Planned a trip to vegas to celebrate my bday and was gonna get a tattoo for myself. For years, wanted one of my dog. After some research, came across Steve rivas' work. Went through the website to schedule a date. A bit of back and forth communication via email with people who worked the front desk. They served as the "middle man" between Steve and i. Sent a couple of reference photos as options, got a quote, and sent a deposit to lock in my spot. Didn't hear anything and felt kind of nervous going into the appointment. Particularly since I had expressed being unsure about getting the tattoo on my back or my forearm. The shop is in a mall, with large windows for people to look in and see. If youre getting a tattoo in an intimate spot, theyll put privacy screens around you. There's even screens to, I assume, peruse the work of artists. I expected to have a conversation with Steve about the placement and maybe see some stencil imagery to help narrow my decision. Ultimately, he verbally told me that the best placement was my thigh. I did see a visual look of how it would come out on my forearm. His reasoning was to not lose any detail and my preference of being able to see the tattoo. I trusted him because he's the professional but because I didnt consider that area previousl, it was tough to accept. Even after getting my tat, I still wondered if it was the best area to put it on. Should I have gone with the back placement? Should i have asked to put it higher on my thigh? Spending more time with me, the client, on the placement details and visual of it may be have allowed me to come to terms with it. Steve was a chill guy to chat with as I got the tattoo. It was almost a 6 hour process so great to be able to converse easily with your artist or to hear the camaraderie with the other artists and staff. They don't have a restroom in the shop so had to walk to the closest store in the mall. I'd recommend offering water or snacks to clients that are there that long. Ultimately, his artistry was unquestionable. I look at my tattoo and I feel like I am looking at my dog. Getting work done by him was worth the discomfort. His artistic skills would be rated a 10/10 by me.

A buddy of mine had gotten a tattoo from BJ and it was enough convincing for me to schedule an appointment for a quarter sleeve with him. At the day of the appointment, BJ was thorough and made me feel comfortable the entire time. He's such a cool guy and super easy to talk to. We took a few 5 minute rest breaks to stretch out during the 6-7 hour session and he checked in on me throughout the session to make sure I was doing okay. The final piece came out so beautifully and I couldn't have imagined a better way to honor my late grandma. I will absolutely be scheduling another appointment soon to finish my half sleeve with him!

I know it sounds a lil strange getting a tattoo in the Mall but I definitely vouch for this location. Customer is very helpful/ friendly and easy to talk to while ur getting some work . There location on the second floor closer to Dillard's so its easier to park on that side of the mall .

Oscar did an amazing job on my pup portrait!!! I was waffling between a single line cutesy one, but seeing his other black & grey photo realistic portraits convinced me that he and that style were exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with my new tattoo. It's all thanks my wonderful artist, Jackie! I was on the hunt for a tattoo spot here that met all my requirements: clean, professional, easily accessible, and had a woman of color artist on staff. Revolt checked all those boxes. The request process was easy and I was able to have my consultation with Jackie at the shop. I had a vision of having sunflowers being the focal point, but allowed Jackie to take artistic liberties for the rest of the design. I'm happy I did! A heads up, if you plan to get a thigh tattoo, it will require multiple sessions. I broke mine into two sessions back to back to push through lol. Tip: Make sure to confirm the session dates and times directly with Jackie. There was slight confusion with the front desk schedule versus what we had. So always trust her provided date and time. Overall, this is my 3rd tattoo and it was such a peaceful experience. Jackie handles you with so much care and puts you at ease. If I do plan to get another tattoo in the near future, I will be booking with her again.

My sister and I got matching tattoos by Demi and Alexia and we had such a great experience! We had actually switched our design a few times and they were both so nice and flexible and worked really hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. This was my sisters first tattoo and Demi was attentive, positive, and patient. My sister felt very at ease with Demi. Alexia did my tattoo and we had excellent conversation, the hour and a half just flew by! We are so happy with our tattoos and are already talking about getting more at Revolt!

I was here for a short stay for work but left with 4 tattoos that I love. They were able to answer questions and get me an artist that was skilled in what I wanted. The shop itself was decorated and had awards nicely displayed through out. The receptionists were so nice and helpful. I was set up with Oscar and he did a great job; he executed my ideas beautifully and was able to tattoo what I wanted to a T. This was by far the best tattoo experience I have ever had. I just happened to pass by this place on my way back to my hotel and decided to look them up. The reviews were great so I stopped in to make an appointment. I was lucky enough to meet my artist the minute I walked in. I gave him a description of what I wanted and he started sketching immediately. He scheduled me the day I wanted and booked me for the entire day as my tattoo had a lot of detail. My artist was Kaps and while I've never had a bad tattoo experience after my experience with him I will never go to anyone else. He put hours into the art and consulted with me every step of the way to ensure I was happy with the ideas. I was in the chair just shy of 9 hours and there were some very painful moments he helped push me through. He was very personable and did everything he could to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. His attention to detail was second to none. We took 3 or 4 smoke breaks during the process and each time we were outside he kept inspecting the progress to make sure there was nothing he missed. His attention to detail show and I have never been happier with a tattoo. The shop itself is the cleanest I have ever been in. No doubt in my mind I'll be back next time I'm in town. read more

Very bad attitude, no effort of trying to resolve an issue they created. This is part of my review of them back in 2020. Almost had to deck one of them for acting tough for no reason. Even the owner tried to lie up a storm. I did nothing to upset anyone there but they behaved like I stole something. read more

Chris is horrible. Was very short with me and wouldn't work with me as a client. You have a question? He'll ignore it and tell you youre wrong. Also the quote they give you on the phone is a lie, they will up charge you 200$ once u actually come visit. read more

My friend is a huge knights fan and she posted a video which led to a interview Joey & Sausage did on VGK tattoos. I decided to reach out to the shop to see if I could get the tattoo done before the end of the year. I knew Joey had excellent line work and it was important for me that this tattoo was done well as it was a memorial tattoo. My anxiety had started to rise about 10 minutes before I entered the shop but it was such a low key shop that I felt completely comfortable there. the service here was second to none!! my artist was Cameron Randall and I really can't say enough good things about him. he had a medium hand and the experience was the least pain I've ever felt with a tattoo. the tattoo itself was a tribute port of my dog that passed and he captured absolutely everything about him and his personality. A complete masterpiece!! My husband had the most horrible name you could imagine on his arm and after years we had saved up for the proper cover up. I researched high and low and drove from Los Angeles to Vegas to meet with Kap. We told him a couple of ideas that would go with the rest of my husbands theme and wallah. This is my first tattoo and Chris from Revolt Tattoos was AMAZING!! I was nervous going in and it took me years to build up the courage to do it but Chris put my nerves to ease. Planned out a trip here well in advance after being thoroughly impressed with these artists on Ink Master. My wife and I both had memorable pieces done that meant a lot to us, and our artists exceeded expectations without question. The entire shop experience from beginning to end capped off an amazing vacation for us that left us with memories for a lifetime. My piece with the US Air Force Emblem, Patriotic Star of Life, and Rod of Asclepius was completed by Eric Bush. My wife's art with the beautiful Watercolor Elephant with Lotus Flowers representing her Mom, Grams, and Daughter completed by the one and only Walter "Sausage" Frank. I love love love love this tattoo shop!!! I had the season 3 Ink Master (Joey Hamilton) do a cover up on my left side & I cannot tell you how happy I am to finally get that ugly unfinished tattoo off of me after 9 years and I am absolutely in love with it, I cannot stop starring at it. I found out about this shop through his instagram. I love how it's not your average tattoo shop and how big the layout is and most of all, the gigantic TV screen to watch your UFC fight or football game during your session (it also helps keep your companion from being bored while you get inked). The staff makes you feel right at home (especially when you're there from morning to evening). What's also awesome is that they do live streaming so your friends and family can watch you get tattooed from your very own home! They're very attentive & super clean!! I have been here twice now for myself, and now one of my friends is getting tattoo done here also. Corbin Imlay is our artist. Along with being creative he takes his time and makes sure all of his artwork is done with the upmost precision and care knowing it will be apart of you for a lifetime. The shop is extra clean and promotes the site part of tattoo, the art work, and the artist. From the paintings on the walls by artists and the clothing that expresses appreciation of the art. I am posting this review a bit late... I assume I had already done one, but apparently I never did! Chris Gagnon has done two tattoos for me and I am getting ready to have a third. She is an amazing artist and I HIGHLY recommend her. She did my very first tattoo, my Quaker Parrot on my back, two years ago - and finished it in one day! She even stayed after hours to complete it. My second tattoo, done last year, is more of a partial sleeve on my upper arm and across collar bone - a Dragon and a Phoenix. The colors are amazing and she worked with me to create the design I envisioned. If you are considering a tattoo, you need not look further than Revolt and Chris! read more

Walter and Chad are the best ever. Joey is great as well but I have never received a tattoo from him. Chad Lambert has been my artist since I moved to Vegas and he is an absolute genius. I went to revolt tattoo over my Las Vegas vacation and scheduled an appointment w krystof to do a color realism portrait of my Chinese shar-pei on my right calf. This shop has the utmost professionalism and the skill to back up anything you want for a tattoo! Was lucky enough to score an appointment with Joey alm 3 years ago...we were visiting for only a few days from FL...I wanted a tattoo of my beloved friend, Jude...whom I lost just 3 months prior to my appointment... and of course, it had to be on my shoulder...and not an esp easy spot... But after 5.5 hours...I had the greatest work of art I have ever owned...it truly DID and still does look like a painting... My bestie and I wanted to do matching tattoos together. We had an amazing experience here. We emailed our design ideas ahead of time. When we arrived our artist had already reviewed our emails and the submitted designs. He updated out 1st choice design to be more of what we were wanting for the body location we wanted too. Chris is the BEST! He walked me through a few options for blasting my hand, and had a few ideas that were way better than what I had thought up. I had an amazing experience and laughed with him throughout my whole tattoo. His work is absolutely solid and clean, and the healed tattoo looks just as good as when it was fresh. We returned to Las Vegas for the first time this week after being at the Route 91 concert October 1. My wife wanted a tattoo symbolizing overcoming the tragedy and submitted a design to a few different tattoo shops for estimates. Revolt wasn't the cheapest but the response included some thoughtful suggestions by the artist and that's why she chose Revolt. Jason Tritten delivered an outstanding experience start to finish and is a true artist in every sense of the word. My wife is very happy with not only the final outcome but also the gentle hand and attention to detail along the way. If you're in Vegas looking for a tattoo and have had some bad experiences in the past put those behind you and book an appointment with a true master. I was very clear and descript in what I wanted, but several shops refused to quote me unless I uploaded art and called out a specific font. I wanted 12 small characters and was open to allowing the artist to suggest the best font. Being s small job, I was certain it would qualify for a shop minimum, but many shops had unreasonable minimums. I was told the tattoo would take 30-45 based on what I described and since it had been 30 years since I had a tattoo, I didn't recall what I paid or how long my original ping pong ball sized tattoo took or cost. I felt like my job would have been $30 at Koolsville, but I wanted someone with more expertise to do the job. In the end, I waited till I got to town, and Illuminati was across the street from our hotel. They did an excellent job on my tattoo; it took about 15 minutes and the shop minimum was $100. I knew my job was small when the artist asked me if he could take a minute to touch up my existing tattoo. If you are on the fence or don't need an artist that has been seen on A&E, just recognize they are shop that take on smaller jobs for a fair price.

I went to frank for a tattoo thinking I was about to embark on a meaningful, spiritual journey of self-expression. What I actually embarked on was a psychological thriller directed by someone who once saw a tattoo machine in a YouTube ad and said, "Yeah, I can do that." First of all, this man's studio looked like a storage unit that lost a custody battle. The "vibe" was somewhere between abandoned dentist office and haunted vape shop. There was a single folding chair that sounded like it was begging for mercy every time I breathed. Now let's talk about the tattoo. I actually had to take a lap around the studio because WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT'S ON MY BODY FOREVER AND IT'S PERFECT??? The lines are so clean they look AI-generated. The shading? So smooth it feels illegal. The placement? Spiritual. Cosmically aligned. If I stand at the right angle I'm pretty sure it unlocks inner peace. I keep catching myself staring at it like it's a new pet. I have shown it to strangers. I have adjusted my outfits to make sure it's visible. I moisturize it like it's royalty. If it asked me for rent, I would pay it. The pain? Worth it. The adrenaline? Elite. The emotional attachment? Concerning. This tattoo has changed my personality. I now say things like "yeah, my artist..." as if I've been part of an underground art collective for years. I have zero chill about it. If you make eye contact with me for longer than two seconds, I will show you. Five stars for talent. Five stars for making me question reality. I walked in mildly nervous and walked out feeling like I had just been branded by a mysterious but benevolent art deity. Would I go back? Absolutely. Would I understand him any better? Probably not. Do I care? Not even slightly. Anyway, 10/10. No notes. I would absolutely let this happen to me again.

When I was in L.A. last spring, several artist at Venice Beach were offering specials for simple tattoos. Unfortunately, the combination of limited time and an inability to research the shops kept me from getting art. Coming to Vegas, I thought this would be another great opportunity to get a solid tattoo for a reasonable price. I called and emailed shops and 2/3 wouldn't quote me unless I sent them scale artwork. I explained there is no artwork, I want her name and the years she was alive. That was a total of 12 characters and I envisioned her name taking the space of a fortune cookie fortune and the years combined taking the same. Simple, easy and the only factor was the font, but again, I'm agreeable. The two shops that gave me quotes basically told me, "No problem, but our shop minimum is $175-$200. Your work sounds like less, but those are the prices". Now if Koolsville can do a $10 tattoo, certainly something of my scale should qualify for a discount. When I reached out to Illuminati, I was told the shop minimum was $100 and I was encouraged to come in. Lou took excellent care of me. He not only gave me the 12 characters for the shop minimum, but he touched up an existing tattoo of mine for no charge. Come on bro! If there is such a thing as a tattoo lottery, I WON IT. I now have my angel on my arm and received the warmest possible welcome to Las Vegas. This appears to be a shop that will earn your business, your positive review and trust. In general, I'm not a tattoo fan, but I will happily tell anyone I know headed to Vegas, if they are in the market for ink, look up Lou.

My barber Cesar moved to this store a few years back, and despite me moving to a house in the North West of the valley, I am still happy to make the drive here for his awesome and friendly service, and for the overall experience. I highly recommend him, so ask for him by name if you are booking or doing a walk in! The interior really is very cool, great to have a true barbershop feel to enjoy rather than the bland and clinical interiors of most modern chains or shops. It's fun looking at all the decor, including some of the more fun items on display, it all just adds to the overall experience. It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.

I seriously regret ever coming here. Hundreds of dollars wasted now and many more to come with laser removal. Don't go here at all, but if you must for some reason and you are a female, don't go to Chris Beck - he is a creep and ruined my tattoo. During my tattoo session, I was on my back, and out of nowhere, he just lays his arm ACROSS MY BREAST WITHOUT ASKING if he could rest his arm there and he did not need to rest his arm there either way. He was bracing himself against my breast really hard for the entire tattoo for no reason like he was just trying to cop a feel by leaning his weight onto my breast - it was painful, violating, and DISGUSTING. Why do you think you need to touch my BREAST to tattoo my NECK?! Just FYI that IS SEXUAL ASSAULT. I was so uncomfortable and felt so violated the entire time and was basically in shock that he was touching me inappropriately, so I did not know what to do - I was not expecting to be VIOLATED while getting my tattoo and just froze. THERE IS NO REASON for him to have been laying his arm across my body in a private intimate area like my BREAST. SO INAPPROPRIATE. After the session I felt violated because of the way he was inappropriately touching me AND because of how he completely ruined my tattoo and then had the audacity to charge me $200! I had to get this tattoo redone by a better artist and that artist never once laid his arm across my breast - because it was not necessary to touch my breast to tattoo my freaking NECK, so this felt very deliberate and VERY PERVERTED - Chris was just being a pervert. I've spent $533 on this tattoo now because of him and will have to spend hundreds and maybe even thousands more on laser removal plus another cover up if it cannot be completely lasered off. THANKS! Also, the thing about the masks is complete bullshit. None of the tattoo artists were wearing masks when I went in and it was during the mask mandate. The owner, Joey, was working next to me and hacking his lungs out coughing while tattooing his client. Not saying he had covid, just saying regardless of whether he had covid or not, to be coughing your germs into someone's open wound of a tattoo and especially during a pandemic when there is a MASK MANDATE is just disgusting and to be coughing your germs into the open air to spread all around the shop full of people being tattooed is so gross! The level of fame, celebrity & exposure achieved by the artists at REVOLT TATTOOS might suggest that the shop could simply "rest on its laurels", and act as if they are "all that". This is simply NOT the case at REVOLT TATTOOS. Everyone there is approachable, client-centered, user friendly and willing to do what it takes to satisfy the client beyond expectations. As on of the owners of the Pacific Ink & Art Expo (aka Hawaii Tattoo Expo.), I am fortunate to know & work with many wonderful (& quite famous) Tattoo artists; Legends in the industry if you will. So, I can say from experience and with confidence that REVOLT TATTOOS is worthy of a YELP "As Good as it Gets" 5-Star rating. I am from Hawaii; so, I dealt with the fine folks at REVOLT TATTOOS "long distance", via the internet. I needed to fly-in for the work, and therefore scheduled months in advance ( TIP: The artists at REVOLT TATTOOS are highly gifted and skilled, and therefore, highly in demand; so, BOOK EARLY & BOOK SMARTLY). I was treated very well, and follow-up was fantastic and timely. I wanted the honor of work from Walter "SAUSAGE" Frank, and much like JOEY HAMILTON ----- both Ink Master Legends ----- he is a very sought-after artist. Yet, despite SAUSAGE'S fame, I was very happy with his quick follow-up with me & his keen desire to do "just the right piece" for me. In a few words, I was exceptionally pleased & honored by the entire experience. SAUSAGE is an exceptional, famous & gifted artist, but still, a true "regular guy" who really went out of his way to introduce me to most of the fine folks at the shop, and treated me (as well as my brother & wife [both of whom spent the day at REVOLT TATTOOS while I was getting the piece done]) like one of his best pals. In fact, my brother so enjoyed the experience that he booked a multi-session piece with CLAYTON H. Lastly, the piece I wanted SAUSAGE to create for me was exceptionally personal & important to me, and had to be done in Las Vegas (again, for highly personal reasons). I was recently in revolt for 4 tattoo sessions with Joey Hamilton over the course of 9 days. I flew from Alabama just to do so. My experience was awesome! I had had some minor tattoo work previously and was not liking the outcome: bad lines, fading fast , need lots of touch up, bad healing, you name it. I really wanted some great tattoos and wanted then on my forearms where people would see them easily, my others are covered by shirt, and with bad history of previous tattoos set out to get ones that I would love and want to show off on a regular basis especially since forearms get shown easily. I remember watching Joey on season 3 of tattoo master, and since that time, I told myself if I was to ever get new tattoos I would get them with him. And I did , best thing ever. Yes I had to wait and I'm glad I did. Rushed to many earlier tattoos and that didn't work out well. From the moment I arrived at revolt it was great , staff was very nice and I met with Joey soon thereafter. He brought my ideas to life and meticulously made sure I had the ideas and details that I wanted captured in my tattoo before stenciling it up. I had scheduled 4 days within 9 so I new it was gonna be rough personally but it was great. I had both forearms complete tattooed and just went back and forth 1 3 2 4. Was blown away with fact that didn't scab at all and healed very fast, never happened before even with super small tats. They use saniderm bandages and it was awesome that he uses lidocaine ointment or when it gets rough for us that aren't super troopers. Thank god for it, during those long sessions it was a blessing that i never had with random tattoo shops. I really can't say enough though about the outcome of my tattoo and the professionalism of the establishment. I'm already planning another trip down the road and know exactly where I will be going. I need to be able to rate it 20 stars for my 4 appointments. Lastly, in my long time there I got a chance to peruse the shop, top notch quality merchandise. I procured a shirt and the most amazing black hoodie ever. So bad ass, wear it always. Get your appointment, wait the time , don't rush to bad stuff , go to revolt, go to the pros, no regrets. Revolt Tattoos has a great staff. Booked my appointment online. They contacted me via email and we talked over the phone. The artist that was suitable for the ink I wanted was paired up and appointment arranged. I stopped by the shop a few days after I arrived in Las Vegas to check the place out. I am completely impressed with the studio. Very clean. Some of the most comfortable furniture, spacious, artwork like being in an art studio on the walls. No shortage of all sorts of magazine material. Loved watching the enormous TV screen. In meeting with Kapps, he worked up the exact pin-up image I was hoping for - nailed it. I wanted to re-create an image from when my wife picked me up at the airport years ago - before digital cameras and cell phones existed. I checked the box to allow the live cam stream. My wife and family watched as Kapps put the ink on. The tattoo is so accurate, my 4 and 6 year old granddaughters asked me why was there a picture of their grandmother on my leg. (goal accomplished I thought). While I was in the shop Walter (Sausage) stopped in. That was a surprise. My wife and I love watching Ink Master. It was great to meet him in person. The dermal tattoo film did an excellent job in making the first few days of healing and care go very easy. Best method by far to speed up the healing of new ink. Next ink I get will be the same shop. This is, quite possibly, one of the best tattoo shops you will ever visit. I'm so incredibly lucky to have found a shop that not only gives you amazing tattoos from your ideas, but also has an incredible staff that takes care of your every need and makes you feel right at home. To start, I've been tattooed by Chad twice, Sausage once, and Jason once. They've all given me fantastic tattoos and made me feel so comfortable in the shop that you almost forget you're being tattooed. :) I have never felt more comfortable in a tattoo shop before, to the point where I can't get tattooed in my own hometown anymore because the service at Revolt was so amazing that I don't want to go anywhere but here (I'm constantly saving so I can fly up and see them!) If you're considering getting a tattoo in Vegas, I highly recommend this shop. From the artists to the great front desk staff, you'll never feel out of place or unwelcome. I just had to write a review! I have been in many tattoo shops and never felt comfortable. Most of the time the shops were unfriendly and not very clean. Revolt Tattoos is one of a kind, first class shop and artists! It is spotlessly clean. We arrived slightly before 10AM and watched the floor being mopped, windows being washed, counters be cleaned, etc. Once we entered the visit kept getting better and better. My husband had an appointment I did not. Once my husband was signed in etc, I approached the counter to see who was available and who might be the best for me. I was shown the portfolios of the 3 artists available and decided to wait until Eric Bush came in. I am over the moon happy that I waited for Eric Bush, although I interacted with almost everyone in the shop and everyone was kind and professional Eric was the choice for me. I was very nervous and not sure if I could actually finish a tattoo if I started it. Eric reassured me it would be alright. Eric has a great personality and really cares about his clients. Great experience! Finally got my first tattoo a week before my 40th birthday. I knew that I wanted to go all out for my first and Revolt didn't disappoint. Knowing that Joey and Walter work there, I had complete faith that all of the artists were top-notch. After looking through the online portfolios I decided to make an appointment with Josh Stono. Josh reached out to me very quickly, and we began discussing what I was looking for. He showed me some of the stuff that he likes doing, and after a handful of texts he had a big, badass, Neo traditional Poseidon drawn up for me. I absolutely love it. I still stop to admire it in the mirror nearly a month later! Besides being a great artist, Josh was super easy to talk to, a proud father, and just a good guy. Definitely recommend him. I'm currently stationed in Georgia, but I plan on making every effort to get back out there to get more work done. Also, if the artistic talent weren't impressive enough, their staff is amazing. Absolutely loved Revolt Tattoos. My husband and i went to Vegas for a vacation, and decided to get tattoos. We googled best tattoo shop in Vegas and theirs came up. After seeing it was an ink master (sausage) owned tattoo shop we had to go check it out. I made an appt for a few days later with Chad. I was extremely nervous because my 2 other tattoos with other places, I went in knowing what i wanted and was talked into something else, that in the end i didn't like. This time i went in with a rough idea of what i wanted. 2 internet pictures. He went back and drew out a tattoo that was so much more than I could have pictures. And he nailed it. (I'll add pics once it heals). He had a gentle hand, he was kind and patient in my uncomfortable moments towards the end. His prices were extremely reasonable. They use the saniderm which has made for such easy healing. No scabbing or itching or peeling yet. I give Chad Lambert of Revolt a perfect 5 star rating. Can't recommend him enough. No question we will be returning to see him in Vegas for our next tattoos. read more

Made an appt. with Sausage! I'm a local so didn't mind at all waiting 6 months...I had an old pic. of my Dad on a horse that I wanted to get on my arm. I didn't really know what style, so we settled on illustrated...The day of my appt., Sausage had drawn up a pic. and right away I didn't like it-it didn't look at all like my Dad...I was nervous to say it wasn't what I wanted, but I think he could tell by the look on my face and totally reassured me that it was no big deal and we figured out what I really wanted was photo realism! He said he felt bad and Instead of rescheduling me-another 6 month wait-he came in on one of his days off, just a few weeks later! (Side note: Day of appointment, I was really early so I stopped by next door to get a manicure and pedicure...then, I ended up being late and he had to wait for me! I called though and he was so nice! He just laughed!) This is by far the BEST tattoo I have! he was the most gentle and it healed up with no problems. QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY!!! In June I emailed Revolt Tattoos about getting a tattoo from Joey Hamilton. I emailed pictures and asked questions about pricing, size, location of the tattoo etc. I received responses quickly which was great. I had planned a vacation to come to vegas in July for my birthday and scheduled a meeting to discuss my tattoo and make an appointment for later in the year. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that a client had missed their appointment and so an opening was available the same day. They asked if I wanted it because it would save me a trip from the eastcoast. Joey took the references and incorporated all my ideas in the stencil. It took about 6 hours and it was well worth it. The experience was great! The staff is extremely nice and tends to your needs. It is a very clean shop and close to the strip. I was very happy with the service and even happier with my tattoo. I came into town and was looking to have some additional work done and enhance a current tattoo. Chris stepped up to the challenge. I had a thought and theme but her artistic mind is bringing it to life. Chris is not only a fantastic tattoo artist but she also has incredible stamina and a true professional. She worked on me for over 7 hours and was still growing strong. Closing time was approaching and she was going to try and finish up the next morning and complete before my needing to leave to catch my flight. Although I truly appreciated her trying to go the extra mile for me I suggested we schedule another appointment in a few weeks. Her work is so amazing I wanted her to relax and not rush so I could get her full creativity. This is an amazing place! We were so glad that they opened right before our trip to Las Vegas. Our friend who lost her daughter shortly after birth had been thinking about getting her handprint over her heart for awhile now. We stopped by on our last day and the staff was phenominal with her. Explained the whole process and was patient and caring, couldn't ask for more. Chad Lambert was her artist and was awesome! I highly recommend anyone who is contemplating a tattoo to stop by, you will not be disappointed. No pressure, and just a cool place to hang out. The setup is such that you can watch the artists work and if your lucky you can see Sausage from Ink Master or Joey Hamilton inking someone in the store. We had a tough day trying to get my tattoo done at another shop, that was a nightmare and a dirty unprofessional place and we were ready to just give up, when my daughter and wife suggested we check out Revolt Tattoo. Total life saver, what an awesome clean, organized, professional shop, with outstanding artists and assistants working there. I had a 27 year old unfinished military tattoo that BJ (artist) took to a whole new level by using my daughters rendering of what I originally wanted and improved upon it making it into a new work of art, by correcting the old tattoo and doing an outstanding job on the new. It is better then I ever expected, my family and I are very happy with the tattoo, the shop, the people, and the prices. It is tge only place I will ever go to. I had an incredible experience with the renowned tattoo artist, Joey Hamilton, for my first tattoo. Initially, I planned to get a portrait of my dad on my right chest, but Joey suggested adding my mom's portrait as well. He even managed to fit me into another appointment during the same week to get my mom's tattoo done too, for which I am truly grateful. Throughout the tattooing process, Joey remained focused on his craft, and his quiet demeanor demonstrated his dedication to the art. The entire tattoo took approximately 6 and a half hours, but time seemed to pass quickly. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Joey as he tends to be booked out for 5-6 months in advance. Personally, I have already secured three more appointments with him at the end of this year. Made an appt with Joey Hamilton a few months ago, knowing I had a trip planned to Vegas (He did my first tattoo several years ago before he opened Revolt)..when I walked in everyone was friendly and talkative-very relaxed atmosphere that's for sure! Joey had designs already to go from my previous emails back and forth- so he had an idea of what I was looking for immediately! We made a few design changes and off we went- my first was a quote on my right side laterally down from breast line to just below my hip and the other was my daughters bday in Roman numeral across the top of my shoulder. Joey made sure the curves and lines were perfect before any ink was placed! Thank you for completing all three pieces, as these will be the only three I have and all done by Joey! I found Chris Gagnon online after searching for a Las Vegas tattooist prior to visiting from Australia. I liked her work and contacted her via email to discuss design options, hoping to have an old tattoo reworked during my short stay in Vegas. After several emails I took Chris' advice and opted to have the old tattoo covered up completely. She worked the images I'd emailed her as inspiration into the perfect tattoo for me, and with no sign of the original one at all, I am proud to show off the piece of art she has blessed me with. My wife and I were in Vegas on our honeymoon. We both got tattoos at Revolt. My wife got hers from Joey Hamilton and his work is phenomenal. I got mine done by Eric Bush. This was my first tattoo. I gave him the design and let him change it up a little bit to make it better. When he got done it was the most amazing work I have ever seen. Every line is straight and the color is amazing. Eric Bush is a very great guy to deal with. We talked and joked around and the time just flew by with him. This man can tattoo me anytime he wants. Every time someone looks at my tattoo the first thing out of their mouth is " that is an amazing looking tattoo". I have not had one person ever tell me it was bad. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a tattoo appointment for his birthday. I knew from the start he wanted to get a tattoo by Joey Hamilton at Revolt Tattoos. I booked the appointment in November for February. I highly recommend booking an appointment in advance with your artist due to their high business. Booking an appointment made things go a lot smoother. As for the shop, it was very clean and modern, loved it. The people are great and welcoming. They notice that you are there and help you out with whatever you need. The work Joey did was great, my BF loved it. Joey was very chill and understanding of everything. The Revolt was suggested to me by an employee at the Misura in the MGM. I walked in the next day and spoke with Walter. He was very friendly and helpful since this was my first tattoo. I told him what I wanted to do and he made it a piece of art with his own unique touches. I won't get a tattoo done by anyone else but Walter. The experience was pleasant and comfortable. I strongly suggest talking to Walter if your thinking about getting a tattoo in Vegas. If you can, book an appointment with him a month or two before you plan on stopping in. They do have plenty of artists available for walk-ins but Walter is booked up by appointments. I happened to get lucky today. Thanks to all the staff at Revolt Tattoos you were great! read more

From first poke to the last, we were done in under 20 minutes! I purposely didn't post ours because it's a secret, haha! Their pricing is very competitive, and they are true experts at their craft. If you're looking for a no-frills place in Vegas to get some new ink, I highly recommend Rockstar Tattoo.
