Hey my yelp friends! So I believe two weeks ago I went here for a pedicure and Shellac manicure. I haven't been to this place in 3months but I went again for a pedicure & manicure which was fine. Fast forward....the place is decent, and the prices are pricy but it's understandable for the location. The workers are very kind the only problem I had was my manicure sucked. I had my polish on for 3 days by the 3rd day the polished turned a weird color and looked faded and bleached and wanted to come off. It was a inconvenience because of my busy work week, and I had to drive almost 35min just to get them re-done. They filed down the old polish and just repainted over. I thought they would have re-done everything, but if it's for free I guess it's not worth putting in that much effort. I wasn't that happy with the finish look the coat was thick, and I honestly didn't want the same color. I just didn't make a fuss because I had no time to. I don't believe I'll be going back. They are nice but for the money spent it should be done right the first time. read more

I've been a customer for couple years and almost always were satisfied- staff members are nice, they'll always accommodate you without appointment and the place is super clean. Over the last year they got sloppier with the quality of their job. My guess from what I've seen, is they take as many customers as there are and then run around trying to satisfy everybody. I've had shilacs that peeled away after a week on several ocassions ( when they easy last 3 if done properly), my eyebrows were over tinted and its really frustrating being a dark blond with highlights to walk around with black eyebrows. Today I was hesitating to give them a last chance or find another place and I wish now I'd gone with second choice. $98 for pedi, shilac mani that had to be done and redone and still is a mess, and once again black eyebrows. I know, my fault.. It used to be great spot, not anymore. read more

Been going for 3 years and dread having to go anywhere else! Since I work in the area, I go during my hour lunch break...which they can do a pedicure and solar refill at the same time under an hour, without sacrificing quality. Nina, the owner, takes great care of all her regulars (which most of the customers obviously are). Very clean and comfortable. I get my eyebrows waxed here as well. Loyal to appointment times, but I rarely make them and even though they're always busy, I rarely wait. I'm not picky on who does my nails because they're all good. Same faces for years. Highly recommend. Oh and they have a bagillion colors for shellac and polish. read more

I took my daughter here to get her nails done for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. The owner of the shop was incredibly nice and the shop was kept well maintained and clean. The service was quick and the people were friendly. If you're trying to do a quick walk in this is the place to go! read more

I've been coming here for the past two years and this is the ONLY salon I go to! It's very clean and they have friendly staff that actually knows what they are doing. I usually get the Shellac mani and pedi and ask Tiffany to do my nails. She's probably one of the best workers there. It is a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for...it's worth it!! After my regular mani-pedi salon switched owners (and all of the employees left), I had to search for a new place near my house. Luckily, I found this one next to Pizaro's Pizza (which has recently become a bonus for my mom and I when we come together - nails and delicious pizza). So far, every mani-pedi has been great, but I wish they wouldn't do the manicure and pedicure at the same time. Your hands are pretty occupied when they're working on your nails, so you don't get to relax and enjoy a good book or read a magazine while your feet are submerged in hot water. I haven't been anywhere else for my nails in over 2 years, and I don't regret it. read more

Amazing nail salon! New to the area and must have tried 15 different places before I stumbled across this gem. Nails were perfect and the pedicure was amazing...never had fresh citrus incorporated in my pedicure...but loved it! The paraffin wax had my feet so smooth too. I have been a loyal customer at this salon for 5 years. I have certain technicians I prefer. Yesterday I had an appointment with my regular technicians for 12. Get a phone call about an hour before my appt asking if I can come at 12:30. Sure. No problem. I arrive 5 minutes beforehand. Pick my color and start soaking my feet. Typically I get both done at the same time. The person who I had my nail appt with never acknowledged me and took a young girl as her next customer. I asked why she wasn't doing my nails. Was told she's very busy.i mentioned I made an appt. Mind you I made the appt 4 days in advance and no one was on the books at that time. The place opens at 11 on Sunday. I agree to extend my pedicure service to wait for Kelly to finish. Well, another lady comes in and Kelly takes her next! I am leaving for vacation Tuesday early in the morning, and Kelly is not in on Monday. This is why I booked for Sunday. I did tell her I had an appointment with her at 12:30. Did she not know? I will NEVER make another nail appointment here ever again. Here I am, a loyal customer, I tip very well and was totally dismissed. This has happened in the past not to this extent and I was forgiving. Not this time. They seem to be having a lot of turnover with technicians and that tells me something. Moral of the story... don't bother making an appointment to come here. You can be on time and rather than pay attention to the schedule they take the next walk in and you sit and wait. The least that could have been done was comp. the pedicure. Not even an offer for a free manicure. That may have kept me returning. No more.. read more

I came here for the first time and it was definitely my last. The lady who did my nails was so concerned about everything else going on around her. I'd watch the other techs and see how focused they were on their clients and she was the opposite. The water was cold for my pedicure and she continued to spray cold water even after I told her it was cold. After using the tools on my feet, cleaned the tools while my feet was still in the water. Most places either take your feet out and rinse them in the tub or take it to the back. This lady on the other hand did the complete opposite.l told her what shape to keep my nails and she did her own thing. I was very uncomfortable and she just made it worse even after I kept expressing that. Overall my experience was terrible and I won't be back. And to make matters even worse, she failed to inform me of an additional charge for my service. Go at your own risk and beware. I wish I had gotten her name but I didn't. read more

I visited Resort Nails & Spa for the first time last week and had a very satisfactory pedicure. I had planned to get a manicure as well, but the lady who started the procedure clipped my nails much too closely and then was filing them so badly that I stopped her and asked that she straighten and smooth them some. She obviously didn't understand and tried to continue my other hand. I finally had to stop her and not let her finish. If you go there, I hope you don't experience this lady because I have never ever had such a bad experience. read more

#1 Resort Nails & Spa---I would never step foot in this place EVER again!!! My first time going and while I'm getting my manicure/pedicure the owner was yelling at his employee (this went on for 10 minutes). I wanted to walk out right then and should have! I was very scared because I didn't know what was happening and what he was capable of--he would walk in and out was pacing! The worker would leave as she was working on a client to go and talk to him outside. While I was getting my pedicure the owner tapped my person on the shoulder and wanted to talk to him in the back room. Five minutes later he comes back to finish my pedicure. While I was at the nail drying station the worker was crying in a corner after being yelled at by the owner. I had my nails done on a Saturday and by Sunday (next day) the paint was all chipped off. Went back immediately and owner would not give me a refund. While I was getting my nails done a mother brought in her daughter to have her nails re-done as it had chipped off as well from the day before. I have been going to this salon for 3 years now they are hygiene conscience and make sure my nails stay healthy since I get a refill every month on my solar nails. I even got my husband to start coming for pedicures and he loves them. The owners are nice and if I have a problem with the way they were done they don't charge me to correct them. I don't let anyone else touch my nails for this reason. Plus for any extra $30 I can get a neck and shoulder massage. read more
