Today was my first time going to Rescue Spa and I wish I started going sooner! I went for the "fix it all" facial with Renata and it was phenomenal. I think I almost fell asleep at one point it was so relaxing! We started with lathering up my face before the extractions. The extractions were not painful at all and Renata was very thorough. It was my first time getting any type of microdermabrasion and microcurrent therapy. I felt so relaxed the entire time and highly recommend booking an appointment with Renata! I will be sure to book another appointment soon!

Probably the best facial I've gotten in the city. I got the basic Rescue Facial ($200 + $9 service fee + tip). Yes, it is pricey but quality goods and quality service. Thank you Natalia for being so good to me and making my skin glow!

Best facial in NYC I came to Rescue Spa specifically because they use Biologique Recherche products, and I am so glad I came. Sam was my esthetician and she was so kind and knowledgeable. She took a few minutes to assess my skin, then proceeded with the best facial treatment and massage I have ever experienced. The extractions were not too painful and I added microdermabrasion to clean up my skin even more. I literally walked out GLOWWWWING. My pores and hyperpigmentation were significantly less after the facial. I did splurge and purchase the Lait U cleanser, lotion P50 1970, masque vivant, serum amniotique, and creme placenta. I trust and believe in BR products, and I hope to have beautiful skin like Danuta Mieloch.

I've been looking forward to visit Rescue SPa. I buy often from their website & im sure they already know it. Yesterday was my facial and as soon as I stepped in, I felt relaxed. Tatyanna was accommodating and her hands, WOW truly divine. Her strokes on the skin are coordinated and super relaxing. I booked another facial for her next week. Ah ask for Le Lift Parisienne SUPERB!!!

I loved this spa! Not only is the entire place beautiful, but I had one of the best massages. I would definitely return and I highly recommend it. My only complaint was that I could hear people talking, as the waiting area for services was right near my treatment room.

First visit since COVID, still a wonderful experience. As a luxury-loving introvert, this place is my dream. Expert aestheticians, expert hair stylists, the best product, high ceilings, clean space, quiet atmosphere -- no small talk required. No one cares if you just want to close your eyes while you get your hair cut (and maybe fall asleep, sorry Doris ). Just got home from a Biolift Facial with Lisa, followed by a hair cut with Doris and I wish I could have just stayed all day. Those women are experts and I'm now going to become a regular to both of them.

From the moment I walked in, I was in heaven. It was my first time coming to Rescue Spa and to be honest I was really worried before my appointment. If you read their reviews, many people mention that they force you to buy products and they didn't force me to buy ONE. Actually, they didn't even push to me to buy a simple thing. I did their classic facial with Natalie (Natalia?), and she was so sweet. Her and I really connected in the beginning because she was able to relate to my skin issues and gave me really good tips. She then showed me a before photo and what products (from Rescue Spa) she uses and has seen a difference. In the beginning of the facial, she lets you know the products she will be using and what ingredients that are in there. The esthetician meets you at the lobby at exactly your appointment, and walks you to the room. The room is super clean, spacious with relaxing music. Their beds are heated btw! If you read their reviews carefully, you will notice that many of the people who leave reviews have no 'activity.' They have no reviews posted or yet any friends. Seems a bit weird to me. And all their other reviews are not so good. They are a bit on the pricer side, but I really had a great first experience. I left feeling very relaxed.

She set me up with some calming tea and brought me to a private changing area with a locker for my belongings. Everyone in the vicinity checked in to make sure I was doing ok. I was worried that because I had arrived late, I would eat up some of my massage time. No siree! They moved my massage to start when I was ready to begin. I booked the 90 minute Nuansa classic massage. You know how some places start the clock before you've sat down and finish the massage early (aka you pay for an hour and it's only about 45 minutes)? Well! That's not the case here! I got all 90 minutes of my massage. The massage itself: not to be believed. Lukkana started by saying "time to relax". And boy did I. Let me tell you one thing about me - I have the most ticklish legs of anyone I've ever met. Usually, when I have my legs massaged, I kick a hole in the wall and the masseuse files for a lawsuit (this is an exaggeration). Well! Somehow, Lukkana was able to work the muscles in my leg without triggering my dainty ticklish reflexes. I was astonished! Then, you know how sometimes you ask for a firm touch and you get jelly hands? Or the other way around and you're walking out with bruises? WELL - Lukkana made me feel immensely relaxed WHILE ALSO really working the tissue. What a novelty. She finished up with a scalp massage, which is truly the way to my heart. 11 out of 10. Would recommend. Thank you so much for making my day.

Fifteen minutes into our 90-minute couples deep tissue massage, I saw my husband's therapist, Lydia, typing on a lit smartphone while leaning over him. When she realized I saw her, she hid the phone under the sheets. There is no version of this that is acceptable. Texting during a paid massage is blatant misconduct. It didn't stop there. My husband repeatedly asked her to focus on his neck and shoulders and avoid his feet. His requests were ignored. The technique was lazy and mechanical - repetitive forearm circling with little to no pressure, despite requesting deep tissue. He left feeling like he didn't receive a massage at all. When we raised the issue, the owner acknowledged the behavior was "unacceptable" yet offered only a 25% discount - as if actively texting during a massage, ignoring repeated client requests, and delivering a substandard service were minor inconveniences. This wasn't just a bad massage. It was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We will not be returning.

We called the spa on the way there, and they told us that we will be responsible for paying a no show fee of over $500. (A price double the amount of our selected treatments). The people manning the front desk were unapologetic about our emergency situation. Not only did we have to deal with the FDNY, a traffic situation which our car presented, angry commuters, and a hefty tow price, we were charged for a service that was not provided due to an emergency situation. The manager on duty, was much more professional than the initial associate who responded. While, we understand we were no shows, we were dealing with an unforseen situation. I am so disappointed at Oasis-we used to take our Mother there for many years.
