4 star atmosphere - perfectly shaded outside, but cannot see the TVs. 5 star food - the French toast on the brunch menu is AMAZING. I enjoy the wing lollipops and the Asian garlic sauce is very tasty. They are dog friendly on the patio and offer water bowls. We also enjoyed the DJ that plays on Sunday's. We probably would have stayed much longer if we could have seen the tv better. $14 mimosa carafes are a steal! read more

The manager did reach out to clear up any confusion. The charge shows the correct amount on my card (I checked it again two days later), but the whole experience was just weird. I appreciate her reaching out, though. I wasn't too impressed with the lollipops like I previously stated - they tasted old. I'm not sure if it's because they were close to closing, but the Asian sauce on them looked good. I was disappointed :/ The fries were yummy. I was only in town for two days and I had high hopes for this place. It had a chill vibe on the inside. read more

Came in on a Sunday afternoon for brunch. There was a life DJ playing good music, football on all the TVs and great vibe. You order at the bar, get a table number and sit down - they bring the food to you! To start we had jalapeño cheddar biscuits, served with jam and butter. They were amazing with and without it. We got chicken and waffles, which were perfect. The waffles were a good combination of fluffy and crispy. I'd for sure come back! read more

A friend and I came here for dinner earlier last week after striking out at Weather Up (we were starving and needed something heavier than what was on the menu). We'd both had it bookmarked so we decided to check it out. When we walked up we realized that we'd actually been to Revelry once before, on a night out on east 6th. The patio is great and would have been fun on a cooler night but we decided to sit inside due to the heat and my friends talent for attracting mosquitoes. It was pretty empty, there was only one other table occupied, granted it was a Monday night. Buuut, they offer happy hour all day on Mondays so score! Happy hour included deals on drinks and select appetizers (no idea which these were though). We got an order of the chili fries to split and added a fried egg. We would have loved to add bacon and/or avocado too but it was $2 per add on so nah. We also each got frose and the ribeye tacos. The frose was pretty tasty and the tacos were good too, but the fries were my favorite by far! Our tacos came out pretty quickly after the fries and I wish I would have had more time to focus on those fries. Overall, decent food and service, but nothing special. I like that they have daily specials and happy hours though, and I will definitely remember the all day happy hour on Monday! read more

Love coming here for Happy hour! It lasts until 7, (great for getting off work late/traffic) they have $2 off cocktails (sometimes they even have promotional vendors buying drinks for people) and their food is good, especially for bar food! I love their Brussels sprouts with maple bacon...so good and on their hh menu. Their sliders are only available on HH and they're also pretty good. Really easy to eat 4...they also have taco Tuesday deals and their steak tacos are one of my other favorite things on the menu. The James in the giant peach tastes like juice but packs a punch. Only think I'd probably not recommend is the grilled cheese because my friend didn't seem to like it, but you can always decide for yourself! I have been here on a couple occasions and loved it both times! Food is great! I have had their burgers (Thursday night they are but one get one half off) and it's delicious! I have also had their fish tacos and amazing! The don't have that fishy taste and it's a perfect portion....not too small not too big. I'm a vodka person so I keep it safe w/Ruby Red Vodka and Tonic. It was perfect they way I would make it. I haven't had any other drink. The atmosphere is very relaxing and laid back. No need to dress to impress just keep Austin weird :) read more

I'm giving 3 stars because the food was very good. Me and 2 friends went to Revelry for Sunday brunch on September 27th. We sat in the outside seating area which was just ok, nothing special. I dislike the fact that you have to go to the bar to order, table service should really be offered. Maybe that would stop your bartenders from adding 15% tips onto peoples cards. Me and my friend split our bill which was $44.38 total. With it being split evenly we both were SUPPOSE to be charged $22.19 a piece. Instead we were charged $25.52 a piece. The bartender added $3.33 to me and my friends cards which is a 15% tip exactly. My friend tipped her in cash, I did not because I didn't like her careless attitude, and I didn't feel like she actually did anything to deserve a tip. I will be calling them when they're open again because I've scanned over the reviews and it looks like this isn't the 1st time this has happened. SO EVERYONE BEWARE THE FOOD IS GREAT BUT ONE OF THE FEMALE BARTENDERS IS SHADY AS F*UCK. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CARDS BEFORE YOU EVEN STEP FOOT OFF OF THE PROPERTY. read more

I'd give the ambiance 5 stars, the service 4 stars, and the food 2. Great ambiance. The DJ is top notch. The food we ordered requires some thinking through. My chicken & waffles came with a garlic Parmesan sauce. My husband's with buffalo. The sauce was poured over the wings and the waffles on our plates. Buffalo sauce + butter + waffles = not a great combination. Would have been exquisite if the sauce was provided on the side, or if the wings and waffles were separated on the plate. read more

I ordered the side of Fried Chicken and Gumbo to-go. The fried chicken was dry and unseasoned, not even fried, more like baked. The Gumbo was extremely slimey and the roux was soupy and unseasoned. I am really disappointed. read more

Whew this place really knows what they're doing with food!! First (and most importantly) they have mimosas by the carafe and have so many yummy flavors to choose from: grapefruit, pineapple, and orange to name a few. Their regular tots were crispy and delicious--but their garlic Parmesan tots would make even Gordon Ramsey proud. Pro-tip: dip the garlic Parmesan tots in ranch! For my entree I got the pulled pork skillet (pictured) and pretty much licked the skillet clean. It was the perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavors: sweet potatoes, pico, chives, and pulled pork topped with a sunny side up egg. I had to control myself from moaning with every bite. Highly recommend!!! read more

Didn't get a chance to eat here, just had a drink. BUT, the staff was so friendly and great- service was awesome :) We loved the ambiance- cool porch chillin' spot with a giant, lit up tree and plenty of seating. Our drinks were good, too! It smelled delicious, so I'll have to go back for dinner soon! read more

This was our first stop in Austin. We got there on Thursday at 10pm and it was empty. We got a seat at the bar and had really good bourbon lemonades. The food was hot, delicious and came out very fast. There's outdoor seating in front and several tables inside. It's somewhat dark inside, clean bar with attentive and friendly bartenders. They were playing contemporary hip hop. read more

Omg. So good. So spicy. Above average good food. I couldn't stop eating it. Cajun chicken wings are delicious, but they pack some heat. This bar is awesome, I highly recommend. It has a great outdoor patio along with indoor seating. They do not allow kids, and its only 21 and up which in my mind is a plus on a Saturday night. Food service is REALLY fast and very delicious. We ordered a pretzel, and loved it so much that we ordered a second one along with a spicy bean dip. The pretzel comes with pimento cheese that is to die for, and spicy mustard. The bean dip seemed a little expensive for a small amount of dip, but it came with a lot of chips and veggies which was nice. We didn't order meals, but I wanted to stay and get an entree. They have a good amount of vegetarian options which is a plus for me! Drinks were delicious, they were well mixed and balanced unlike a lot of bars in Austin. The bartenders were friendly and the drink service was fast as well. There are also a bunch of lawn games here, I saw giant jenga and I think I saw cornhole outside as well. Probably one of my favorite places in Austin so far. I had an impromptu birthday party here, as well as drinks on several occasions. Far enough away from the madness that is 6th Street, revelry has great ambiance, a relaxed vibe and is mostly outdoors. The food I've had there has been consistently good, but I haven't eaten everything they offer. However, their Sunday brunch cannot be missed. I've piled my dog in the car and gone over. Moving north makes this one of the things I will miss about being south, it was less than 10 minutes from my house. read more

Absolutely loved this place - staff and manager Kyle were extremely friendly, welcoming, and the service was quick and attentive. We went for the World Cup finals, and the restaurant opened to a large crowd waiting to be seated - they were able to attend to everyone with ease and delivered great service even w/ 30+ guests waiting. We ordered pull pork hash skillet, breakfast tacos, RK burger and mimosas. Very well priced and DARN GOOD! So excited to come back!! read more

Our 1st stop in Austin. We came on a Friday night and found the closest spot that had some uniqueness in its menu. Revelry was it. The vibe is laidback. They have a front porch/patio area and a covered inside bar area. You order everything at the bar (even your food) and then take a number and find a seat. The food runners bring it out to you. The food was good. We got the brussel sprouts and this amazing Korean BBQ grilled cheese! Yummmm! The only thing I didn't like was that once you were seated, if you wanted to get another drink, you had to get back up, go stand in line at the bar, and place another order to be added to your tab. Other than that, I really enjoyed hanging here! read more

As a fellow Pescatarian, this burger was amazing. The Beyond Meat Burger already tastes amazing alone; however, adding the fried egg on top made it scrumptious they had other toppings, but for a simple chick, this was quite enough. Just writing this review is making me want another. read more

I liked the vibes here. Nice outdoor seating, when we went, there was a live band, which I loved. I didn't like the way you ordered, you had to wait in line, there was no option to order from a waiter or order on your phone. My friend waited in line for us for 30 minutes and the line didn't even look THAT long. For drinks, we recommend the strawberry daiquiri. The queso wasn't my favorite, but my friend's ruben sandwich with an added egg was pretty good. Overall average food but loved the vibes and the live music. read more

Came in for brunch on a Sunday, early afternoon. Was able to secure a table for my 7 friends and I. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The DJ who was playing top 40/hiphop was great. This is a counter service restaurant, place your order at the counter. The waitstaff were very nice. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage patties and mimosas- it was delicious! The biscuits were nice and fluffy, food was hot, and the sausages had a goid flavor to them. My friend had a problem with his waffle, it was burnt at the bottom. They replaced it with no questions asked. I will go back again. read more

My boyfriend and I came here for Sunday brunch and really enjoyed the service, atmosphere and drink specials. It was a great place to hang out on a nice Sunday afternoon. However, the food prices are ridiculous for the small portions that we received and I probably won't be back to eat again. My boyfriend got the buffalo wings and waffle plate, and I got the breakfast sandwich. We were both really disappointed with how the portions turned out. Don't get me wrong the food was good BUT we were both hungry afterwards. We will probably come back and just get the $10 carafe of mimosas and eat prior or get an appetizer to share. If you want to have a Sunday funday and just share a few drinks and have fun then this is a great place to go! read more

Yes we offer several of our house cocktails with the large cubes. All of our Old Fashioneds as well and any rocks pour of premium liquor.

There are 2 very large TV screens across from each other and a smaller TV or 2 in other areas of the bar. We watched the Winter Olympics here.

What an absolutely glorious way of combining different mediums (liquid art vs physical art). The craft cocktails & mocktails are the epitome of works of art. I've had great cocktails and mocktails elsewhere but honestly I'd be hard pressed to find anything on this level. You're taken into an entirely different realm just watching the genius of mixologists. It's mesmerizing watching them hone their craft. In the back of the lounge is an enclave of eclectic art and other pieces that then leads you to Konbini, the sushi bar. It's an industrial, warehouse vibe with a long counter that screams hip, Tokyo inspired, late-night eatery. Service is impeccable and welcoming at this cosmopolitan venue. I let a server know, and he came back and said he would comp $20 off of our meal, which I was happy about. I honestly only wanted them to refund me my $10 for the photobooth strip. However, they came back a few minutes later and gave us a photo card and told us to use it to pay for the photobooth and it could be used an unlimited amount of times. I was also happy with this solution, but what happened afterwards left a bad taste in my friends' and my mouth. We hadn't gotten menus or been asked what we wanted to order yet. We were just waiting around for drink menus and food menus, so we didn't want to get up and go take photos when they might come back to take our orders. The manager (?) came back to me a few minutes later and asked if we had taken photos yet, and I let him know that we were waiting to be given menus. He said someone else would give us menus, and another server gave us only a drink menu. A few minutes later, we are still waiting for food menus. The same manager came back and asked us to not lose the photo card. At this point, we were frustrated. Why come back constantly to ask for a photo card when we haven't even been given our food or our menus yet? When we finally got our food, a different server asked if we had given back the photo card yet. They were so pressed about getting this photo card back and not actually getting our orders, and we also thought it was a bit distasteful to offer a solution (the $20 off the meal) but then go back on it with the photo card. It was presented as "unlimited" swipes but we were rushed to give the card back, and realistically, we only had enough time to take one set of photos. The drinks themselves were truly just okay. I don't think any of us were particularly impressed with our drinks, but the interior of Papercut is really nice and intimate.

He was doing all sorts of things to try and flirt with her and make her laugh: pulling out and showing her buckets of pre mixed cocktails, running and sliding under the bar, etc. She was engaging with both of us , and right in the middle of that, I get cut off out of nowhere. No explanation other than claiming I looked drunk, which I very clearly wasn't. It felt very clear what was going on--he wanted me out of the way. I left and asked the bouncer on my way out if I seemed drunk. This was literally two minutes later. He said no, not at all, and asked me why I would even ask that. I then told him exactly what happened and asked him to let the owner or whoever was in charge know about this extremely unprofessional conduct so they can discipline the bartender. His response was that the bartender has discretion to cut anyone off, and let me know the bartender is supposedly married so he couldn't have been flirting with any of the customers. Well, sounds like his logic is flawed--not only COULD he flirt with his customers, he WAS, and was therefore cheating. I hope his wife finds out. This is perfectly representative of Austin customer service lately and not normal in other places. I was in Tampa for an entire month earlier this year and this would've been unthinkable there. I'm not coming back.

At $20 per drink, there is an expectation of professionalism and competence behind the bar. I literally thought that ordering a beer felt risky as she would surely mess it up. The birthday girl ordered a hookah and it took an hour and a half for it to come out. Then we were not checked on for about an hour, We finally ordered more drinks and then we never received them, We asked three different servers and were told several times that they were taking care of it and it was never taken care of, We left at 1:15 without ever getting our additional orders. One of the servers told us that the bar was crazy busy and that they were probably making our drinks and people at the bar were just taking them. So chaotic. We were finally helped by Heaven and Summer at the end around 1:00 a.m. when we asked to pay for our tab. Of course the tab was all wrong because it had all of the drinks we ordered that we never received. Again, chaotic. I felt bad for the birthday girl because she was really excited about being there for the first time with all of us and the experience was subpar at best. I will say, the best part was the DJ, HellaYella. And the jerk lamb chops.
