Service was quick and the sale associates are not that much engaging. There is a good selection of items because this is an outlet. Price is really spicy even for discounted items

I was curious to see how cloud couches were truly like and what they hype was all about. So I knew there was a RH Outlet relatively nearby and well, we finally took the trip out to go see what this place was all about. L O C A T I O N RH Outlet is near the Trader Joe's in East Pleasanton. There's a large amount of parking so there's no worries about finding them in front of this place. I N S I D E This feels like a place that gets all the returns and just resells them as-is. I'm not sure if that's the real case but it feels like it is. They have a good amount of cloud couches with various fillings so you know which you'd like. They also have a fair amount of other tables (dining, coffee, etc), chairs, couches, night stands, mirrors, art work, outdoor furniture, etc. But don't be expecting to see a specific item. You can probably call in to see if they have a particular item in stock before heading in. I knew they would have cloud couches so I didn't even bother to call. P R I C I N G So if you know Restoration Hardware prices, then the "sale" or "clearance" prices here are basically still SUPER expensive if you compare to Ikea (well duh.), West Elm, CB2 or Pottery Barn. But they are at least slightly more discounted and some are heavily discounted and that's probably because it's been there a while or damaged. S E R V I C E We weren't really approached by anyone, which is how I like shopping. There was staff around. I'm sure if you're really looking to buy you can approach one of them to handle the purchase. O V E R A L L It was nice to be able to see the furniture in person before considering if it's something we'd be interested in. I was just more curious to see how the cloud couch would feel and potentially buy a dupe of it. Though I have heard that Restoration Hardware's customer service to fix issues with their furniture is amazing. Well it better be for those prices! Definitely stop by to browse if you're ever curious!

Do they ever answer the phone? Tried several times; no answer during regular business hours. That's a minimal professionalism threshold.

Don't waste your time! There are only one-offs in this store, which are in horrible condition and the prices .... are absolutely ridiculous!

Got a gorgeous pendant light at a fraction of the retail price. Easy access from 580. I'll be going back this week to see what is new.

Allure Furniture in Dublin did not disappoint. I was immediately impressed with the showroom ambience, the atmosphere is very relaxing and really helps you imagine the pieces in your home. The sales representatives were incredibly kind and knowledgable and served us delicious espresso while we shopped. We ended up purchasing most of our pieces from the online and print catalogs they have at the store - they make it so easy to shop different brands based on your needs, taste, and aesthetic. The sales representatives took the time to understand my personal style and goals and we ended up with perfect pieces that fit the mid-century/organic modern style we were going for. The quality of these pieces is UNMATCHED - our solid oak dining table is stunning and the price was reasonable given the high quality of the piece. The chairs we picked to go with it are beautiful and so unique, Allure definitely offers pieces that you would not find anywhere else. We also purchased a bedroom set, couch, and accent chair. Overall, we are extremely happy with our pieces and the services offered at Allure, the team made the process so enjoyable and seamless! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and stylish pieces for their home. Thank you Allure!

They also have a really extensive catalogue of super unique items that I've never seen before anywhere else! The sales associate was well-versed in the entire inventory they carried, selected a number of really nice options for dining tables and buffets that were exactly my style. Didn't end up purchasing the dining set just yet because I needed to take measurements of my space, but I'll be heading back next week to finalize my selection and look at the bedroom sets! To summarize: INCREDIBLE customer service, beautiful, unique and quality inventory, and easy location with lots of parking.

This place is more like HomeBads. I love Homegoods/TJ…read moreMaxx/Marshalls and even have a TJX credit card, but my experience at this HomeGoods has been consistently negative and has made me not want to shop anywhere related to this company. The main issue with this HomeGoods is its horrendous lack of customer service. I myself work in retail, so I understand it can get overwhelming and customers can be frustrating at times. Even in my worst moments, however, I have not treated anyone as rudely as the staff (especially management) here treated me (and other customers, based on other reviews). I purchased a Staub baking pan here recently. When I put it in the oven for the first time to cook dinner the other night, I heard a bang after about 20 minutes and found that the baking pan had broken completely in half inside the oven! It caused a mess in my oven and the jagged edges of the baking pan were difficult to avoid as I attempted to remove it. I double-checked the packaging, and it claimed that it can handle up to 572 degrees F (I was baking at 350). So, I considered the product must have been defective or damaged at the time of purchase. Clearly it was not worth the money I paid for it. I put it in a bag and brought it to the store to show them what had happened to get a refund or exchange or something. The manager (Christine or something that started with a C) came over and immediately addressed me with disgust at having to see the pan. Obviously it isn't ideal to see a dirty pan, but I hadn't cleaned it due to the jagged edges that were exposed by its total fracture in my oven, and mostly I just wanted to show them that it had indeed broken. I don't know what they require for a refund so I figured I'd just bring it. Having the pan in that state wasn't ideal or appealing to me either but unfortunately the product they sold had not worked as advertised. She began saying she can't return it because it is a health code violation and it isn't in "sellable condition." Girl...no one is asking you to eat off of it or resell it. It split in half. As a defective item, it wasn't even in sellable condition when I bought it - I just didn't know it yet! Then she told us that they are not responsible for what happens to an item after it leaves the store. However, nothing happened TO it; something happened BECAUSE of it not being a good product! Additionally, the fact you have a return policy at all indicates you are, indeed, somewhat responsible for your products after they leave the store. If a customer bought a sweater and later found it had a hole in it, they'd accept it as a return even though it isn't in sellable condition; how is this different? She was looking at us with disgust and suspicion as if we're somehow scamming them by returning a defective product purchased genuinely less than a week ago. We literally had to ask her if she wanted us to clean it then bring it back (still broken?) in order to process the return, at which point she said they'd make an exception and give store credit. Fabulous, thank you! I don't expect anyone to drop to their knees or beg forgiveness, and I get that I'm just one customer out of many, but I was pretty shocked at the attitude and lack of humanity provided by this manager. Not for a moment did she seem curious about what happened, apologetic for her store selling a defective product that could have injured someone by cracking in a hot oven, or at all capable of reasonable human interaction. I know Staub is just a brand they sell, and they didn't make the pan, but they still sold it. Maybe it got damaged in transport or cracked somewhere along the line, or maybe it was sent to them defective, but she only seemed to think that we were disgusting for even bringing it in and asking for a refund of a $30 product. As a customer I have never felt so judged and almost detested! I cannot emphasize enough the nasty attitude with which she addressed us and her total resistance to anything constructive or polite in the most basic way. Again, in my darkest hours as a retail worker (and I have had plenty ) I have never looked at or spoken to a customer (even the most ridiculous ones, which I didn't believe I was being) in that way. I'm grateful we got the refund but the process was so absurdly dehumanizing considering the fact I was majorly inconvenienced by this defective pan and the fact that it seems totally reasonable to return a product that did not function as advertised. This has made me reconsider having a TJX card and shopping at these stores; and I will definitely never return to this HomeGoods. If you made it this far and get anything out of this review it is that you should save yourself by never crossing the threshold of this Dublin HomeGoods unless you enjoy horrible experiences. If you do, I wish you luck!
