This small wellness studio is the first of its kind, specializing in cold plunges, saunas, and massages. I booked all three to celebrate my birthday. This spa felt like a taste of the Pacific Northwest in Southern California. The space was claiming, isolated, and they pay attention to the smallest of details. The sauna/cold plunge rooms are built for two. While the space is booked singularly, you can add on an additional person $25. This room also comes with a shower and you can even order a fancy THC beverage to lean into the experience. I personally love a cold plunge, but pairing it with a sauna was.. chefs kiss. I couldn't image a better way to start a new year. The massage was incredible as well. You can tell when someone knows the human anatomy and their expertise branch into physical therapy. My masseuse massaged muscles that have never been touched before. While the membership is pricey, I could seriously see myself coming here daily if I lived closer. Life would be much nicer with Wren in it.

I'm seven months pregnant and confirmed ahead of time (multiple times) that prenatal massage was offered. When we arrived, the therapist seemed surprised and said it would have to be "very light." What I received was not a massage--just oil being lightly spread with no technique and just very lightly rubbing my skin, no muscle work, and several areas skipped entirely. She lightly touched a small area of my skin at my upper back/shoulder, touched my neck once or twice. My arms, majority of my back and my legs were skipped. At one point the same spot on my foot was lightly touched for an extended period with no purpose. My husband's experience was just as disappointing. I looked over and saw his therapist sitting on her phone with her feet propped up on the massage table while he was lying face down. When she noticed me watching, she got up and resumed briefly. My husband later confirmed this happened multiple times. She also took a phone call during the session. Overall, this felt very unprofessional and not at all what was advertised. A complete waste of time and money. We try to be understanding, especially with potential language barriers, but this visit felt like a significant mismatch between what was advertised and what was delivered. For the price, we expected a baseline level of professionalism and service that just wasn't met.

I selected 90 minute massage versus the 60 minutes. It was really nice, I needed the relaxation badly. I went in to the reception table, wrote in the form they have included which area of your body need more attention to. So you'll circle in which part of your body would like the massage on. I circled my lower back and arms that needed attentive. I had the pleasure of getting my massage from Joy. She was great, she definitely targeted area I needed to recover, during the session she asked me first if some of the massage was alright so I wouldn't get hurt or uncomfortable and I appreciate that. There were oil massage, and hot towel to wipe the oil off. I did the aromatherapy scalp massage, that was really nice. My head was aching so much so I really like that. Definitely gets a little oily after though if you do get it. After the session was done, I got clothed, and they offer me water to rehydrate. There was also a shower included there too if anyone needs to shower afterwards. I would have liked some more time on the parts where I was hurting more, it'll be nice to have more of the massage on one part than the others for sure, but overall it was a good experience.
