I'm disappointed in having to rate this restaurant so low. My family has frequented Rice & Noodle since it's opening and they have always been friendly and the food was, for the most part, of good quality. However, I learned today that they are not taking proper precautions during these unprecedented times. I walked in and noticed that though they were selling hand sanitizer, face masks, face shields, and gloves none of the employees not even those in the kitchen were wearing masks. When I asked the cashier about this, letting her know I was uncomfortable, she said they weren't required to. We all have to do our part in reducing the spread of Covid-19 if customers are wearing masks to enter your restaurant staff should also be required to do so. Tonight we placed a delivery order. When the food arrived, one of the entrees was made incorrectly. We called the location and they told us that we would have pay a delivery charge for them to deliver the correctly made item. It sounds ridiculous as I'm typing it. Asking the customer to play a delivery fee to correct their mistaken on a delivery order is ridiculous. Incredibly disappointing. read more

Tokyo chicken was good. Do NOT get the ramen. It literally tasted like boiled water without flavor. Mushrooms were the most rubbery mushrooms I've had. I ended up dumping it out. Stick with an actual ramen place for ramen. read more

First off, The noodles were great. The flavor on the basil jalepeno was delicious. Im no big noodle guy but I will definitely be back for more. Now besides the food the service was excellent. Really great food. We ordered carry out from here last night. The food was hot even by the time I arrived back home. And the food was really yummy! The only issue I had was I ordered online and had ordered a soda pop which it stated it was a bottle so I assumed it was in the bag. However to my surprise there was nothing in there and on the receipt it was circled as if they were supposed to remember to grab it. That's the only reason I brought it down a point. The employee should have made sure it was there since I payed for it. But the food was good so I will return! read more

This place is so so great! The food is very fresh, the chicken is super tender, sauces perfectly proportioned, the dumplings flavorful and not over cooked, and the egg rolls...yum!! They arent burned or over fried like you find at so many places, they were crispy and fresh!! Fresh, fresh, fresh and so tasty is a perfect description of our meal. The portions are huge and the restaurant itself is very clean, well decorated and the staff very kind. I'd reccomend this and am so glad they deliver to Light Farms too!!! read more

Just OK. Wasn't really impressed with the taste of the food but the portions are large and prices are reasonable.

I order their Chicken Pho, Thai Chicken Fried and Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice from their on a regular basis. Meaning at least once a week. I love that they offer delivery and it has always been fast and efficient. Their Pho broth is amazing and cannot get enough! I ordered from here multiple times before leaving this review. Dine in and pick up only, no deliveries. First of all service was nice. Everyone was friendly. Food isn't the best food in the world, but the portions are huge. Even the to go dishes were packed so much everything was molded to the shape of the container. This was just the place we were looking for. Affordable, yet, pretty good food. Just one dish we did not like was the Korean spicy Chicken. It has "Kimchi" and the taste of the kimchi and the sauce was not that good. It wasn't horrible, but it ended up being too bitter perhaps from the ground pepper. If you're expecting Korean Fried Chicken, just know, this isn't it. But other than that, great fusion food. read more

Good Chinese food has been hard to find. After my first order Rice and Noodle is my go to. The Hibachi Rice and Hibachi Noodles are excellent. The Crab Rangoon actually tastes like there's crab in it. I've ordered delivery several times. The correct food shows up hot and in under 30 mins. read more

This is a new place in Celina and I always like to give the local places a chance. Got the orange peel chicken with noodles and sweet and sour chicken with rice. The orange chicken was tough and the noodles tasted like they were burnt. Not sure how you can burn noodles or maybe it was the seasoning. The sweet and sour chicken was just average. There are some good Asian food options up here, but Rice & Noodle is our FAVORITE. Tons of options and they are all delicious. Also nice and spacious if you want to eat there. The chicken pad Thai is phenomenal. And the fried rice has a new taste to it - not sure what spice is used, but it's the best I've ever had. GO here!! read more
