I would give this place zero stars if I could. They lied to me and made me wait for a replacement screen for my phone. I paid for a new screen. It was defective. I went the next day to get it replaced. The touch was lagging and not reading my finger print. They said they would replace it with the warranty but I would have to wait since the part was not available. They said it was supposed to come over the weekend (in like 3-4 days). I came back Monday. They didn't have it. It takes over 2 weeks to get it. They finally have the part and I come to get it replaced. They said they cannot replace it now because there's a chip on the side. They've seen this phone for two weeks with no chip. They charged me $300 for the "best screen" and they give me a defective piece from the beginning and are aware of my defective screen and say they can't replace it now that they can't claim the part. I get it. You want to claim the defective part to get YOUR money back. But it's ok to screw the paying customer who already paid for the DEFECTIVE screen. Where's the integrity in that? They knew my part needed to be fixed from the beginning. FROM THE NEXT DAY! The point of the matter is- they owed me a new screen from day one. The owner said I was coming back to replace a new screen that had a new crack. WTF. That was not the case and he very well knew it. He knew that it was because the screen itself was not reading my touch and it was lagging from the very next day. There was no chip the very next day or for two weeks. Roy the owner is rude and a crook. The part was defective from the beginning and I was owed another part. The only good thing about this place is their worker Justin. He follows up and is responsive and knew I was owed a new screen. He was very apologetic. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! They don't care about business or about their customers. read more

I came in here to get my battery replaced... as I tried to explain my situation the man at the counter rushingly insisted that he was going to replace the charging port... I repeated to him that my battery was the problem which he responded that either way it would be $50 & that he wouldn't have time to do it till tomorrow to just leave my phone with him... I went to two separate stores to get my i-phone fixed. Another computer store off Whitestar in Anaheim wanted $135 to repair my glass and asked to keep my phone for a day and a half in order to get the work done. I got my phone repaired in 2 hrs with Roy and it only cost my $90. He was very courteous and professional. I would and have recommended him to my family and friends. read more

I called this morning because I stripped the heck out of a screw inside my iPhone 4S when I was trying to fix my broken front glass. Tamo was really nice and told me he'd look at it and try to get the stripped screw out for free. I felt like such an idiot when I called, so it was nice to hear a kind voice on the other end! Instead of taking him up on the offer, I gave him my new screen, old phone, and all of the little parts and screws since the quote he gave me for labor to fix the whole thing was so reasonable.
