I was trying to return an All-Fi-Hub modem/router combo that I ordered through this AT&T store. I decided to cancel due to the AT&T signal strength at my house. I told the AT&T store that I changed my mine. It was at the store waiting for me to pick up (I never hooked it up). The AT&T store couldn't return it for me, so I was instructed to take it to the local UPS store. This was on July 1st, 2025. Since then, I have received four e-mails (that I can't reply to), stating that AT&T never received it and I will be charged $200 + sales tax next month. The UPS store said it left their store on or about July 7th. I have a UPS issued "AT&T Equipment Return Receipt" with date, UPS store info, return ref number and equipment serial number and model. But no tracking info. I was told this was all I needed by the UPS store. In the meantime, I can't get this $200 charged reversed. I've call four times to three different AT&T customer service numbers. They all say they can't locate the All-Fi-Hub, but not to worry, as I will be reimbursed if I get charged. Well, if no one knows where it is, how am I going to be reimbursed? It's been 2-1/2 months. I think it's' either lost or stolen from the shipment. At this point, I'm disappointed by the lack of information from AT&T. I've been with AT&T for over 25 years. I hope I don't have to leave. Sincerely, Brian S.

I don't trust these people at all. I came in to transfer my phone from a joint account I had with a…read moreformer business associate on another carrier to a joint account with my girlfriend, a long-established customer with AT&T. The problem is that this store won't do the transfer without the personal social security number of my former business associate. There is no reason for this whatsoever except their mining people's identity info for whatever purpose. I've spoken with AT&T corporate and they don't require that information. The former carrier does not require that information to transfer the account. The only ones that say they require the information are the people in the store, and they cannot give me a good reason why that information is required. They just say they do require it. When I protested that this information was not necessary, they were short with me and dismissive. I don't post many reviews unless service is truly exceptional or if I feel a business is truly questionable. I put these people in the questionable category. I simply do not trust them and they do not give me a feeling that they are legitimate. I suggest you find another place.
