A hidden gem! We went on a weekday night and it still got packed! There is no food but you can bring food from outside. The bartenders know how to make a drink. So many drinks to choose from on the menu but can also ask for whatever you want. The ambiance is like a typical bar. Overall, great experience.

Bartenders are amazing! Drinks are made quickly. Ambiance reminds me of the show Cheers. The servers and owner remember your names. Received a percentage off since we were there after 11pm. That was a pleasant surprise!

Service was amazing! It was everything I expected for a BAR. No food just the plain focus on serving quality drinks. Highly recommend!

If you want to try one or three of 400+ whiskeys, this is the place! We popped in while taking some business people around town and had a great time. I let the waitress decide which rye I would try and I wasn't disappointed. I'm definitely not an expert in rye or whiskey but it was darn tasty! We spent the evening arguing if an old fashioned should have one huge round or square ice cube. What is your preference? Life is good with tasty beverages.

This is a Black tie Manhattan and it's an extraordinary whiskey cocktail made by a fabulous bartender named Sara. Mad props!

I'm a bar neophyte, but I have to say Repeal 18 makes me wish I was an alcoholic (In jest..) The rather unassuming entrance hides a dimly lit bar with photos of patrons arranged on the wall suggesting their prohibition era misdeeds. It is a relatively smaller place with some pool tables/darts on the sides and the bar right in the center. Even the menu is a very "period" piece affair which is cool. They claim to have over 375 brands of whiskey. Wowzers. I ordered 2 drinks- The Nutty Professor Old Fashioned and the Mexican Margarita. The NPOF was a nice whiskey drink that had some sweetness that was atypical. The Mexican Margarita was very unique. Imagine Cucumber strained into a glass with Tequila and Indian chilii powder. Not for the faint of heart, but very cool and different. Happy Hour is from 5pm - 8 pm everyday which is unusual. IIRC, most happy hours are from 4-6pm or 5-7 pm so thats nice. Most drinks are in the 10-11 range. There were 2 bartenders and they brought the drinks quickly and settled the tab just as fast. My only nitpick is they don't serve any type of food. So make plans before or after. Its a nice intimate date spot with great unique, strong well made drinks that I'd definitely return to in the future.

They had a happy hour deal on house margaritas, so I ordered one of those and my husband had a beer. We ordered the queso blanco as an appetizer and we both really enjoyed it. My husband ordered the gaucho bowl, he loved it and said it was delicious and he would definitely order it again. I got the birria empanadas - the consumme was really good, the empanadas were good but not my favorite birria I've had, they just felt very heavy, even while eating them. The flavor was good though. Our daughter enjoyed the chicken tenders and our toddler liked the kids chicken and rice bowl - there's a good variety of options on the menu which is nice. Our service was great - our server was attentive and on top of everything despite being the only one on the floor at the time. We'll be back, we enjoyed our lunch and this is a cute little spot to grab some food.

The space has been beautifully updated and now feels contemporary, romantic, and much more like an upscale dining destination. The new bar is especially inviting, and I can easily see my husband and me stopping in just for drinks and happy hour. Speaking of happy hour--it was one of the highlights of our visit. The appetizer and drink selection is excellent, and even the house Chardonnay (which I almost never order) was surprisingly delicious. Our favorite dishes were the pizza, which was exceptional, the burrata salad, and the artichoke appetizer. All three were standouts and are absolutely worth ordering again. We split the Bolognese. While it was enjoyable, it tasted more like a classic spaghetti and meat sauce than the rich, slow-cooked ragù I typically expect from a traditional Bolognese. It wasn't bad by any means--I simply think this is one recipe that could be elevated to match the quality of everything else we had. I also want to give a special thank-you to our server, Michael. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helped make our evening enjoyable. Great service always makes a difference, and he did an excellent job. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. If you've been hesitant because of the overall rating, I'd encourage you to give Martin's a try. He was really knowledgeable about the menu, helpful with recommendations, and attentive without being overbearing. We started with the Brussels sprouts and saganaki, and both were so good. The overall vibe of the restaurant is comfy but elevated. The staff were extremely nice and were very attentive. The cocktail menu has the classics but then also their signature drinks. They all looked delicious and were difficult to choose from. My husband and I loved our drinks and could easily sit at the bar all day talking with the bartenders and bonding over their drinks The food was extremely well prepared. We loved that their menu wasn't full of fluff that fine dining places can tend to have but rather it was all the classic staples that you know but expertly executed. The cauliflower appetizer had a nice thin crispy layer with soft cauliflower and paired extremely well with the garlic jalapeño aioli that was just mildly spicy. This was by far the best cauliflower dish we've ever had. The Burrata was paired with fresh strawberries, arugula and balsamic vinaigrette which made a fresh and delicious combo. The star of the night was the chicken piccata. The portion size was big enough to share for two. The chicken was juicy and soaked up all the sauce and paired well with the vegetables it was served with. The sauce was slightly tart but balanced by the capers and cream. The potatoes were perfectly salted with a very crispy skin (almost like French fries) and then a soft center. I'm not sure how they made it but it left us craving more This will certainly be a place we will return to

It made us feel truly welcomed and also appreciated. They were genuinely nice and made us feel at home though it was a restaurant. If you want a delicious and very elevated cocktail this is the place to go. My husband got a Paloma and I got a lavender gin drink. Both were very well made and beautifully presented As far as the food goes, we got the feta honey cheese pie which was very new to us but was excellent. It was very crispy and flaky on the outside with sweet sticky honey drizzled on top but then warm, melt in your mouth cheese in the middle. The greek salad was very fresh and delicious. We love the potato salad core. We also got the Greek sampler that had a lovely and light feta cheese spread with hummus and tzatziki with peppers and red onions. Very tasty and delicious. It came with a side of pita bread. The main entree we got the Chicken Ala Mykonos Dinner. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned. The sauce on the orzo was creamy but light. Everything worked well together and was perfectly balanced. We were so stuffed we brought home three boxes of food. When we were leaving Nick offered us two biscoff desserts to go. They looked so delicious we had to try a sample of it when we got home even though we were completely stuffed. The dessert tasted like a light version of a biscoff cookie. I'll start by saying the two people with me had Greek dishes, Chicken Naousa and Chicken Souvlaki, and both had positive things to say. If we return someday I will go Greek, as I found my burger a little dry and kind of a challenge. My choice was their Dallas BBQ Cheeseburger with bacon, which I asked to be cooked medium. My plate was full with the burger itself, fries, and separately the usual burger toppings. With the onion rings and the bacon strips, I decided to not try to assemble with the toppings but just include those as I ate. The slowness of the meal was noticeable, I started with a side Caesar Salad, which took about 20 minutes to arrive.
