I'll admit we had a shaky start, but these three guys brought my review back up to five stars! As you can see from the video, this was not a standard furniture move as our oversized couch had to be brought off our balcony. The guys did a great job covering our furniture and bringing it into the garage. They were very careful and with the extra mile to remove the legs of a chair so that it would not mark the walls. I used Witty Way Movers for my move from Irvine to Santa Ana. It took about 8 hours to move my 1 bedroom apartment and at the end of it, some of my items came back with scratches and damage. I've been trying to reach them for the past few days hoping to come to a resolution since basic insurance is supposed to be included in their service but they have continued to ignore my messages. Mark & BK were awesome! They got here right on time. They worked hard, they were kind, no damage to any items. Super happy I chose this company and would definitely recommend them! I was able to move in without having to help them with anything. Always nice when a crew can handle things from beginning to end. If I could give any feedback on possible improvement it would be 1 small thing. I was told my move was "relatively small" and they initially tried to push back my start time by 4hrs so that they could squeeze in another move before mine. I'm glad I didn't accept their suggestion for a later start time because the move took long than expected. We started 2hrs earlier, actually. I was quoted 3-5 hours and it took almost 6 hours. Not upset about the time, however maybe it would be helpful to maybe ask the customer more question over the phone to then give a better estimate and expectations for both the movers and customer. Also...they asked me to write this review while they were still here. I was going to give them a great review regardless. And I get that it's important for their business -- but put some trust in your hard work and know that the great reviews will continue to come. Again, nothing was a major issue and I'd definitely recommend them! Just providing balanced feedback to hopefully help with improvements. Thanks again guys! read more

Pick up a massage chair in Gardena, CA and bring it to Chino Hills. Once here, drop off massage chair in the living room and move an existing treadmill from the living room to the garage. Long story short, they did exactly that. Did not upsell, did not haggle, just showed up and did what they promised The movers, Mike and Bata (not sure about spelling) did great. I didn't notice at the time of the move but have just discovered damages incurred from the move, including the corner of our $3k couch that is now ripped on the corner - and our bed corners - same, ripped upholstery. I don't know if there would be any recourse, because there was no paperwork to sign ahead of time, and honestly the owner seemed fishy already at first, saying it was a flat rate of $350 and then the story completely changed the morning of the move, when the movers showed up. I would not recommend them if you have nice furniture that you don't want ruined. read more

Workers took a very long time moving a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo when I already had most things packed in boxes. I mainly just needed them to move my bigger furniture such as bed, dining table, couch, computer desk, and tv. No major appliances. Moved to a house 20mins away but the move took about 7 hours. They scuffed up some of our chairs and dropped our dining table and the legs came off. The worker tried to put it back together but that also prolonged the moving time. At the end they still asked for a tip. Would not recommend this company. Hourly amount isn't bad but the amount of time it took ended up being a lot more expensive than other moving companies I have worked with in the past. read more

Moved my daugther from her apartment to another on about 5 miles away. She doesn't have any heavy furnitures, except for a queen mattress. She had a bunch of packed suitcases and boxes, plus some loose items. Her old apartment was on 3rd floor without an elevator. The new one has an elevator, but it's about 60 yard from the nearest truck parking. The movers showed up on time and worked efficiently. The job took longer than anticipated (4 hours vs. the 3-hr estimate). I think the estimate didn't factor in the long distance & elevator wait times at the new location. Also, please be aware that Witty Way couldn't produce their own insurance certificate that the new apartment management required for the move. Ak was able to provide one from another move company that he owned as a substitute. read more
