I ordered four meals to go on the app. When ordering, I ordered and paid for extra BBQ sauce (my family likes to dip their fries in it). When I got home with my order, I realized they gave me NO BBQ sauce with my sandwiches. I called up there and asked about the sauce for my sandwiches and baked potato. She stated "I gave you what you ordered". I told her that what I ordered was even listed under extra sauces. She said "well I'm sorry" very sarcastically. Got a family pack for take out tonight with pulled pork + brisket and green beans + Mac n cheese for the sides. Was sort of disappointed with the serving size to be honest. Felt a little shorted on the sides and we were missing the "toast, pickles, onions, & peppers". The pulled pork was really juicy but the brisket was pretty dried out. My husband and I decided to eat lunch today, because I was wanting BBQ. I ordered a BBQ Sandwich lunch special and my husband decided to order BBQ pork nachos. My sandwich was full of fat pieces and burnt end meat, along with so called house chips, which had no salt or seasoning and were over cooked. I picked through my sandwich and left the chips. My husband's nachos, had very little meat and more nacho chips than anything else. We left here very disappointed, after spending $25, when giving this restaurant our last try. I went for lunch with my family this Mother's Day. We were seated immediately despite the busy lunch crowd and our server was very kind and on top of things. We received our food within MINUTES it was hot and flavor-filled great pork sandwich and baked beans. During our meal the manager came by to make sure everything was going well. Locally own chain restaurant, but the food is great. If you order the salad be prepared to share. It is hugh. The 3 rib plate is good with plenty of meat on the ribs. Some times the ribs have too much fat. Ask for lean ribs if you don't want a lot of fat. The pull pork sandwich is wonderful. Decided to give them a try 5/17/2022 at 1:25 (after lunch rush) a very nice hostess showed me to my table and after waiting over 15 minutes with zero greeting or service and yet three separate servers walked past and not a single word. Finally got up to leave and the hostess asked if everything was okay and I told her I'd have lunch somewhere else. She then told me that the waitress was new. Okay I get that but what about the others? It's not acceptable to wait 15 minutes when the place is slow for service. I'll stick with The Shed for my BBQ. read more

While the food looked good, it had NO flavor. I had the brisket baked potato and a side of corn. The corn didn't even have at least butter on it. I could not finish it. I tried seasoning it myself and it just wasn't the same as cooking with seasons. I gave a 2 star for presentation. read more

Rib Crib is going down hill. Now I know why the number of cars in the parking lot has decreased. I've always order my food to go. I've noticed the prices got higher but the quantity and quality has gone down hill. This is the 3rd time in a row I've ordered to go food that has been screwed up . Now I will never return. I always give a restaurant 3 times before I give up, never to return. I ordered the Big Loaded Potato with the chopped brisket and everything described on the menu on the potato for my husband. Then I also ordered a side salad with ranch and a side of fried okra. Their fried okra is good. When the server brought it out I always ask them are they sure everything is what I ordered and they always answer yes. I'm not going to unpack everything to check but the server should check it herself before they pack it up and put it in the bag. I get home and opened containers where I found a weird looking crusty potato with dried up chopped brisket which was not fresh. My order had no fried okra and no side salad. Instead I received what they call a cob salad with some kind of unrecognizable meat on it. They put canned corn on it, yuk, there was no salad lettuce, only straight arugula and some other unidentifiable nasty tasting weed. They did put ranch on the side in little cups but the ranch was as thin as water and didn't taste good. I was not going to get in my car at 6:30 pm and take it back to get a refund. I was hot and tired and then pissed off as was my husband with his meal. I dumped both of them out and went to bed angry. I'm over it and out 33.00. Of That included a 3.00 tip. We enjoyed the baked beans and potato salad. (Nice portions) The pulled pork sandwich was also a favorite. The appetizer of choice was the fried pickles. Our drinks were not given to us til halfway through our app., server told us the order got lost after a spill in the kitchen we were brought a to go bag of fries for our trouble and at this point we still had no silverware or napkins. So my girlfriend and I came here Saturday evening after attending my grandsons baseball tournament. We were seated and met our waitress Tammy. She started by telling us how busy she was. We got our drinks and then waited 30 minutes for our meals. Did I mention we didn't receive any silverware, when we were asked if we needed anything from another waitress who was not ours we asked for silverware. The other waitress was back in a few minutes. Our waitress came back over 10 minutes later with another set of silverware! Our waitress also made a comment that we were so quiet she forgot we were there?????
