Republic Elite Integration did a great job providing technical assistance in our new home. They showed up on time and walked us through activation of our Luxel access point, Alula security system, Remote lock and video doorbell. The smart home integration was properly installed and is working perfectly! Vadim did a great job cleaning up cables and getting our gsm activated and tested for monitoring. I also had Ring cameras installed, great experience as he walked me through setup and configuration. Getting the appointment scheduling was a little tricky, and was difficult connection with phone staff so they couldn't seem to understand me when I gave them my email (the only reason for 4 instead of 5). Vadim was a professional and so polite. He recognized a difference in our wiring right away and came up with a solution, no problem. (And he was already prepared with mask and shoe covers without me asking... always a relief for me, so thank you!) He made sure I understood everything about my system before he left... The best installers and customer service ever!! I would give 10 stars if i could. Xavier has been the nicest person to work with. He made sure his tech Chris did what exactly what we needed. Xavier's communication with us up to and after installation was A1! The tech/installer Chris was excellent also. Kind and thorough. He stayed until the job was done right even when it got late. He made sure we understood how to access our cameras, thermostat and alarm all via one app. He worked on our Wi-Fi until it was completely working (which took longer than expected due to a defective part that had nothing to do with them). I wouldn't even look to another company for your alarm, camera, surround sound, wi-fi needs. These guys are the best. read more

We forgot we got free security at our new house and schedule an appointment with them. They are usually booked within a month ahead, but we do not mind. We got David, he came to our house to setup our basic security system and it was very easy and did over and beyond what he did. He setup the sensors and then made our door unlock with our smartphone. He also setup the thermostat on our phone which was nice and made sure everything was working before he left. Very professional and nice and quick and did not sell us any additional products. Would highly recommend. It took less than an hour. read more

This company is trash. Faulty alarm panel goes off at 3AM and there's no one to ask to help clear it. Dispatcher has an attitude problem and no one to call to help clear it from there. Stuck with it going off for hours. Complete trash company. Not even worth one star. read more

I am not happy with this company's quality control, incorrect components and the fact that it's taken arguing with them to get something done that will work. Why would you plan out and have wiring put in that goes no where? You wouldn't, so obviously something was missed, but they acted like it was our fault because we didn't pay for it. This was the company contracted to do the low voltage wiring on our new house. We met them at the design appointment and told the representative that we wanted a Media closet under the stairs. We said we wanted to only have the TV in the great room and it should connect to all of our components in the Media closet. As well as the TV flush mounted on the wall above the fireplace (with no wires visible). The representative said we could do that and showed us a display at the design center demonstrating the capabilities. He drew the diagram and translated it to the representative at the design center. We signed the drawing after he reviewed it with us and repeated what we told him we wanted was in the diagram. We are not experienced at setting up an entertainment center, which was part of the reason why we agreed to have someone that was experienced do the job. When we did the walk through with the contractor, as far as we knew, the necessary wires were where we wanted them above the fireplace and in the closet, and it was installed the way the representative at the design center said it would be. We realized after the walk through that the plugs weren't recessed in the wall which wouldn't allow for a flush mounted TV. We moved into the house and directed the cable company to connect the cable in the closet under the stairs, thinking it'll connect to the TV in the great room. The cable guy was the one to inform us that there is no inlet under the stairs that will connect to the outlet in the great room. We had been in contact already with Republic to go through them for surround sound and alarm. Luckily they had a promotion for surround sound and surveillance so we decided to take advantage. I told the salesman about the recessed panel and was told we didn't order it during the design appointment, to which I replied that we clearly explained to the representative what we wanted, even describing that the TV would be flush mounted. After discussing further the salesman finally asked who the representative was as some of things I was describing to him weren't matching up. He also said we couldn't accomplish what we wanted with the way the house was wired. Once he had the name of the representative, he looked up our diagram and discovered that it said we were supposed to have a future pipe installed, which would allow us to have the recessed panel above the fireplace and route all wires to the closet. At this point he said again that there was no way to accomplish this since the house was already complete and the sheet rock was installed. He did say he was going to figure out what to do to make it work. He even said he would talk to an installer and have him look at the house. The installer never came. I called the salesman back and he said he talked to a couple other employees who looked at the diagram and they said there was no future pipe included in the diagram. At this point he said we didn't pay for that either because it wasn't in the diagram. Therefore we were going to have to pay for a wireless transmitter so the receiver in the closet would connect to the TV in the great room. We also saw on the diagram and noticed that one of our cameras is in the wrong place. Because they said they would fix it, even if not how we wanted, we had the installers out to install the surround sound if they agreed to include the necessary components for free to make the system work. They brought out the equipment for the surround sound as well as the module that would allow us to use the remote in the great room to connect to the receiver in the closet, but it wasn't compatible with the receiver that we purchased and would have to order the correct one. They also brought out a module to hook up the alarm for monitoring, which wouldn't work properly so I had to make another appointment a week later to have them bring out another alarm module. Everything is now installed with the exception of the transmitter that they promised. I was adjusting the subwoofer today and the wire coming out of the wall to the speaker was disconnected from the male connection that was plugged into the back of the speaker. Upon further examination the wire was loosely connected to the male connector and the sleeve wasn't crimped to ensure the wire was connected. read more
