of boxes after a move, but using this service you don't have to. And you don't have to worry about figuring out how to dispose of boxes. Renting boxes from Rent A Moving Box was by far the easiest thing about moving. I just called and placed my order. The boxes showed up at my old house exactly when promised and were picked up at the new house. The boxes are very sturdy and easy to pack.
