The…read morefront desk employee, Tim, was extremely courteous, kind, and patient in explaining everything. He walked me through the inspection process in detail and let me know that they look beyond just the bare minimum of the state inspection to make sure the car is in good overall shape. My car ended up passing without any issues, but I still left feeling very informed about its condition. Tim took the time to explain what they checked and why. The atmosphere was welcoming and I felt like they actually cared about me as a customer. The state inspection was also done right away, as scheduled, which was a huge plus. No long wait, no runaround. I am genuinely happy to give them more of my business in the future. If I need tires or any kind of repair work, this is where I am coming back. So that huge hole that they told me about turned out to only be the size of a bolt. They also did not do my alignment correctly causing my tires to spin and almost make me to wreck because they did not reset the sensors on my tires. Every time I have picked my car up from having repairs done at Cawthorne something new would be wrong and of course they would claim it was like that already even though it was not. When I called to confront them about these things they got confrontational with me immediately And then the owner's daughter Proceeded to repeatedly call my phone. I'm assuming this was to harass me for calling her father out on his poor quality of mechanic work. I would never recommend this shop after All of the bad experiences I've had with them. What they're doing to people is borderline criminal and I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet. They definitely praying on those who they feel don't know any better.
