However consistently with the Roseville office the technicians doing the tests are cold, impersonal, not clear/or don't offer instructions for the tests. Today the first tech made no eye contact and the entire time had her back to me typing on her computer. The second tech rushed me through a test and couldn't take the time to guide me to the next of 3 waiting areas. I waited to write this review after multiple visits knowing some folks have bad days. But this seems to be a culture in that tech team that is really not friendly, warm or caring. Have had a completely opposite experience at the Sacramento office and will be going there from now on.

Considering that I could barely see as I drove away from my 1st appt. Now here I am for my follow-up appt. & they inform me when they're taking me back to their 2nd waiting area. If I knew what to expect I would've made better arrangements in either scheduling not during the brightest time of the day and/or getting a driver. Now I need to slowly drive myself to work in bright glaring sun! Additionally, I asked when is the best time to see the Dr. w/o the longest wait. So I sched. at 7:45am; so tell me why do I see the Dr. just now coming to see his patients at 8:14am?! He finally arrived for my appt. at 8:30am (45 min later) & it took 2 minutes. Ridiculous!! Our time is just as precious as yours! Then upon checking out there were 4 people at the front desk. The person who checks I wanted to pay my balance w/ my HSA. The girl that was checking me out didn't know what my balance was; guess billing is done at another location. So another personal the front desk calls & finally talks to the billing dept. to get my balance & then asks me "Do you want to put a $150 deposit down?" What?! So I inquire what hat was &

Turns out they had it all along but didn't accept it because it was from primary and not the specialist.. 2 month delay there then a 2.5 month wait for an appt. they canceled a week before because they are "no longer doing the procedure" my son needs. (Even though they are still advertising it) My son needed surgery for a degenerative eye disease so this delay was harmful and then after the fact I was told I was canceled due to insurance costs when I would have paid cash if I was given the opportunity!!!
