I suggested Reunion to friends visiting from out of town. Service was good and the food was fine but nothing memorable. Overall it's pretty expensive for what you get. It will be interesting to see if they survive as DT Brea churns through restaurants unless they stand out. read more

I've been here so many times and I love it! The staff is so cool and the food is amazing! Funny story: The last time I ate brussel sprouts was probably in 1955!! I have not had any since then. So when I went to Reunion Kitchen with one of my friends, she ordered brussel sprouts. I was shocked! So when they came to the table, she dared me to eat one and of course I had to! Came for my birthday the minute they opened! Love, love, love this place! The customer service (from the bartenders to the Manager) to the food (asian crispy ribs, halibut burger with the warm potato salad) and bottomless mimosas were spot on!! Reunion Kitchens new location is incredible. Hands down one of the best values you can find when combining Quality of Food, service and portions. The dishes are very good!! I personally love the Deviled Eggs and Nashville Chicken. The cocktails are incredible as well!! They just go a little further on service than the average restaurant. They care about your actual dining experience. The ambiance is what really makes you feel like your somewhere special as the finishes are not low end. There are chains on the ceiling, the countertops and bar area is absolutely incredible. The actuall tables and custom seats are very comfortable. It's a great location to meet your friends and family for a bite to eat while watching a show next door the the Improv as well!! read more

This property does not usually take parties of 20 because it strains the kitchen. The manager made an exception for us, and they knocked it out of the park. The food and service were on point. We had 20 people and celebrated three birthdays at rush hour (Friday night at 6:30 p.m.). We live much closer to the Anaheim Hills location but drive to the Brea Reunion because we get better service and prefer the atmosphere. A+, I highly recommend this place on all fronts. read more

Reunion has been one of my favorites for many years. Food has always been consistent and service is good. My husband and I have often eaten there multiple times a week and rarely skip Sunday brunch. However my favorite dish, the steak chili omelette has become inedible for me. Over the last 6 months or so it has gotten progressively more spicy. I know that spice is subjective but this was my absolute favorite and I can no longer handle the spice level. I have asked if they changed the recipe and they say they have not. Other dishes such as huevos rancheros have also gotten spicier but not as extreme. I am sad to say I am now looking for a new brunch spot. read more

got the thai chicken salad. the chicken was marinated with mexican spices so pretty sure they included the wrong type of meat in here. there were also no noodles. 2nd time ordering takeout and no utensils again which made me pay for it at work. portobello mushroom lettuce wraps were really salty. their warm potato salad is really good. i've had other dishes at the anaheim location and they were all good in the past. i'm assuming it would be the same here but only ordered different items here so i can't compare. read more

We went for happy hour, the menu is not as good as the Yard House. We wanted to compare the food so we ordered what we normally order at YH. The Brussels sprouts were overcooked so the texture was like cardboard. We also ordered calamari and they were thick and chewy. My grandson loved the deviled eggs and granddaughter enjoyed the chicken wings. Our server was a little slow so when my son showed up, he had to order from the regular menu because happy hour was over. Our server at YH would come by before happy hour is over to make sure we have what we wanted for discounted price. Place is a little quieter than YH which was nice and the house beers were pretty good. Place is nice though. read more

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Wanted a place where grandparents could enjoy their granddaughter. Didn't want an " old folks" place, but also wanted a space for good conversing. I have eaten here several times, and the food has been pretty good, but came in for breakfast recently and the blueberry pancakes were very dry and overcooked, and with very few blueberries. Love the Anaheim Hills location so was excited to have a closer location in Brea . Food was delicious as always , however , I'm not sure if something has changed with this location , but portions seemed smaller yet prices same on high side . I always thought Reunion was a bit pricey , but portions large so usually take portion home . The prime rib dip sandwich is my go to ....$25 and it was so small and barely any meat . ( that's not how served in Anaheim ) For lunch , 2 entrees and 2 appetizer was over $100 . It minimizes how often you can afford to go for lunch . Service was great . read more

We made a reservation a month in advance for a party of 8 at 5:00. We arrived at 4:45 today and the restaurant was not busy. They gave us a table that was for 6 people. We asked if we could get another table but we would need to split in separate tables and the larger tables were for reservations. We purposely made reservations for an early time to be able to have a great experience. There was a larger table that would seat 12 that was empty. The restaurant ended up separating that large table into two tables that seated 8 people each. That option was not given to us. We were so crowded and not happy and it was hard to visit. The food was good as well as the service but I will never go back. There are a lot of restaurants that will be happy to have our business. read more
