I went with something a bit on the higher price point, but it wasn't so bad. $700 flat for a set of tires, labor and everything else included. I popped across the street for a quick coffee, and an hour later they called me, having completed the job. Easy in, easy out. This is probably the fourth time I've come here, and I have to say it's the one place I trust to handle my tires, without question. Highest recommendation.

I haven't done a full exterior house paint job before so I made sure to get at least one other quote. Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

Fred helped me out - he was very friendly and non-intimidating (great for a gal going to an auto shop by herself!) He explained that Tesla tires have some foam, so patching the tire for the nail he found would be $50. It was nice he took the time to explain why it was a certain cost, def appreciated. They have a really nice waiting area with seating + strong AC (it was a hot summer day in LA), I was really impressed. We communicated via text and phone but during drop off and pick up the main guy wasn't around. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name).
