Great fast food Chinese restaurant. If you want Chinese food in a jiffy and don't need the authenticity, check out Rice Pot. The owner is sweet and they work quick!

We saw the location after an appointment nearby and were looking at advertised meals outside of the location and decided to order takeout. There was not a wait. We walked right in to the location. After looking at the menu we decided to order Hunan with chicken and fried rice and sesame chicken with steamed rice. The food was very good. The Hunan had a bit of a spice but not overbearing. The portions were very generous. We had leftovers and look forward to eating them again and visiting the location again.

Ok Yelp I admit it. One of those junk mail menus that gets dropped in your mailbox with shiny pictures got me. This is only the second time in my life, which let's face it is probably closer to the end than not. Anyway, second time falling for the menu in mailbox. First time did not work out too well, this time I'm pleased as a peach even though no peaches were involved in my meal. Most of the food was respectably executed and everything was flavorful. The human chicken had a nice kick to it and those baby corns that sold me on that dish were done right. Orange chicken while not panda level (no gets to panda level) was good and sesame chicken turned out nicely too. Accompanied with fried rice things hit the spot. Our appetizer was the generous portion of dumplings servers ironically with less than generous portion of the sauce but let's give them a break. So any bad? Yep. Online order system is spotty at best. I did not get a confirmation email or text despite giving both pieces of info. Other than that a reasonably priced and delicious meal was had. Black Pepper Beef

Ordered the black pepper beef on postmates. The order arrived quickly but it was literally 90% mushrooms after I asked for light onions. I get that you have to cut costs but I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. Buyer beware.

So fun, very rich liquid dark chocolate in the middle. Idk if I'd order those again, but they were so fun! Only complaint is I wish they were open later! Would definitely recommend this to the dumpling lovers out there.

The soup dumplings ended up having a sweet taste in the soup. The hot and sour soup was not sour at all, and I ended up, doctoring it a bit by asking for some vinegar. I would highly recommend against people ordering this if they're expecting the authentic Asian flavor profile. The beef noodle soup ordered medium spicy was not spicy at all and so next time if I ever go back, I'll have to get their extra spicy. And their tofu noodle soup did not have nearly as much tofu as the picture seemed to make us believe. The one thing I did really like was the wontons in the wonton soup so if I come back, I'll probably just be ordering that. Overall, I think I was expecting a classic Taiwanese flavor profile and was left wanting more.

We arrived right as the kitchen was about to close, but they still graciously seated us and provided amazing, welcoming service. The restaurant was also incredibly clean. There is a QR code for the menu you scan with your phone. The food was fantastic across the board. The congee was pure comfort food, and the sesame balls were some of the absolute best I've ever had. They were served nice and warm, the filling wasn't overly sweet, and they weren't greasy at all like a lot of other places. I really liked how the soup dumplings all had individual foil wrappers - made it easy and mess free. Highly recommend!

The beef was so flavorful, and we loved it. So this time, we ordered it again. This time, we also tried the pork noodle soup. The pork was flavorful as well. It was pork belly, so the fat made the meat even more tender and savory. Both dishes were delicious! But of the two, we still liked the beef option better. The ordering process was completely digital. We scanned the menu code with our phones and then selected our dishes ourselves. There was very little "human" touch. I still prefer having a server come take our order, which also makes the tipping decision easier. Anyway, we enjoyed the food and will probably come back again.

This place is absolutely made for a group outing, and we're already planning to come back with a group to take full advantage. The food was a delight. The Singapore noodles had this wonderful curry flavor that I absolutely loved, and the combo fried rice was just as satisfying. We also ordered the Peking duck (P1 on the menu). It was good, though not quite as flavorful on its own as we'd hoped. That said, once you load it up with the hoisin, cucumber, and spring onions, it all comes together beautifully. The bao buns that came with it were soft and delicious, honestly a highlight. We also sipped on hot jasmine tea throughout, which was the perfect, refreshing complement to the whole meal. A solid spot with great vibes, tasty dishes, and room to grow on us even more with a return visit.

The ambiance is okay and unfortunately the restrooms were poorly maintained and smelled bad. Overall the food was just average. The fried pork was not seasoned well, and didn't taste great despite being fried and obviously unhealthy. The black bean noodles were okay and very unidimensional. The noodles did have a good texture and chew. The spicy seafood noodles was also lacking depth of flavor, and it was very underwhelming. My diagnosis: average food with good service.

The servers were kind and hustling nonstop. That said, it looked like they were a bit understaffed for a Saturday lunch rush -- only two employees were handling seating, orders, drinks, and checkout for the whole restaurant. Still, they did their best, and it showed. I tipped generously - well deserved. Ambiance: Clean, nicely decorated, and a fair size space. My party of five was seated quickly with no issues. Food: Unfortunately, this is where things fell flat. The jja jang myun noodles texture and chew were great, but the sauce was underwhelming and lacked depth. The jjampong portion was huge (great value!), but it too was on the bland side -- missing that rich, spicy seafood flavor I was hoping for. The sweet and sour fried pork was just okay, nothing memorable. Overall, Dong Bo Sung is fine if you're nearby and craving this type of cuisine -- you'll definitely leave full -- but for me, it didn't quite hit the mark. I'm a bit spoiled by Paik's Noodle, so this one lands at a solid 3 out of 5.
